I've been to alot of subways like most people and this is one of the best experiences I've ever had! It was a little bit of a wait during lunch but everyone was nice and apologetic the new gm said he had just started not to long ago at this location but can tell he knows what he's doing! Plus he's very handsome and I didnt mind that at all!

The manager here is very focused and handles everything extremely well including the drive thru. This is the only subway that has a drive thru I ever seen and that has to be extremely challenging for the manager.

I come here frequently, as of late they tell me 'we only have this bread or that bread today.' It's all stale, dry, stale bread. I'm not spending $8-9 on a 6" sandwitch made with stale bread. Buyer beware, the quality is really taking a dive.

Came here to buy the dippers and 20 minutes into the drive through no worker had even started making out food or even came to the window after knocking on the window the worker finally came up and told us the machine inside was a pos and that dippers take a very long time to make which it a lie as I have gotten them before from friends that work at subway then when we wanted to pay he told us we had to come in to pay for our food and he couldn’t do it at the window once we came in they had just started making our food and had a really nasty attitude when we finally got our food the cheese wasn’t melted and the chicken was still cold and we weren’t givin any ranch and when we asked for ranch they gave us one ranch for 3 dippers i don’t know why these workers problem was but they should be ashamed of themselves trying to not to serve people because they don’t feel like it don’t have a job if your going to ruin a company’s image for your own laziness

I went into Subway (instead of drive thru) and asked if the footlong Churros had cinnamon sugar on them. The 2 servers said that Churros had cinnamon. I bought 3 Churros for $2.00 each and drove home. My family told me there was no cinnamon on any of the Churros. I looked and tasted. No cinnamon! Just warm, oily, bland, things. A waste of money.

Completely messed my order up just because your close to closing time doesn’t mean fake 15 minutes to make 2 for longs and a protein bowl which by. The way order double meat and there was and messed up both my sub ordered and now I can’t even sit and enjoy my food like I want to because I’m picking off things I didn’t even ask for !! Sloppy do better and pay attention to customers when ordering it’s your job to serve what’s asked not just make a.e and when I called to talk about like 4 times no answer poor and sad service no enthusiasm what so ever from the closing guy tonight

ordered 3 full platters to feed 45 people at my business. i was told each box would have 15 sandwiches. Picked up my platters and each box had 10 sandwiches... called and I was told that I need to cut the sandwiches into 1/4's... so now my 45 team members can all get 3 in worth of a sandwich, and they can fight over the last 14-15 sandwiches left over. I have a pretty large team, normally over 150+, that I feed quite often... thanks for saying sorry though!

Subway is a very fine establishment and I do enjoy there subs very much. I love going behind the counter and making my own sandwiches because no one is there to serve me. My daily order is tuna and meatballs. I do like balls.

Food was the worst Subject I have ever had. My order was placed on the mobile app so it would not get messed up. When I arrived at the store I sat at the drive-thru speaker for about 5 minutes before pulling up to the window where I sat for another 5 minutes I couldn't see anyone around l. I walked inside to find the only 2 employees sitting in the lobby talking. I got home and couldn't even eat the subs. The one was dripping out of the wrapper because the amount of vinegarette that was on it. The other had ingredients that weren't ordered and that I'm not able to eat.

Ordered pick up for 11:10 am on 1/12/22. We ordered 3 subs and 2 bags of chips. They somehow got every item of the order wrong. Wrong bread on 1 sub (we ordered wheat and it came on flatbread), wrong toppings on the 2nd sub, and wrong toppings and no cheese on the 3rd sub - and I paid for EXTRA cheese on that one. Oh yeah, and they didn't give us any chips.

You're probably saying "well you should've checked the order before you left." But I don't think you should expect the customer to open each wrapped sub to see if it's correct (sure, we should've noticed there were no chips). There were no other customers in the store, so there's no excuse for getting everything wrong on our order. Paid $25 to throw away half of the order. We won't be back to this location.

I go to this one every so often and I was really disappointed this time there was this bigger lady and this kid who you could tell was his first job or fresh in the working world and she was being so rude to him yelling at him because he forgot bacon on a sub this is the kind of thing that makes jobs bad places to work I asked him if he was new to verify and he said yea just so sad to see his first job is to be experienced this way

Placed order online. Got there at the time they said for pick up. Called and they said they didn’t have my order ready. Gave me a run around then the lady said she would call the manager and call me back and NEVER did. Then she also said come back after 1 hr and it would be done. So before heading that way I called to make sure and it STILL wasn’t done! Told them I wanted manager information they said they couldn’t give it out so I said I wanted manager to call me now and they said they could tomorrow. So here I wait! I feel like it's not asking much to put croutons in my Caesar wrap but apparently since she's only put it on the side of a salad opening a bag to put them into the wrap was just too much. I had to ask for the bag on the side and the wrap not wrapped so I could do it myself at home thx for not making a wrap but giving me all the ingredients to do YOUR JOB myself.

One of the girls that assisted me was incredibly rude, wouldn't look at me when I was talking so I had to repeat myself multiple times and then abruptly stopped helping me before she was done and moved onto the next customer in line. All the vegetables on my sub were frozen. Worst sub and subway experience I have had. Better off going to the one in Walmart.

Honestly the girls who work here suck at customer service. They will raise their voices because they can't hear because of the whatever they running in the back, I mean I can hear you and understand that you may not hear me but you don't need to raise your voice. This happen to me with the African American girl who was rude as hell. The guys seem pretty cool over there.

Come home after getting our sandwiches made and it was rock hard! No way it was made today! I always enjoy the food at Subway it's usually a healthier fare for fast food,however they could not figure out how to use my reward points.
I had to waste a half an hour with customer service on the phone following my visit to get my points verified. they even took off the wrong points the ones that will expire sooner versus later. Overall not a pleasant experience.

Took ten minutes from the time we pulled up to the driveway to the time we got our food. When we did, I took my first bite and.... No sauce. My brother opened his sandwich to see if there were any mistakes... They forgot his cheese. On his PHILLY CHEESE STEAK SANDWICH. So we turn around and go back inside to ask the sandwich maker to, you know, fix this (i.e. remake our sandwiches). He hands me two packets of light mayo and my brother the cold cheese that was meant for his toasted sandwich. The establishment only had 2 people working in it, which I would normally forgive... But there were no customers waiting to order. There was no excuse for TWO wrong sandwiches. I think the Subway attached to Walmart is a much better option if you want your sandwiches done right. That was not worth the SIXTEEN DOLLARS we paid.
