I went in to order a turkey and salami sub and the woman there told me she couldn’t make that sandwich (as if it was illegal or something lol). Not sure if she just didn’t know how to ring up this basic sub but she said she would only make me a turkey sandwich? Strangest experience of my life… I’m standing there looking at the turkey and salami in the case so confused and she just goes “I can’t.” So after her telling me no for a third time I just walked out. Felt like I was being punk’d for real.

I can see why people are ripping on this place. I went in to check it out for myself and see you at all it was about and they don’t even except the coupons that they give out and a half tried on my sandwich. The employees act like they don’t even wanna be there or care at all. I definitely don’t recommend anyone to come here just go to a different subway location. There’s a reason why the place is dead inside.

This place has inconsistent hours. I’m getting very tired of going places that say they are open and getting there an hour or more before close and the workers say they are closed. Online it says they are open till 9pm their own door says open til 9pm! I got there at 8:06 and the guy said we are closed. Absolutely ridiculous, if that’s the case change your hours so people don’t waste their time and gas on places that won’t stay open until they say they are open! Absolutely ridiculous.

They make their own rules when it comes to using the coupons you receive in the mail. The coupons explain what is excluded so when I picked something else they told me none of the numbers on the board are included in the coupons I could only build my own sub to use the coupon and there wasn’t any signs up that stated what was excluded. I’ve never heard of that before I felt played.. subway you gotta do better I basically got a sub I didn’t even want in order to use the coupons smh

Staff and food were fine, but management does not accept coupons mailed to Area homes. I sat down, loaded the Subway app, but app would not take the coupon code. and did not allow me the discount or ability to use a gift as method of payment. Manager did override of system to give me $5 discount instead of $11, & it took me an hour to leave with sandwiches!

My order got mixed up and I got a 6" instead of a footling delivered. I called the store, and they were extremely nice and accommodating. I was offered to get a free delivery of the missing sub. It was delivered very quickly with a complementary cookie and lots of apologies. Left me feeling like a satisfied customer in the end ❤️👍

This is by far the best Subway I've ever been to. It's extremely clean, the food is top notch, and the staff couldn't be more friendly.
To anyone reading the reviews, just eat here. You won't be disappointed.
I was shocked to see negative reviews until I realized it was mostly a bunch of weak minded sheeple who fell for the whole fake scamdemic virus hoax.
After learning that employees of this Subway weren't playing along with the scamdemic mask games, I now want to support this business even more, every single chance I get. This all just made my sandwich taste even better.

Overcharged my by $7.50 tonight. Went with three kids. Got an adult meal and three kids meals. Charged me an extra $5.96 for 4 chips and then a mysterious $1.50 for a kids pack.

I promise I will literally drive out of my way to give my money to a subway that will accept a deal before giving my money here. I understand you’ll pay to use they companies likeness, image, delivery services, ect. Gladly as the recognition gives you (whatever semblance of which you happen to have left) business. But a coupon of which is reimbursed by that same company? That’s to much. If you need a reason to stop here, stop for the laugh to watch them stutter out a half hearted reason to not taking them.

I am leaving a negative review because when my husband and I went in to get dinner. The food service employees were not wearing masks. The last thing my husband and I want is to get Covid-19 because the employees fixing our food were breathing on our food because they didn't want to wear masks.. So we left with out dinner.

I stopped here on my way back to Madison from Hubertus, WI. When I got inside of the Subway, I was in awe. The interior design was beautiful! It was nice and clean, inside. I tried their asiago seasoned bread, this time, and it was delicious. They accepted my Bucky book discount, which I highly appreciated. I ate the rotisserie chicken sandwich... Oh my goodness, it was scrumptious! The 2 young women working behind the counter were very helpful. The bathroom was super clean. I give this Subway location a 5 star review. They are doing many things right!

Got here right when it opened, to get my child a sub for her field trip, and there was no one there. Even at 8:25 am there was no one there when they said they opened at 8:00 am. I even tried calling and the line was busy. That is very poor!

We have monthly staff meetings which we usually pay for lunch. Sometimes we do pizza but most of the time we do sandwiches from Subway. It's not a very large staff so it's only a total of 6 sandwiches cut up on to 2 trays. I called the night before so that I could pick it up in the morning and they told me that I couldn't because they have a lunch order that same day and they wouldn't be able to make me 6 sandwiches. If I walked into the front door and ordered 6 sandwiches they would make them for me. I figured a heads up would be the best approach so they would be ready when we want to pick them up. Once again I was told no they can't do it. Don't worry Subway, I got it figured out. I called Jimmy John's and they were more than accommodating and I will most likely go with them from now on for our monthly staff meetings. I don't usually write reviews but this one kind of blew my mind.

Used to use the other Subway in town, and the other one is absolutely TERRIBLE! Gave 3 of us terrible food poisoning about a year ago, and none of us has visited a Subway since. This location, however, has changed that opinion and exceeded my expectations! The staff was fun and friendly, the food tasted fresh, and was made precisely to order, and the store was clean. I may start returning again after a great experience here!

Awful......the manager was extremely rude. I asked for extra cheese and there wasn't extra cheese on it. Look like sje didn't add any extra. Then tried to fight with me about it. Then she proceed to call me a nasty name in front of other customers. I work in the customer service field and if I was a critic I would give them a negative 5 on customer service. How rude. Great food, great service BUT how can you open up at 8 a.m. on Sunday???? Makes no sense to open later.... People are hungry. You loose our business every Sunday to McDonald's or piggly wiggly. Early bird gets the worm. Disappointed with Sunday hours only
