We ordered 2 six inch subs The young man was very friendly and helpful but got very sick from meatball sub. I probably should have gone to emergency room but decided to just stay in bed. It last 4 to 5 days. They need to watch temperature of the meatballs better. Will not order that again

EDIT BELOW 3 STAR TO 1. Don't order online for pick up! It seems to be where they dump their old hard bread. To customers whom drive all the way home before they're disappointed. Every time I go inside my bread is great. Order online terrible. EDIT!!!!! I posted this top review after eating., and now this morning myself, my lady, and hour 9 year old are sick. Pick the subway at Walmart if you have to have it.

Only going downhill. Every single time I order pick up or delivery the order is wrong. When ordering NOT toasted I get it toasted every single time. I ALWAYS unselect the toasted button. I had them remake it this time and they didn't even warm up the rotisserie chicken. I worked at a subway back in the day and never ever did we have this many mishaps. The store on Knowles is notorious for screwing up even the simplest order. Ex. A foot long ham doesn't come with 4 slices of ham!!! There are cheat sheets literally in front of you when making sandwiches. Use them!!!!

Visiting New Richmond and stopped for lunch. Absolutely worst subway experience by far. Asked for mayo and it was plopped in one giant lump on one end of the sandwich, none of the fillings spread out on the sandwich. Employees rubbing noses with their gloves hands. No customer service skills. Forgot to give me the drink cups so I had to wait in line while they went back to the sandwich line until they got back up to the register to grab them for me. 0/10

Got food for pickup 3 subs. All had hard bread, one had cold chicken on it when it was supposed to be cooked. The other looks like someone or something threw bread and meat in a wrapper. Stopped in for a sandwich with my son. The gentleman that took our order was friendly. It wasn't busy inside, but they had orders coming in.
We ordered chicken bacon ranch, and mine was toasted on Italian bread, but it seemed kinda dry compared to others that I had, but still good. We will probably stop in again when in the area.

Ok. Lets start with this is. IT IS JUST ANOTHER SUBWAY. This being said, I stopped in on a cool blustery evening for a quick mid evening dinner. The staff at this location were super friendly. The guest ahead of me had several sandwiches and were of mixed variety. The staff handled the mother and her son perfectly. I was up next and my sandwich was made with "Care" not just slopped together as you get at an average subway. That simple ingredient "Care" absolutely made my experience a 5 star one. It was greatly appreciated comming from someone who eats on the road 5 days a week. The staff was defintley on point, and worth the shout out.

On November 11th at around 8:30om I placed an online order which was a chicken bacon ranch delexe with extra cheese light on the condiments with chips and a drink and cookies. I had special instructiins to toasr my sub for 2 footlongs rime which it wasnt toasted at all, my boyfriend picked my order up and when he got home my sandwhich didnt have any cheese or bacon, no deluxe meat and the mayo and tellow mustard was so much it was just nasty had to threw the whole thing away. I called and asked for a refund because 26 dollars to throw away is alot. Nick the person Working said he couldnt do refund and to come back to the store to make a new one. I live 10 mins away i shouldnt have to waste more gas to get my food made correctly. Asked for a manger and was told to call in the morning. Very upset at the fact that the man i talked to really didnt want or act like he wanted to help resolve this issue.

I love the drive through.
They screw up on occasion (depends who's working) and don't toast your sub or don't give you cheese... I would recommend checking your sandwich before leaving the parking lot if you use the drive through a lot like me. They do a great job most times and always have fresh food.

Ever since the whole pandemic started a lot of the employees I have notice have their own opinions to the mask mandate. The manager is very good at asking customers to put on a mask and even offering masks to those you dont have them! Every single time I go to this subway I always use the drive threw its so simple and easy it actually talks to you so I never see how customers can mess up there order, like theirs even a call button to make sure what you ordered is correct. Sometimes they do have to shut down the drive threw due to issues or being to busy and not a lot of people but they are trying their best!!! At least you can go inside most places are drive threw only!!! If your a fisher or play Pokemon go theirs also a nice lake with plenty of Poke Stops.

Thought they were doing well with wearing masks and then a girl from the back came to the front without a mask and started picking through the food in the front. Might as well not wear masks. I turned around and walked out. However, I tried it again once mask regulation for Wisconsin was put into place. Everyone (employees) was complying with the order, so I feel better about going there.
