This place is ridiculous. 3 employees working with one of them just criticizing the other 2 that they're putting too many toppings on the sandwiches. The tomatoes were super small so the person making my sandwich put 5 on instead of the 4 they're apparently supposed to put on. The short older female employee with glasses berated the woman making my sandwich and made her only put 4 slices. Only had like 3 bites of the whole sandwich that had tomato on them. Asked for extra banana peppers and had the same thing happen. If your store is doing so poorly that that small amount is gonna break you maybe you need to close.

Order a foot long tuna and somehow a red sauce was put in it NOT ordered on the sandwich. I was never so disgusted on the initial taste but had a second bit and I was sick for the rest of yesterday and this morning. I wouldn’t order that from this subway again.

Younger red head that works there has a terrible attitude tosses food and acts as if I'm inconveniencing her to do her job. There is a red haired girl that works in the necedah subway that is not very nice or friendly. Doesn't listen , doesn't talk, doesn't have her hair pulled back enough ( surprised there isn't hair in my food or the veggies ) touches her nose and face while gloved and continues to make sandwiches. Looks very pissy all the time. I told her once that she is in customer service and it wouldn't hurt to smile a little.and be friendly. This is who you have representing your subway which is going to give you a bad name. I and my husband go in there once or twice a week and spend any where from 20 to 35.00 each time but I am to the point that if she is in there and the only one I will not be going in anymore. She should be fired because of so many different reasons .

Where should I start? Walked in and the two workers looked up from the sandwiches they were making and said “We’re busy.” Not “We’ll be right with you” or “Hello!” I waited and looked at the menu. One of the young ladies came over and looked at me without a word - what about “Thanks for waiting? What would you like?” I said I didn’t see the cold cut trio on the board. She stomped over to the end of the menu board and pointed. I apologized, explaining that we don’t eat there often. She proceeded to make our sandwiches, asking questions so softly that I had to ask her to repeat them. Wow, not sure what her problem was but I hope things got better. We won’t be returning.

I’ve had some bad experiences here and bad customer service but this is by far the Worst customer service that I’ve had there yet she had music blasting on her phone and tjey already had music playing in the store burnt the bacon and was going to still continue to put it on my food I asked nicely if I could please have different bacon it was burnt black she threw it away and mumbled something under her breath I was. It being rude and asked very politely. Before this I asked a couple questions and she just ignored me. She had a snotty attitude the whole time like I was bothering her to do her job. I’m tired of going there and the service is hit and miss. I am a GM of a big company and this would bot be ok at my business. This is how you lose business.. Please do better Necedah!

I did a mobile order tonight and ordered 2 footlongs, one rotisserie chicken and one cold cut combo, the cold cut was good but my chicken sub barely had any chicken and my bread was hard as a rock, called to tell them and both the people I talked to were rude and just made excuses instead of apologizing and making it right! I spend a lot of money here and I don't think I will be returning!!

Every time I get a sub the sandwich is well, but the bread top flakes off and it is extremely dry flaking off. There is some thing wrong with how they are proofing the bread. I'm tired of paying for my subs when they are not good, especially when the bread is so flakey on top and hard. The foot long chirro I tried last night was micrwaved instead of being deep fried, was hard by the time I got home, why? I believe that the bread should be soft not flaking off the top .I also believe I should be given a gift card and quality food!

It was ok. Except i had to pay with a $50 bill and the cashier explained to me that if customers pay with a bill that size they would need to write my address, make/model of car, phone number, etc. Couldn't tell me exactly why; I gave the littlest info I could. If you are having problems taking in fake bills or whatever it is; inform all the employees and please be business like about the issue.
Foot longs were good. I put the whole thing inside me. Very filling!

I was traveling to pick up a truck with the family, we decided to stop at a convenient Subway location, walked in and was greeted by the 2 employees work on 2/26/23. Service is extremely slow. There were literally 2 customers inside and only me in the drive-thru. Watched them make my order and leave it sitting while the 2 employees serviced the 2 ppl inside. Got my order cold and incomplete. The lady was quite rude when I told her what it was missing. She took the food back and literally threw it in the counter, dirty looks to go with it. Decided to give this place another try after not going for a few years because last time was horrible! I see things haven't changed.

Those poor employees! They were slammed when we came in. I asked for a meatball sammich and they were out so the guy goes in back and fell! I think he dropped the meatballs too (not sure) he was ok but then I said it's OK ill have a Philly not toasted... well the new meatballs were in the microwave... I said it's fine I'll just take it not cooked the girl making it was horrified lol I kept reassuring her I would just heat it up at home. I just wanted to keep the line moving lol they were so nice and kept apologizing! I will definitely be going back because they were so nice! I do hope the rest of their shift was better!

