Old food! Expired food! Health inspector needs to visit! Poor service! They put on so little toppings and you ask for more and they add one or two ask for more again and they add one. Ridiculous, especially when the food is bad anyway. They are really cutting corners here and don’t care about the customer. Subway should take away their franchise license! Terrible all around. The amount of meat was so small and they did not give me any cheese in the bread was rock hard They didn't even follow the instructions to toast it so I'm glad that they did not because the bread was just that hard. I called to get some help and she told me to complain to the subway website which I can't do. So I wasn't able to get my money back I can't even eat the sandwich because it's literally disgusting pretty much a veggie sub which I did not order.

The food and service is amazing even with only 2 people most of the time with great pizza, footlongs, and sandwiches. The atmosphere is very dull and bad with no music or noise since most people don’t eat inside. They also accept every app that I can think of that delivers.

Today was free sub day to try the new Subway Series sandwiches. We arrived at 10:10 AM and requested a #3. The guy behind the counter said "No, no, no," and pointed to a printed paper taped to the glass on the counter for 8-10 other sandwiches, none of which were the new Subway Series sandwiches. We ordered online and noticed right away we chose the wrong location. So we called the store immediately and asked to cancel. The subway associate agreed they will cancel the order no problem. The next day the charge went through.

We called the manager of this store to ask them why it went through and to refund us. The manager hung up on us and when we called back said we had to go through the website.

The website said we had to call the store.
The manager refused to help us.

Disliking that they don't offer the same specials as most Subway's. Received poor customer service as well (the guy was either on a call or talking to someone in the back the entire time... I couldn't even tell). Then, as I'd seen they had buy 2 cookies for $1 - I went ahead and added 4 cookies to my order only to be charged at full price (not realizing until I got home). I dislike running into these franchise that seem to be privately owned. The customer service seldom match the chain, and I should've just walked out the minute I walked in & caught the vibe right away. Only rated the way I did because even after receiving poor customer service, at least he got the sandwiches correct.

Usually clean and fast. But this time i had noticed a fruit fly laying dead on the cheese none of the lids were on anything.?? The young lady that "helped" me needs proper training. I gave her specific instructions on how to charge me for my sandwich. She claimed to understand, charged me incorrectly and was very causal about it. Then her even more causal manager can to avoid the transaction offer no type of apology or anything. Customer service is a lost art.

Depending on which Subway you stop in, makes a big difference in how you are treated. The one inside Walmart on 40th & Greenfield, a young man & woman work serving customers. The young man tries to take care of more than one customer at a time. Since he doesn't understand English well enough, he makes mistakes. He took our order while trying to give out change. He messed up the order, then tried to tell his co-worker it was my fault. I told him if he couldn't take an order right, to let someone else do it. He over charged, was rude, and acted downright disrespectful. I understand, that in Pakistan, women are not treated with the same respect women here, are used to re6ceiving. But, that is no excuse for being rude because he made a mistake, which should have embarrassed him. But he instead, tried to pass it off as my fault. This is only one of several different "Subway" restaurants that I have been in where the employees have been extremely rude.
The Subway on Layton Blvd, near Value Village, the one on So.27th near Leon's Ice cream, the one on 9th and Mitchell, the one in the Walmart in Southgate mall, the one on 27 th next to Sam's club, and the Walmart in Cudahy are all the one's I will go in when I want a Subway submarine sandwich. I hope the one on 98th and Lincoln has hired new help otherwise I won't be going in there. I will say however, the employees on 98th were being harassed by customers who pushed ahead and were very loud and ignorant.
Hope this helps when you are looking for a Subway submarine Sandwich. To which the "veggie lover's delight& egg" is my favorite.

Yesterday after 4pm, I stopped into this Subway location to order a tuna sandwich to go. A young man, perhaps middle eastern decent was the only staff behind the counter. He wore a Bluetooth head piece of some sort. I greeted him and he continued speaking in his native language for 5 minutes before deciding to take my order. When he finally decided to take my order, by that time I pulled out my cell to check for new emails, and he finally gave me attention as a consumer. When he took my order, he spoke very good English. I was very disappointed. Looking around the restaurant while waiting for him were all foreign workers, one lady sweeping, another guy cleaning up. I don't know who owns this restaurant, but I must share this bad service experience to spare others this negative experience. Lastly the guy allowed me to add (avocado) a cost of $.75 cents without charging me. His way I'm sure of diffusing his bad customer service. I hope management/owner reads this review. I will not purchase anything from this Subway again.
