I believe the man who was at the counter was a manager but he didn’t treat me like a manager would. Barely looked at me. Barely asked me any questions about what I wanted. My wrap didn’t get softened before preparing my wrap so it was kind of dry tasting. Overall the worst visit I have had at this location. I didn’t feel welcome at all. 😞

-first off, employee came from the back room and put on gloves without washing his hands. No big deal but kinda gross. If that was the only thing I wouldn’t be concerned.
-I’m not sure if they just don’t have American cheese but I told the employee 4 times I wanted American Cheese, then he replies with “provolone?” And I said American or provolone I guess. Proceeds to ask me if I want both, I said no one or the other. I got provolone.
-I couldn’t see any of the meat because of the big metal piece top blocks the customers view of what is being put on their sandwich.
- most of the veggie bins were frozen with frozen vegetables inside and eventually frozen veggies on my sandwich.
Not the best subway to go to. Usually, I go to the one on Plaumm Road.

Spent most of my day calling the phone number to order a subway platter for a work party. When I finally got ahold of someone and told them what I wanted, they told me I would have to call their manager, and then hung up on me without giving me a number or helping me with my order. They missed out on a tip for a big order. This subway sucks. They often don't accept coupons, and the staff does not accommodate to the needs of customers.

I just left this place and whoever the two guy workers there right now were awful to me. I wasn’t greeted instead they kept looking at each other laughing then looking at me which made me feel extremely uncomfortable however I noticed the woman behind me was greeted and treated kindly. I have never had any issues at this location before. I was already having a pretty rough day and the experience with them made it even worse. I just called up there to speak to the manager and one of them answered the phone saying the manager wasn’t there and asked why I was calling. I said I was calling to voice a complaint then he said he was the manager and asked what the complaint was. Horrible experience with these two!

Can't pick up online orders due to theft. Have to wait in line. Employees don't wear uniforms or head covering. About as much atmosphere as a methadone clinic. The multiple claw machine games add a nice touch of decor. I suppose if you're visiting a Subway in the basement parking garage beneath the scuzziest Walmart in town, you have to expect certain things.

Ordered 2x footlong subs on the app and said it would be done in 15mins. Went shopping for about 20mins assuming for sure it would be ready for pick-up by then. Nope, apparently they forgotten or were to busy to get it ready. The app even said it was ready for pick up but my receipt order was just sitting there on the counter after the employee looked around. The employee did get started on the order but it did take another 10mins to get done. What's the point on ordering on the app then if they're just servicing only the people physically there?

Also, this location does not participate or take any coupons what-so-ever so if you're trying to save a few bucks or in my case BOGO, I'd suggest you go elsewhere.

I ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki and a Baja steak sandwich... the steak sandwich was tossed in a brown paper bag, cold as heck and just discusting to look at. I never got the sweet onion but instead I got a vegetable hot sauce sandwich. Worst place to order from.

The person was ready for her break n the manager haven't came back yet! She made my food and while I'm waiting to get my food she started making someone else food! I came to there mini subway thinking I’m going to eat subway !! And the credit card system is down !! Really how !! Unprofessional plus one they I went there before at 10:52 they guy who always moving/fast go half make my sanwhich because I came the last minute! Like really ... if you go there watch what they doing because some of them are sneaky and mean !! Don’t be afraid to demand!! Because one time the older guys with the mess up teeth kinda spit in my sandwich!! And there credit care system is always broken down it’s so dumb it only work fast for certain cards !!
