Don't order your food for a future time... I ordered on the app for 2pm ended up getting there 10 mins early fully prepared to wait. My food was already made at 1:50 I asked the guy your telling me me if I didn't show up till 2 my food would have just sat for 10 mins he said yep and walked away... Who knows how long your food has been sitting there for before you get there at your scheduled time. The thing is they were not even busy so why was it made so early?

Who's in charge. 3 kids behind the counter on there phones. I stood at the counter for a good 3 minutes before anyone realized I was there. I was on my lunch break from work. Only get so many minutes so, every minute counts. I wonder if they were texting each other.... Once they realized I was there, they had me taken care of. Door bell needed.

Ordered a Subway Melt($14), even listed the exact ingredients for the sandwich (ham, turkey, bacon and swiss) and they swapped the bacon for roast beef.. Every ingredient was just a thick slab of meat slapped on the same part of the sandwich, not pulled apart or anything. The meat also tasted very old.. Had it toasted, but everything was still refrigerator cold, not even the cheese melted. Retraining may be needed.

Ordered a 12' sub and wanted the pretzel thing and was told they don't have them. When I pointed them out on the bored was told they were put away. I asked at what time do they closed and they said 10pm and this was before 8pm. Really disappointed

There were four boys working, all of them were messing around with each other, hitting each other with the utensils then using those utensils on my food, when they wrapped my 6in sub they squished it so much that barley any of my items were in the sandwich anymore.

I told my husband we should just walk out and not eat here after seeing their food preparation area.
This is the first time I've actually witnessed a Subway that looked like a tossed salad everywhere.
They also had a barrier up now in front of all of the meat and cheese section that you could not see. I was also surprised because they have always prided themselves to show the customer fresh produce.
This will be the last time I grab a meal at our local subway.

Firstly, the place is filthy. The cleanest part of the store is the floor the customers walk in on from the street. The veggie dishes were mixed, the counters had food remnants everywhere, the creases of the counters had sauce dried in them from end to end, the glass cases that create the barrier between the food and the customers was disgusting- the corners covered in grime.
The food was also subpar. I’m not entirely sure how many slices of salami go on a foot long, but I can guarantee it is not 6, which is what I was served. I could have asked for extra meat, however, instead of a glass case in front of the meat area, it was a metal case which left me unable to see anything. My husband had to repeat his choices multiple times to the kid behind the counter.
The worst part of the experience was the customer service. All three of the employees had a terrible attitude! Sebastian sighed every time we opened our mouths, and Brennan was mute and was unable to take in more than one ingredient at a time. We got a lot of blank stares. Heaven forbid one of them smile.

Never in my life have I had rude customer service in subway. When we moved here we tried this subway for the first time and it was only 8pm at that time and a short blonde was working and she did not seem to be very pleased to be working that night. She was eye rolling 🙄 on every thing asked to put on sandwich and when it came time to toast it she really let it show how she felt and even the people in line were like wth is her deal. When it came to us we could see she was not in the mood so we left. Now a month later we came to Walmart today and tried the subway and again rudeness from the beginning. The dark hair girl with glasses was not happy with us interrupting her lunch she was making for herself and eye rolling 🤦♀️ us as we tried to order but has to wait for her to put her lunch away. My fiancé ordered his breakfast sandwich and asked for extra bacon and I’ve never seen only three pieces of bacon on sandwich but oh well 🤷♀️ she didn’t bother to ask if he wanted his sandwich toasted and he had to tell her what veggies he wanted on it and toasted. By then her attitude was getting much worse and when I ordered my sandwich I got the rude look 🙄 she didn’t bother to ask if I wanted mine toasted with veggies she just went ahead and assumed because she was in a rush to get back to her lunch making. Now both our sandwiches were in there for only 10 seconds and the cheese wasn’t even melted 🤦♀️ and she piled on my veggies in stacks instead of layers and in turn my whole sandwich split and I told her and she didn’t give a damn or anything. When she was finishing up his sandwich and asked what sauce and he told her and she eye rolled. Like seriously what is going on with these kids working. They should be greatful they have a job. Sometimes a job is not always great but you applied for the job and got the job and now you should smile and learn to be respectful and responsible. I will not give this subway a third shot period!!! I’m done with the rudeness of workers.

