Ordered footlong subway club, Italian herb n cheese bread and pepper jack cheese. The worker came out to the veggie area with 6 inch 9 grain bread and provolone cheese. She did fix it to a footlong. I don't know if the worker was even listening.

I’ve had good experiences at this subway (I’m pretty sure the guy that’s really good at this subways name is Bailey- so he should keep doing what he’s doing), but today my experience was so bad it completely turned me away from this location- or will now make me order online.

To start, I went through the drive thru and just ordered the 6” meal of the day with whatever comes on it (should be simple, right?). After ordering he told me that he put the wrong bag of chips in, which not sure why the bag of chips matters- chips should be chips on a POS machine. He then proceeded to tell me it would cost me $9.xx. I said, but it’s the meal of the day, shouldn’t that be $6.99? He then corrected himself that it was actually $7.34 with tax.

I then got up to the window where he asked me cash or card. I told him card. He put this machine infront of me but didn’t say anything- and then he told me “You need to LITERALLY take the machine from me” with a bunch of attitude. When I took the machine and checked out, I was now charged $8.80. I didn’t say anything, but still not what the meal of the day costs. He either charged me for an extra bag of chips or he gave himself a tip before I got the machine.

Then when I got home, my sub was on the wrong bread- which honestly is the least of my worries, but after that full experience, not what I wanted.

I know subway is struggling finding workers and I completely understand, but no workers is still better than a rude employee who just turned a loyal customer away.

Second time I've had to drive away from the drive through bc nobody seems to want to take my order. If you dont have enough staff to cover the drive-thru, maybe close it down so people don't wait 5-10 mins to not even get served. One on commercial st. In Neenah needs help. Frustrating.

I spent over $28 for two foot long subs, they were good but for $28 they'd better be. I went through the drive through and it took forever even the guy who made our subs apologized for the long delay, he could have thrown in a couple of free cookies for the long wait but he chose not to do that.

My one-star review is NOT because of the employees or the food. Both of the employees my girlfriend and I talked to were lovely and very nice. The subs were good, as expected.

My one-star review is because of the fact that the store lost air conditioning yesterday (8/23) in the ~100°F weather, and the employees still had to work both yesterday and today. The fact that the management chose to keep the store open with no air conditioning in hot weather with various meats and produce sitting out is plain awful and a food safety hazard. Be better to your employees and your customers.

EDIT: The regional owner, Max, was a complete jerk to my girlfriend who called to complain about the AC. It was very classless and distasteful. He was trying to excuse the fact that he was new and had only worked one day and hung up on her. He also thought it was important to bring up that he wasn't making much more than minimum wage.

Go to one of the other subways. There is always 1 or 2 people working, management nowhere to be found, lobby closed or ignoring the drive through, and the only thing they can consistently do is mess up your order. You're almost guaranteed to have a mistake on your order if you order on the app. I have worked in fast food management in the past, and its obvious that this store's failures are a reflection of the management (or lack of). The undertrained employees are left taking the heat for those failures. It's no mystery why staffing is short. Do better.

I didn't notice the menu had changed and now the philly includes mayonnaise. Yuk. Got home and realized, I was so disappointed. I had a coupon that said get a footling for 5.99 with a 20 ounce drink purchase. It was miss leading cause you had to by the 1.89 soda and pay 5.99 for the sandwich. What a rip off. I was the second customer in the store. One employee at the counter, one sitting at a table watching a video. I stood at the counter and was able to eat an entire bag of chips, plus 3 minutes) before even being asked what I would like to order.

I had to repeat myself to the girl behind counter several times, and I certainly don't have quiet voice. Food quality was terrible. Probably should have gone next door for something that wasn't dry and hard to eat.

I visited this location for the first time today and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the place and the vibe in the dining area. I was sad to learn that they do not have the elusive veggie patty I had once in Milwaukee, but excited I could get some egg in the evening. The gentleman that helped me was great!

One complaint. He had to ring up the egg and cheese sub as a veggie sub add egg. The egg is 1.69 per 6 inches. With a footlong, I expected to pay 5.99, one dollar more than the veggie delight. I asked him why he rang it up that way, and after noon, the buttons for breakfast disappear and they have to do it that way... 🤔

Seems like this could be an easy fix, but could be a troublesome nightmare. If the sandwiches are available all day, then the buttons and pricing should be also. 🤷‍♂️

Still, 5 stars because of the service and cleanliness and a most excellent sandwich! 🎸🎸🎸

If today would have been my first visit to this location I would never come back. Horrible service, the three clowns behind the counter were more interested in sharing their stories about previous work places („ I burnt myself a million times working at McDonalds“) instead of the actual customer. No friendly greeting, no hello. I had to repeat my order three times cause he got distracted with talking.
