Condiments were mostly gone. Every bread was gone EXCEPT Italian herbs and cheese. The only cheese available was American cheese. The girl working at 8PM on 8/8/25 was extremely rude. We had more food than we could physically carry in one trip and the girl refused give us a bag. When the malw worker in back tried to come up and help she audibly screamed at him and berated him. I normally don't make negative reviews like this unless they're earned and this one was earned as it was the second time in a week that we've had this experience. We will not patronize this Sub-way as long as she's behind the counter.

I highly recommend training your staff thoroughly on your sandwiches. Many times I have gotten a footlong sub with the amount of meat that goes on a 6 inch. That's something they should probably know.

This was first time in this subway. Customer Service was impeccable. I was greeted warmly and wasn’t rushed on deciding my options. Even was told “Today is free cookie friday”, i did get one for sure! Was asked if wanted toasted bread, what kind of cheese. ALL impeccable! Store was very clean and tidy. Had underage employees working, pretty sure no adults were on duty, still surprised employees were professional and all appropriate as expected to be, even when i was only customer eating. Extremely impressed at such young people’s work ethics. I haven’t seen that in such a long time in this economy, that is the way it should be. I DEFINITELY will recommend this subway whenever anyone tells me they are going to Nekoosa. Thank you for your commitment to customer service!

Super Rude Employees and just throw ingredients on the sub. Not sure if it's a requirement to have a poor attitude and no manners and be rude to work at this Subway location but the last several times I went in here the workers were very rude. 2 different girls the last 2 times. Every customer in the store each time even commented on it. If you hate your job so much find a different one. I left without ordering this time due to the disrespect the elderly woman ahead of me received.

The girl working today, I forgot her name I’m sorry. But she is always polite, quick, and friendly. She is always very nice and friendly every time we are there. The girl that was there was very rushed taking our order and making our sandwiches. She talked so fast my daughter didn't even know she was talking to her. As my boyfriend was paying I mentioned to him that she was closing in 20 mins. He wanted to eat there so we did. She started to take the soda machine apart to clean it again rushing so fast. Normally we fill up our drinks for the ride home since we have a long way to go but couldn't this time. It was very tense sitting there eating as she rushed around. Also there was a guy in the back room which I believe was her boyfriend. No subway uniform. He came out after we left. Needless to say we will not be eating there again due to the unfriendly service.

Horrible experience!!!! Girl was very rude first to my husband than I went in and asked for her name and corporate number. She didn’t give me either. She did nothing but scream at me . Went to this location on June 29, 2023 was very disappointed in the person who was running the facility. She was very rude had no people skills at all..

She acted like she didn’t want to service didn’t want to answer questions.

This was at 7 PM when we went into the establishment.

We will not be going to this location ever again due to the poor experience we had with your staff.

Whoever owns this location needs to increase the pay so they can get better employees. There's one younger woman who seems like she's always overworked and doing everything on her own.

My most recent trip here was very disappointing. A new employee was working but was totally "checked out" and has no customer service skills. I can forgive inexperience but he didn't bother to greet us or ask any of the basic questions.

On top of that, something went very wrong with my sub, making it extremely soggy by the time I'd driven the two blocks home. Rotisserie Chicken, and bacon (heated), Sliced Cheese, Lettuce, Spinach and Mayo. Not sure what would have been so wet but the sandwich was only half edible.

I'll be driving to one of the locations in Rapids from now on.

This is a terrible place to eat. Will never eat here again. The staff is mean. I came back to have my sub toasted because I forgot and they did it but gave me a lot of attitude. Lot of young high school girls working there who think they are all that. Anyway the place is dated and small also it has terrible smell. I went into the bathroom and there were feces all over the stall that have been sitting there rotting. Digusting! Ps Don't eat here
