I used come to this subway all the time and when the younger guy works there my sandwich is always made right most times. They don’t take coupons …. I came in today to get a veggie it’s a lady in there she rushed on my sub my bread was hard my sandwich is slopped up everything fell out then when I asked could I scan my points she tells me no i can’t scan it . What do you mean I can’t scan my points ? Then she didn’t offer to warm my cookie up she’s just so in a rush and I’m not understanding why . Terrible service DON’T COME HERE !!!!!

WORST sandwich shop !! Smells bad , LAZY staff ! It`s like their pissed they have to do things. Same guy owns the one on 76 and Good Hope by WINGS, same thing, garbage bags lined up by back door, staff mad cause customers interrupt texting. NOT WORTH IT !!!!!

I just recently ate there on 10/29/24 and I immediately gotten food poisoning!!! First time there and I got sick. My tonsils are all swollen up due the fact that they probably never clean their produce. Lady was not wearing a mask either . I highly regret going to this place!!! I have a lawsuit coming up against them soon ! This aint the end of it.

Never wrote a review but today will be the day. I hope yall read these reviews because the employees NEED to be fired. I ordered online and the order was completely messed up + both subs was supposed to be toasted but she only toasted one. I would understand if it was a busy day but no one was in there at all. I usually love the sandwiches here, but not this time. Online ordering was really easy. Inside pickup was a breeze and the inside was clean. Staff was friendly and efficient. But my sandwich ... awful. When I opened the package, condiments were, literally, oozing out from all sides. I had to open the sandwich and try to remove a lot of the condiments, which sadly resulted in some of the veggies coming off as well. Hopefully, this experience was a one-off. I will try this particular Subway one more time and see how it goes

The WORST !!! Won`t take coupon - no mask - RUDE when we said we would go to a store that took coupon (port and brown deer rd) - and the store is dark and dirty (the floor, glass by food ) This clown also owns 75 & good hope so port washington and brown deer is it . This subway definitely needs help with employees and customer service I had placed and order over a month ago in the app and never received anything and I’m still currently waiting for my refund to to be processed I’ve contacted corporate and tried contacting the store multiple of times and no response whatsoever in regards to there mistake except when I was told that the owner has contacted me which is false I totally understand being short staffed during this time because I also work in the food service as well but it shouldn’t take this long to refund a $40 order especially if it’s your fault as a company I do not recommend ordering from here at all they don’t care too many problems from employees not coming in to them not picking up the phone when I call

The person who helped me today Tuesday August 4th 2020 was extremely unprofessional and did not even serve me, I had to tell her to do everything before she did anything, she did not come out to greet me and sat inside the kitchen until I had to call for her, she just was talking on the phone not doing anything. Went here yesterday and there was so many gnats behind the glass of the veggie section🤢🤢 The worker (the 1 worker who looked bored and moved slower than molasses) said "those are fruit flies, we cant get rid of all of em🤷‍♀️" maybe not but ALL of the food was uncovered. Disgusting!. If you know there are gnats, use container covers! I left my halfmade subs there because i didnt want them anymore and he had the nerve to look at me like i was crazy.. This location needs some better employees and sanitation/food storage training.

Sign on the door asks you to remove your hats, hoodies, and winter masks. That was a little disconcerting, but I guess there have been issues. The door was also locked, and I had to be buzzed in. No one else was there. Staff was hanging out in the back room.
