I came in and ordered a footlong meal. As I'm approaching the employee, she is on her phone for at least a minute before she acknowledged me. She had plastic gloves on and holding her phone. She then grabs a sheet of paper and placed it on the sandwich table and asked which sandwich was I having. That is a ServSafe violation.... I had to asked her to change her gloves and the paper before starting my meal because that is unsanitary and can cross contaminate like that...This is ridiculous. They have no ice for the soda machine, instead they have a bucket of water, which used to be ice there with a scooper. Just gross. I haven't been here in years and it's like nothing changes. How are they so open?

Placed an online order for a protein bowl and SunChips. Walked down to pick up the order and not only wasn't it ready, but they said they "don't do protein bowls" and I had to wait even longer for my order as they then had to make a wrap for me. They never reached out to tell me they could not fulfill my order. Then I went to grab Sun Chips, and they were all out of those as well. NOT A SINGLE THING OF MY ORDER WAS CORRECT and I wasted 10 minutes of my lunch hour (I only get 30 minutes).

We were traveling from Chicago to Milwaukee Riverwalk stopped at Subway for a dinner. The family, including children, looked forward to their meal after the journey and waited in line to order sandwiches. However, the experience became negative when a young child needed to use the restroom. The staff denied access, despite the family already purchasing drinks and intending to order a full meal.
This refusal to provide a basic amenity, especially for a child, was disappointing and showed a lack of consideration. As paying customers with the intention of making a larger purchase, a more hospitable approach was expected. Instead the lady told us if you want to use the restroom you can go to potbelly to buy a sandwich and use the restroom. While businesses can have policies regarding restroom use, denying access in such circumstances, especially to a child in need, is unacceptable and negatively impacts the customer experience.
This incident caused distress and left a negative impression of Subway's customer service and values. It is hoped that this feedback prompts a review of their policies and encourages more empathetic service, especially when it comes to accommodating families and children's needs.

Place seems nice. Jenna was rude to me. Since I was a customer I ask to use the restroom and Jenna said that it would be three months or after the holidays. We are visiting Milwaukee because my father died. We have a room just one block away and my family love subway but we will not come back. I took a bite out my sandwich and it only taste like vinegar and when I made the complaint to Jenna I think that’s how you say her name she just looked at me and went on bout her business and never said anything a apology or nothing. There are a lot of rude customers in this world but what shouldn’t happen is rude employees. She might be a great person and love life but today was already not a good time for me and she made it worse. Nothing will happen to her so all this that I’m writing will not matter. Do better subway. Look on my google I don’t give bad reviews unless you the trip was a waste of my time

The person in charge was rude. I over heard her tell a member in our party that the bathrooms were for paying customers only, which we were. Then after ordering she told me that the bathrooms were out of order. Legally you would have to close the establishment without a working restroom. Terrible experience after a long drive to Milwaukee to see Bob Dylan.

I do Uber eats, and decided to take a break to have lunch. I really needed to use the restroom since I’ve been on the road all day. 2 ladies working completely refused to let me use the bathroom before I ordered. I responded with that I plan on ordering. I just really need to go first. My hands are gross. I’ve been in and out of restaurants all day and have had people in my car. I wanted to wash my hands and use the bathroom first. But they just stood there talking to each other and didn’t respond. So I walked out. Very not cool.

We came in and was greeted by a lady with the number of 268 and she was coughing the whole time while making our food without a mask on or covering her mouth (of course in her arm not hand), during making the 3 subs we had she seemed to get irritated fast with us over a simple order while scuffing under her breath the whole time. She then proceeded to acknowledge when we said the soda machine was out of carbonation and neglected to fix it and allowed other customers to purchase soda without anything said or done. After we had sat down and started eating she sat at the register and starred at a gentlemen who had asked a person to buy him food due to no funds and hunger and visibly judged him in his eye sight in front of him for a good couple of minutes while the customers finished their order. I feel the staff needs to be better mannered and more considerate of their guests. Poor.customer service at this location!

Order food through door dash they messed it up didn't give us a receipt but I had it in my email. So we called to get it fixed. The Manger was rude wouldn't help me kept saying they didn't get the order but we had our food, so who made it? They kept fighting with me hung the phone up then refused to answer the phone. I used a different number and they answer I asked for there store number they all say they didn't know it. I asked for the corporate number they didn't know it so I asked why they refused to answer the phone and he hung up again. This is an awful place to order from and customer service sucks

When I walk in and place my order they get 5 stars! Tried Door Dash once and they messed up my order and then argued with me on the phone stating that I didn't place a protein bowl when its on my receipt! Then give me the excuse, "I am sorry Ma'am we are really busy and that order really confused us." Hello, you could have called!!!! The door dash driver called me! They offered no compensation just a simple "I will see what I can do and we will call you back" now they won't answer my calls. You got me messed up. I will report this to corporate and to whomever!

When I walked in to order takeout I noticed every table was dirty and no HVAC was functioning - so on a relatively pleasant weather afternoon the air in this restaurant was at least 85 F hot and SO stuffy and smelly besides (and not in an appetizing way) I had to turn around and get back outside as quickly as possible!

If you want to be served disappointment and food poisoning, this is the place for you. I had to ask the sandwich maker to change his gloves after he went looking for tomatoes and touched several surfaces, including the oven, before he started to add toppings to to my sandwich. I also had to request that he changed the paper wrap that had stains on it before he wrapped my sandwich up in it. After asking me why I was giving him a hard time, he told me the stains were "probably" from the tuna. I'm only more disappointed in myself for not high-tailing it out of there. NEVER AGAIN will I go back!

I just came here to get a toasted plain ham sandwich, which was supposed to be a combo of cold cut, drink and chip for $5.99, instead the lady at the register charged me separately for each individual item, so my price went way up. She then told me that the cold cut option did not cover a plain ham sandwich (which is ridiculous because she charged me more money for less items on my sandwich) and told me she couldn’t run it up as the combo they advertise. Here they have lots of seating, however it is not cleaned often. There was crumbs on every table, a ton of things on the floor, and the staff seems to be all around the register or in the kitchen despite the lack of customers. I totally was scammed (and my mother was too) and I would NOT recommend this subway TO ANYONE. If I were you, I would go to Potbelly’s (across the street). I hope this helps fellow sandwich eaters from making the same mistake I did.