Yeah tried getting breakfast and they said they had no eggs????? Never heard of that sounds like poor management have this all the time in Wausau and tomahawk. If not competent enough to eggs or to cheap toake sure your menu is fulfilled then who knows what else is going on here i.e. dirty, old food being served... obviously poorly managed.

I gave it 2 stars because typically I don't have any issues with this place and typically they were friendly. Today not so much messed up 2 sandwiches and didn't have any customer service. Not sure what change happened but horrible experience. Try harder or find a new job.

Honestly probably the rudest staff I've encountered at a subway. Both employes didnt greet us or even smile. It was obviously inconvenient for them to have customers in the store and actually have to do what they are paid to do! My pizza was still cold and when I asked for parmensan on top she was so annoyed as she might have to walk to the cooler to get it. I really hope the management takes a closer look at who they are putting behind their counters. Id never stop at this location again!

Usually this location is clean. Today it was not. The board where the sandwiches are made was disgusting. Mayo and old veggies were left for our sub paper to scape across. 3 kinds of cookies were sold out, two flavors of sodas were out, and behind the counter was a disaster. Our food was ok and the employees were nice. Not sure we will be returning anytime soon.

Attempted to eat here Sunday night 8/23/2020 at 8:30 pm. Both staff members behind the counter who were waiting to take our orders and prepare our food were standing there without a mask during a state mandated face covering order. What gives?! You’re making food for the general public and can’t take precautions to protect your customers? If your staff can’t wear a mask while preparing uncooked food, what makes you think they wear a mask when they’re out and about? Imagine an asymptotic employee of yours infecting dozens of people per day? yikes

Place was clean in the dining area, but a bit messy behind the line where they were making the sandwiches. Staff is very hit or miss. Had a wonderful experience one time with a very friendly employee who made the sandwiches perfectly. The next time I felt I intruded upon the employees day. Never made eye contact, grunted once and pretty much just threw the sandwiches ingredients on and walked away. the cashier just rolled her eyes when I mentioned the attitude and handed me my change.
Still the ingredients were fresh, but nothing to make this store stand out from another.

When they were making my sandwich, I seen a piece of hair in the meat. I asked them to pull it out and they did, there was 2 big long pieces of hair. They said my meal was free. But they still charged me for my sandwich. They were very unprofessional about the hair being in the meat.

Ordered a new steak club. There was so little steak I my sandwich I thought I got the wrong one. my husband had to point it out to me. The bread was ripped open by hand instead of cut with a knife, which in turn everything just fell out as I tried to eat the sub sandwich, because of the ripped up bread. 3 employees working and non of them appeared to have been trained very well, back up line and confusion looked upon the faces of the employees. Seems more of a management issue then employee.

While my family visited this place during non-peak hours, I was impressed to see that they have two sandwich making stations! I've never seen this at a Subway before. I can only imagine it helps to get as many people through during a busy lunch rush. This will definitely be a place I'll return to as they keep it very clean and is large and spacious!

My bread was old, not even half,the tuna I ordered was very fishy tasting and very skimpy. The time before I ordered a pizza sub and that was skimpy on the meat. I know the amount of slices and she shorted me along with sauce. I asked for more and she told me it would be an extra charge even though the amount was wrong. I won't go back!

Nice clean restaurant. But new practice by management reduces cheese to 1/2 condiment cup cheese per sandwich = less than. .2 ounce cheese serving! Ridiculous for us Wisconsin cheese lovers in this dairy state. Shame on you Subway. See tiny cup in attached pictures.
