Me and my family have always came to this subway never really had any problems until tonight. The lady working was very rude and when we asked for something on our subway she just said Nope she basically said Nope to all three of our subs. Then we asked for the meal and she just said nope on top of that we got all of our subs roasted and they were cold like ice cold very disappointed.

Decent subway joint, as long as your quit verbal about what you want and specific it’s a decent place, I really enjoy there food plus it’s usually a very quite place for a quick lunch. The staff was decent but looked like they hated being there.. one woman puts all the meat and veggies on one side. Doesn’t listen to customers. People watch movies on phones during work.

Saturday night I pulled into the parking lot 850 there were two men in there getting their orders filled, and the door was locked. It actually looked like the guy behind the counter, asked one of the customers over to go make sure the door was locked Because that customer went over and checked the door.
I put this on video standing outside the door at the sign says they close at nine the clock up on the wall near the cash register read about 848 and then that the door was locked.
As I was sitting in the parking lot, another customer came in, walked up to the door and saw I was locked. Turns around and starts walking back to their car.
I called from the parking lot and they answer the phone and then tell me that they close at nine. It was 5 to 9 according to my clock. The employee said that he had been slammed and he had a lot of work left to do before he could go home and he left it at that.
I took my business down the road to Culver’s and gave them the $25 business.
Pretty poor form on behalf of this subway.

The 2 young guys working this evening killed it! My wife and I ordered 4 footling, 2 6 inch and a cookie, took less than 10 minutes and everything was spot on.

Changing my review. This place used to slap! But it's gone to shit there was no double meat on my double meat sub made for pick up. There was also barley and teriyaki sauce on my teriyaki chicken. It was the worst.

Good times were had by all.
Stopped to grab a bite to eat inbetween jobs, had my usual foot long sweet onion chicken teriyaki on herb and cheese. Toasted.
The sandwich was made exactly how I like, and didn't have to repeat myself for anything, perfect.
10/10, would go again.

These people clearly don’t know what they are doing. When you order online and have someone else pick up your food for you make sure they know exactly what you got. Just because you ordered chips and a drink with your sub doesn’t mean you will get it because these workers don’t know how to read a receipt. That’s one way to ruin my Mother’s Day.

Manager could not handle a simple single substitution and screwed up the first sub he made. Then he tried to tell me that I should order a different number meal ( still would require the same substitution). I told him it's not my fault he did not listen the first time, (told him before he even made the first sub)and that it's a simple substitution. He then wanted argue the whole time and still forgot to toast the sub because he was too busy being confrontational (2nd screw up). I go to other Subway's and NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM ORDERING THIS WAY.

I just came to this location just now matter of like five minutes not even and I have been on the road for two hours and thought this nice small town would have nice customer service I was explaining how I wanted my sub. The lady was extremely rude to me. I was being nice and she was extremely rude. Not understanding what I was trying to explain to her. I was trying to be as nice as possible. Explained it to her and immediately she was rude like so I just walked out and I will never ever come to this place again like I am not from this area and you would think that you would be a little bit nicer. Be in a small town he would think. I walked out I will never return and then I gave a phone call and she just wanted to be argumentative through the phone call. I called and apologize she must’ve been having a bad day. It’s only nine something in the morning. I was actually very happy and excited to try this location. When I walked in and it was nice and clean. The bread looked fresh and good. Food area looked clean and inviting. But that all changed when I was talked to like I was by the so called manager. Very unhappy and disappointed 😔

The only thing saving this Subway from a 1 star was the food. The staff were so loud it was uncomfortable to sit and eat there. Left the bathroom, heard them cussing about staff member/friend. Be more professional and you'll advance in your careers 😉

I must say that this restaurant has vastly improved, in my opinion. About a year ago I had a terrible experience and was pretty sure I wasn't going back. I decided to give it another go recently and their staff has always been prompt, accommodating, and just downright friendly. They strive to have online orders ready when the time comes and no matter how busy they are at times, they always seem to care. I really think they have good people and owners who care.

Ordered turkey, bacon, guacamole sub and got a smear of guacamole. Kid said they ran out, apparently didn’t want to get more out. Then I had to remind Him the sandwich comes with bacon on it and he burned that. Really great experience. Quality employees.

This Subway has always been a little ghetto. Employees smoking pot outside, letting customers in behind the counter (some of these employees are no longer here, though). The tables have crumbs and are all sticky and male employees have incredibly long hair and facial hair which has made me turn around to go to a different business. We are signed up for mobile coupons and yesterday, we got a coupon that said “expires in a FEW DAYS.” Today, we attempted to use it and they said it’s expired. We only come here if we’re sick of the other businesses, today we only came here because the local pizzareria opens later than we thought.

I wont be going back, i always felt yukky after eating any of their food at the new glarus location. Never feeling like it at other subways that i have gone to. But yesterday i had major food poisening from here. It was the only thing i had all day. And 3 hours after eating i was puking my guts out. So needless to say i wont be going back to this location, and prolly never another location either.

This is a clean Subway with friendly staff. They don't skim toppings and generally make a really great sandwich. The hours are great and they almost always open holidays when everything else is closed
