Excellent location!! Genevieve (hope I spelled it correctly) is amazing. Hands down fast and efficient...service with a smile and a little Christmas caroling. She killed it...making sandwiches in record time!
This location is worth the drive for me. The ingredients are fresh and the location is clean.

The food was good and staff friendly. The soda had no carbonation whatsoever. He said he'd fix it right away but I didn't see him. He let me exchange mine for a bottled soda. Tables were also dirty and there were only two customers.

Worst subway sub I've ever had. It was like eating just dry bread. Barely any meat or veggies or mayo. I don't think I tasted much of anything. Ordered 2 soups and the girl was rude when I asked for more than 1 pack of crackers. Ordered online and will never do it again. Subway on lathrop on the other hand. No complaints what so ever. Will def go back to that one instead.

When my cousin and I walked into the store there was a tall dark skinned man who just looked at weird..as we proceeded to order our sandwiches he kept making weird remarks towards us, pointed out that our jeans were ripped we ignored it he then says to my cousin are you shy to which we saw we would rather not have a conversation with him and we just want to pay..still gave us attitude as well as when he was putting vegetables on my sandwich i asked for light of the stuff i wanted instead he puts handful of stuff on there as we leave he makes a smart remark saying “rawr” I think that this was very unprofessional and dont feel comfortable going there as we are younger

I was here at 7pm and they refused to serve and said they were closed but it had said on their front door that they were supposed to close at 8:30pm on Friday and when we had brought that up to the worker they claimed “for today they were closed”.

Website says close at 8:pm I went in with the open sign still lit up on Saturday February 6 at 7:08pm. The guy with a jacket already put on shouted we're closed! I said but it's only 7. He said it was slow so I put all the stuff away already.

My family and I were visiting from out of town. On our way out, we stopped in this location to grab food for the road. There was only one employee working, since this was during Covid. My family of six were trying to order our food, and the gentleman did his best to hear us. As we were half way through, three ladies came in and we're very loud, making it harder to hear our orders. When they were asked to please be quiet, they became offended and left. The man behind the counter, I didn't get his name, apologized to us and continued with our order. He even labeled our individual sandwiches too! Therefore making our road trip that much easier.
So, despite what negative comments those three ladies may say, I'm here to say the opposite. Job well done! Great food, friendly service. A little bit of patience goes a long way. Much appreciated!

This place is pretty nice efficient maybe it's cuz we're talkin through maths but I had to repeat myself quite a lot and basically raised my voice to the yelling tone for him to even hear me but otherwise it's a nice place it's clean it's organized and they serve good food just like most Subways do

Stop at this location at 8:50 PM to get some food the open sign was on and the hours say their open till 9:30 PM on Thursday's. But when I went to open the door it was locked an the person inside was just cleaning and didn't even look up when I was trying to get their attention

Only the one women was decent. The other two were just awful(im 99.9% sure the one was a manager). No smiles and just plain rude. It made me just want to get my food and run. The bread also seemed like it wasn't cooked all the way through. Reminded me of why I don't go to Racine much. 🚽
