Worst Subway around. They refuse to participate in deals & promos. I had a coupon for buy 1 foot long, get 1 for $1, had to order from St. Germaine to use it, so I'll be taking all of my business there from now on.

First I was not giving a receipt, and I sent a co worker to pick up lunch for us due to short time we are giving for lunch time. When I received my sub it was supposed to be an 6 inch Italian with pepper jack cheese and three different veggies and a vinaigrette. When I took a bite there was no cheese or meat in the sub. I called and spoke to Adam the manager who became very defensive and told me he personally made my sandwich and because he did it in front of my co worker and was busy it was not his fault or problem to fix due to my co worker not paying attention. He said she stated an Italian with pepper jack and he said that means no meat although I stated there was no cheese either he argued and told me not his problem because he didn’t do anything wrong. Trying to work with Adam as I am too a store manager I asked if there was a way to fix this issue even if I have to pay extra for it and he said you can pay full price because it wasn’t his fault. I absolutely can’t believe his customer service or the fact how he talked and treated me as if he could care less. I go to subway at least twice a week do to my work schedule and I’m beside my self of his behavior.

I got home from a 30 mile round-trip to Subway in manacua. When I opened my order, it was tuna. Wrap not a rotisserie style chicken wrap. I checked my receipt to make sure I oiled rotisserie style chicken wrap. I called Subway, talked to the manager. He told me not to have attitude cause he made the sandwich himself. He told me I did not have tuna in my sandwich. Tuna is a distinct smell. It was tuna, my husband tasted it. It was tuna, it was not a Chicken Sandwich. He was rude belligerent. I would do nothing to correct the order until finally. I kept insisting, he had to do something. He signally said he would void the order. So I'm still with that food. I got food that would literally make me sick. This is not the first time, but this is the first time they gave me food that would literally make me sick. Do not go to this subway

We had a horrible experience. My son and I walked in all happy & excited for our usual subs. The lady behind the counter very rudely made me walk back outside and tell my husband to park sideways...where the lines were. However, the lines were not visible because of some snow & them being faded. There were no other cars in the big parking lot. I did that - went back inside & ordered. The cucumbers & pickles were frozen, the lettuce was yellow, the spinach was slimy, the salami tasted old.. the subs were horrible. There were no other customers in there. Those two workers could be replacing all the bad & rotten vegetables, but instead they are rudely yelling at people to go move their cars when thete is no one inside or outside.

I have always had quick and fast service.But tonight, the employees seemed like they didn't know how to make sandwiches, or maybe it was due to the long fake fingernails under the gloves. Super clueless. Serving tuna salad with a fork and not a blue scoop. Or making a 6 in turkey sub with only 3 slices of turkey. Will not be going back.

Jim is great! He is however the only good thing about this place. The food is not stored properly and has caused not just me but several people to get ill and if you read through the reviews you will see that this continues to be an issue. Whenever possible I discourage people from eating at this location. The manager does not abide by standard safety practices, hand washing is a thing of the past for her. This store should be shut down you cannot expect the one good employee to carry the place.

Two employees in the store. No other customers. One employee continued to clean the soda area. The other stood by the cash register eating cookies. After a few minutes one employee said she'd be right with me. She put gloves on but went in the back to discuss scheduling. This is the 3rd and Last time I have been in there with the same people. Ordered 2 footlongs. The bmt was drenched in mustard on the outside of the sub. The spicy Italian should’ve had lettuce, cucumber, green pepper, red onion,and jalapeño. What it had was lettuce, tomato and pickles. Maybe they sent the wrong sandwich, but it’s definitely not what was ordered. Don’t recommend ordering unless you’re doing so in person to make sure your topping are right!

The gentleman working was super friendly and did a wonderful job on making our sandwiches!!! My only complaint is that the sign stating that they would not take digital or paper coupons due to covid. Yet digital coupons are no contact and you will not take a paper coupon yet you will take my cash to pay for the subs. This makes no sense to me... could this be cheap ownership?????

Attempted to take advantage of their curbside ordering system. I ordered 40 minutes in advance, as I was coming from the park with 2 young children. I wanted to be able to get the food and go before tantrums ensued. Get there at the pickup time, it comes and goes, ten minutes pass. My husband goes in to see if he can pick the order up. The woman, Beth, was very rude to him and dismissive, saying "five orders came in ahead of you." We had JUST watched these five people enter the store, after our pickup time had passed already. Again, we had ordered TWO sandwiches FORTY minutes prior. My sandwich doesn't even have vegetables on it! We waited five more minutes while the kids got antsy before we decided to cancel. Tried calling the store over and over to make sure we wouldn't be charged, but they never answered. Finally, an hour later, after we had been through the much more efficient Culver's drive-thru, the store called me and then pretended they had received my order late due to "internet problems" ??? The woman had already told my husband that they'd received my order and were working on it. Then they told me I'd have to come INTO the store to get my refund even though I ordered online. Finally I said I could not come back in and they said they'd refund me. TLDR: Don't use the order ahead feature as they will just fill every order that comes in before you, even after giving you a scheduled pickup time. Won't be going here again.

Can’t really provide a review because we never got to try it. We called ahead to see when they closed, they said 7p. We arrived at 6:25 and they said they couldn’t help us because they were closing. We stayed the obvious, that we were still 35 minutes from their closing time. They then responded by telling us that 7p is what time THEY need to be out of there, and they need the last 40 minutes to clean up. Never realized the time a business closes is not what time you can get service until, it’s what time THEY leave. Just say you’re open till 6:25 then.

Very unsatisfied with both locations at Wal-Mart and Hwy 51. The one in Wal-Mart is hard to catch open. Never with the hours it's supposed to be open. And the one on Hwy 51. Says it is open from 10am thru 10pm. Went their to get my daughter a sub 10 minutes til 9pm. Doors where locked and the employee their saw us. And turned the light out and went out the back door. He then got in a truck and was about to leave. When I asked him why they where closed at 9 instead of 10. A woman said she was the manager and even though the sign and online said 10pm. She closed it at 9pm. I then asked her why. She said because I can being she is the manager. Extremely rude. I then said I will be contacting the General manager about it. She then said go ahead. I don't care. I have never been treated that way before at a subway. I will be letting everyone know not to go to either one of them. I sure won't be going back.

I dont usually post reviews, but I have to say something with this experience. Hopefully others will learn from my mistake.
Ordered a veggie delight using the online ordering as well as 2 cookies and a cherry coke. My coworker picked it up for me since we were busy at work and I couldn't get away. I get my order it has the word veggie written on it but not only was it the wrong bread, but there was meat on it. Also no cookies or drink.
So I call.. the first caller offered no suggestions or apologies and told me to talk to his manager. The manager acted the same way. Suggested I come and get the correct sub, which i was unable to do because i could not leave work and i work a 12 hour shift.
I then asked if could just pick up the missing items from my order after I was done. They allowed this. I get there after my shift. Not only did the first employee look at me like he had no idea what I was talking about. The second employee looked at a piece of paper and asked if I was Alexis I said yes then she walked away...
The other employee proceeded to say they didnt have the cookies I ordered and asked what I'd like instead...
You could at least have the right cookies ready....
Anyways, long story short, check your order because they just might put meat on a veggie sub and dont expect good customer service. Even from a manager...

Way overly long wait for food. Employees definitely weren't trained, performing or supervised well. They had no sense at all of being as productive and efficient as they could be. Basically seemed like they were going in slow motion. A customer having to wait some is one thing. Having to wait 2, 3 times as long as you should have to, is totally another. They really need to get it together.
