I came in and was greeted right away. I got exactly what I asked for and it was a 10/10 experience. Two employees and the manger were very respectful, helpful, and friendly. I’ve never had an issue coming here. Definitely recommend.

Horrible the young girl that was working tonight really need an attitude adjustment had some friends calling three subs and I go to pick them up and she blatantly just tells me that they never called and I was there when they called I remember what they ordered if you can't if you can't enjoy your job and respect the customers then don't have the job I would think long and hard before I go to this Subway again

The most awkward entrance into a Subway..The worker was preparing bread and never acknowledged us for what seemed like 10 min..we almost left. When I told him about it as he checked me out he said" yeah I know the bread was more important..Really?!

The neillsville location is my favorite! The workers are so nice and make amazing sandwiches. It is expensive to eat at subway, but its a nice treat and I recommend this restaurant. Only suggestion is writing sandwich acronyms on the labels to help find which sandwich is yours (:

So, I love subway but I HATE their app. It seems the workers DO NOT double check what is written for ingredients or instructions. Which can get VERY frustrating when we order online and come in to pick up our orders then drive all the way home just to realize it is messed up. I personally have had 4 orders now all back to back ordered on the app that HAVE BEEN messed up. I would ask that management please tell your workers to DOUBLE CHECK what is all SUPPOSED TO BE added onto the subs BEFORE handing them to customers. When we PAY for extra we want extra not a few pieces that are equivalent to the less option. When we pay for certain sauces please make sure they are included as well.

I always get my Subway sandwiches here or at the Marshfield Walmart branch depending on which city I'm in but the majority since I live in neillsville I get neillsville but sometimes I get at the Marshfield Walmart branch it's cheaper there but it's still worth it here.

Ordered online. Waited the 20 minutes got there to get food and wasn't done. Say and waited for 30 minutes for them to make it and they had 2 options for bread barely any vegetables and no cookies. Paid for 2 sandwiches pizza and cookies but wasn't refunded for them but having any cookies nor anything to refund the 6 dollars I spent for them. Won't be coming back unfortunately. Would also like to add after getting home, opened up my sandwich to eat and the only items I had received was meat mayo and Chipotle. The sub I had ordered comes with pepper hack cheese onions and peppers. So ultimately paid 12 dollars for a mayonnaise sandwich

I'm giving this place one star not because the food the foods alright but I came in for a door dash order and I see another dasher walking out with my order which wasn't his fault I asked the manager and she said she told the other dasher that they had an extra order and just gives it to him like are you dumb?? There's more than just one dasher here so don't just give orders away it takes away work for me so maybe just wait for the person that actually accepted the order to come and pick it up rather than just giving it to another dasher that wasn't even there for that one

Whenever I go to subways. I am very picky about how I would like my protein bowls made. So knowing that Subway makes protein bowls. I have a particular way of getting it done and so when I go into subways I kind of let them know how I would like my protein bowls made. Then at the end, I give them a tip. Because I am very picky about how I like my protein balls mate

Could you not add a mound of pepper? When we want extra something we'll ask for it. The amount of pepper on ALL of our subs tonight was absolutely ridiculous, and I had to SCRAPE it off. Use common sense people.

Subway it is 2022, why isn’t there a changing table in either of your bathrooms?
Yes, the food was quite tasty at this establishment. The staff were ok, with everyone being friendly enough, but a little slow with orders/understanding the order, which is completely understandable if any of them were new hires.
However, we had two babies with us and it was awful having to figure out where to change them. If the day had been beautiful we would have gone back outside and changed them in the car, but it was cold and very windy. Not having a changing table is enough to make me not want to go back to a place because kneeling on a public restroom floor is 1) gross 2) painful on one’s knees if you’re over the age of 18, and 3) a bit difficult to stand up from when you’ve had a c-section only several weeks prior.
We have all heard of the Koala Kare products and we know Subway can afford it, so PLEASE put changing tables in both the men’s and women’s restrooms. It would be very much appreciated by all parents with diaper-wearing munchkins. Thank you.

I was very disappointed that not one of the 3 employees were wearing a mask! When I asked why they didn't have them on the girl who was helping me said because "you dont really have to". Even though....masks are Required! Even the sign on the door says so!
The store was messy. Chunks of crumbs all over the chairs that were in front of the case. The case itself looked lo like it needed to be cleaned. I really debated if I even wanted to get any subs. There were no customers in the store when I got there and only 1 other while I was there. This was just before 5pm on a Tuesday.
I will not return to this Subway.

Wish I could rate 0/5... every single time I've ordered pickup in the last year they've messed up my sandwich. Tonight they messed up all 5 of my family's sandwiches. They had an hour to make the sandwiches and didn't bother to take the time to look closer at the order online. When you order in person the staff is usually rude and looks unhappy, but at least you can make sure they do your sandwich right.

My favorite sub is the meatball sub. It's even the on sale this month, but if you get there later than one in the afternoon they're "sold out" for the day and refuse to make more. This isn't a one off occurrence it's every day. I'll spend my money else where.

Went in to eat with my wife. 2 workers were making subs for a party platter and the manager was sitting at a table. We were told it was going to be a minute while they finished the platter. No big deal! Well, after roughly 10 minutes without being served and another customer coming in and leaving without being served, I asked if we could be "snuck in". We were told they had the platters to do, then no response acknowledgement. The manager could have been helping at this point. My wife, as a former Subway employee, was appalled. I've worked in food service as well, and the customer in front of you should come before a platter to be picked up later. We ended up leaving to go somewhere else.

Went to grab 2 subs. One of the workers was so rude that we almost left! How hard is it to be nice to your customers? I asked if she was having a bad day and she said no, just busy. Please note, we were the first two people in the door and they were just standing around, talking. Once that worker, who has been there for a while, was rude the younger, clearly newer employee adopted her attitude. I told her she could still be nice and I got the whatever look and attitude. She didn't even ask if my husband wanted his heated or toasted just kind of tossed on to the next girl. Management should look into who was working 5/25 for lunch and have a talk with them!! The young girl who checked us out was nice though. I think she was embarrassed by the other's actions. Sad!

This place is awful. I ordered a salad, and they piled everything in the little plastic bowl instead of tossing and mixing it up in their large black bowl because she didn't want to clean it afterwards. She got pissy with me when I asked her to mix my salad up. I ordered oil and vinegar for my dressing. The oil container was empty. She pretended to put oil on my salad, while I was standing there watching, and argued with me when I asked her if she was gonna put oil on my salad like I ordered. She finally went back to get more, and returned in 15 seconds saying they were out. I hate lazy, lying people. This Subway seems to hire nothing but those people.