If only I had read everyone else's reviews, I wouldn't have stopped on my way thru! 0 stars is more appropriate, everyone has a story but mine is brief....
Employee taking )and "prepping" your order with your choice of bread and meat works twice as fast as the gentleman "finishing" the sandwich with the toppings and ringing you up-thus creating a log jam of multiple subs pending completion. After 22 minutes of patiently waiting for the two people in front of us and one drive thru pickup to be completed, my ten year old asked me why the first employee doesnt help complete the order of our two subs and aid in the efficiency of the entire assembly line-i really pondered the thought myself.
So when Employee A took another customers initial sub request, stacking a seventh sub onto the prep assembly line, I spoke up and asked for him to finish our two subs that were earlier toasted and now have cooled to room temperature.... I was met with great resistance as though he was not allowed to cross that threshold and finish a sub, he stated he is only allowed to start the process.... When I asked who the Manager/Owner was I was met with more aggression and not given "her" name.
I will call in the AM to formally submit my complaint but more importantly- i will choose not to patronize this store as we did leave without purchasing our cold, half completed toasted subs and will also submit a detailed letter to corporate outlining the continual poor performance of their franchise in Necedah 👎☹️

Open sign is lit up hours say open till 10 PM but the door is locked food sitting out on the counter and nobody in sight (got here at 9 PM). Had driven way out of my way to get here for a wasted trip now my other food options will be closed before I get there THANK YOU FOR WASTING MY TIME!!! I would be more understanding but it's an HOUR before you close open sign is lit up, food is literally sitting on top of the counter so I suppose I really don't want to get sick and if this is how you close up shop leaving the food out of the refrigerated area (was on top of the sneeze guard not being fridgerated).
Usually I will give a business a chance to bost there stars if they show improvement, in this case I will not be coming back.

Wish 0 stars was a option. I asked the guy tonight if he could microwave my sub in the wrapper to warm it up a little bit. He then proceeds to take the sub completely out of the wrapper and cramed and completely mangled my foot long sub in a brown paper bag big enough for a can of soda, wraps in in napkins and sets it on the counter thinking i didnt just watch thw whole thing. I asked if he could please wrap it like a regular sub and he said " i cant do that now the sub is messed up" all i wanted was for my sub to be microwaved for 10 seconds

Absolutely terrible service. Missing our order then offered several others wrong orders to us!. Almost was given 2 steak subs with 6 cookies & 6 sodas, then random double meat but no topping on wrong bread. Took over 35 minutes for 1 wrong sub! Lied and said we wouldn’t be charged, but mobile order is pre-paid. I made them give me receipt to follow up. Three people working and they just didn’t bother to make our sub order and kept making walk in orders while we watched at drive in window. Had to knock 15 minutes after they initially came to the window and waited 10 minutes at first. Even still they ignored our simple order. I even suggested they comp us a cookie, but was told again we wouldn’t be charged but no cookie was brought and we were charged (for a mystery sub) BAD BAD BAD. AVOID.

Dissappointed! I went through drive through and was told the seafood sandwich was discontinued. Order taker suggested tuna as an alternative. I asked if they had any steak sandwiches. He said they had a steak and cheese. Decided on a turkey avocado and chicken bacon ranch. I was asked what kind of dressing would I like on the chicken sandwich, (RANCH). I wasn't asked at all about the turkey avocado. I don't know if I will be back. I miss the seafood sandwich.

If there was a award for worst experience this would be it...the sign on the door said no more than 3 customers in the restaurant at the same time, there were 3 customers when we came so we went through the drive thru, asked the gentleman that was working at the time Steven if we could eat outside and he gave us permission. After ordering the other co worker pulled in the parking lot skidding tires and nearly running over the curb, got out of his car and proceeded to rudely tell us that we could not sit outside while we were waiting for our food. To clarify we were outside on the patio waiting for our food. We told the gentleman that we had been given permission to eat out here by his co worker. He told us we could leave for having an attitude with him because we told him his co worker said we could. We stayed outside, he proceeded to change the sign on the door then called the police. And to top it off they messed up our sandwiches but they were nice enough to remake them.

There were 4 people in front of us. 1 person putting on the condiments and running cash register. 2nd person taking orders putting on cheese and meat. Not helping put on the condiments, and could have been. Very slow. As now there are at least six sandwiches waiting for the lady checking out customers. The 2nd person needed to step up and get sandwiches made. Stop taking more orders and making the other people wait for the sandwiches to be completed. Very slow and not ambicious 2nd person. Also she was throwing iut orders for the 1st person to go get ingredients for condiments when she could have done that herself. Poorly managed operation.

The taste of the food was ultimately what I expected from subway. Good. The speed of service and employee attitude was terrible. When the line was 7 deep the first employee went in back to ask for help. When the second employee came up front, it was actually slower! On a foot long, she measured out 5 leaves of spinach, one at a time. When asked for more spinach, a sigh and asked gruffly, "Is that enough?" She asked the question again in an annoyed fashion when putting the sweet onion sauce on my sub. She graciously provided 2 napkins for our two foot long subs.
