I order 2 footlong ,italian bmt,and cold cut sub.The bread was old it was falling apart in layers.I called the store multiple times no one picked up.I wasted my money.Never again will I order from that subway.This just happened last night and I'm pissed. I would not eat here again and I wouldn’t recommend it. The veggies were old. The man put a new bag of lettuce out and it was brown. They had no banana peppers. What disgusted me the most was the staff were wearing the same gloves to touch things in the back and customers food. Just touching everything with gloves on without switching gloves. The lady could barely understand anything when she rung my order up she gave me the wrong cookies. The man who made my sandwich looked irritated. People there should smile more. Overall the my sandwich was good but just never again.

Placed a pick up online 3/7/2025 Friday today ask them to toast both subs I bought 2 footlongs didn’t do that at all sad when u do online or pick these places won’t do it because they just wanna rush if u not in person they just make your sub how they want to I am so pissed off then I tried to call they never answer I took a picture of the subs to smh 🤦‍♀️and we spend like 28 to 33 dollars every time we come here very disappointing do better

first,i dont know why subway send you coupons if they wont take it at the restaurants....second ask for a steak n egg,they have no egg...so i order the breakfast steak for 9.99 NO EGG,and they charge me for a steak sub 13.49....last i ask her if the bread was fresh and surprise,must from the day before cuz i went early in the morning and that was the last bread...deleting the app now....

Some people may consider it ridiculous to make this review but I tried to sit outside in my car to eat my food when wasps started swarming my food and my car. I got out and opened my doors to they could get out but they still swarmed my food AND me outside of my car. Food is good but there’s a serious wasp nest somewhere outside that needs to get taken care of asap.

The Indian lady that was in there yesterday evening was serving some people and she kept the same gloves on by the time she got to me and I didn't want anything but some cookies I have to tell her please change her gloves because she had just gotten done fixing a sandwich which it was meat and I'm allergic to pork and she touched my cookies with the gloves I told her I did not want them cookies please get me some more then she told me that they didn't have no more cookies and I had to ask the guy that was there can he please go get me some cookies from the back and he did she was 😡

The food is about what you can expect from Subway. Customer service is abysmal here. They only mumble or grumble in response to questions. All inside dining room tables and chairs have been removed so you cannot sit inside at all to eat anymore. The bathrooms have also been blocked off to the public so customers cannot use the restroom either.

I tried to call this store 1000 times because someone hacked my subway account. I was trying to be proactive by catching it before who ever hacked my account picked up the order hoping I could get a refund. They just kept forwarding my calls to voicemail and the voicemail wasn’t even set up. Tried calling corporate even and got no assistance what so ever.

This location doesn't honor the deals that other subway stores do. I would recommend shopping somewhere else,even if you just went to another subway. I hate to be picky, but it's not justifiable to shop here; generally, the staff is not very friendly, and they often act like they're doing me a favor letting me shop there; why overpay for food that I could get for %25-30 less just going to another subway by my house,and get service from someone who isn't behaving like they are inconvenienced by you buying what they sell; never understand this attitude. A good attitude goes a long way. Oftentimes, I base the majority of my review on how helpful/kind/professional the staff is. This location just doesn't cut it.

Also, there is literally no seating. I have to mark it as a 1 for atmosphere considering they don't even wanna seat you while you overpay.

I would never go here again. I made an order online, and went to pick it up, since I was next door. Was told that my order was canceled (and it wasn't), I checked after I was told it was. At that point when I checked, it was still being made. The guy was shocked when I said my order wasn't canceled. (Guessing he thought I was picking it up to deliver) he kept asking me that I was the one who placed the order, and kept saying that I was. After I had him actually make my food, and as I grabbed it to leave, he marked it as done, because I then got notified my order was ready for pick up. I've been the fast food business almost 10 years, and I've seen this behavior before. Two workers in a dead store, while it's snowing, and was hoping not to do much work for the shift. I just feel bad for any customers that go in there.

The young man was playing with his hair just standing there...the lady was moving like a🐢...i ordered online and still waited 30 mins.....she had her mask hanging off her face....she claimed the slushy machine was broke...but there was no lights flashing......the front line was filthy.....never. This place has changed. The customer service is still fine. The issue is with the promotions. They are not supporting the 2 subs for $10; which is a treat since eliminating the $5 foot long. Great Customer Service, freshest veggies, meats, cheeses & soups. I've been getting Subway for decades now all from a wide range of locations, since Subway is a very large and well known restaurant and I will admit there are a few locations that barely reach 3 stars within the "Subway" franchises. Luckily, at 98% of my home States have all been 4 stars or more. I usually call ahead, place my order for specific pick up time. I've been going nearly every day for several years to a handful of locations and they top 3 are my 1st places to call. If you have any problems with the stores and the actual Manager isn't there, please complete your due diligence to ensure fairness to the store & the employees. This is to ensure you're not cheating yourself while keeping a shotty store afloat.
