I just was up to the Oregon Subway. I ordered a BLT and there is hardly no lettuce in it. I said there's not much lettuce and rhat person ignored me and then after I was done that person got a new lettuce out. I was not happy.

I took two of my children to Subway on Saturday evening right before closing time. There was only one lady working and there were two other groups of people in line to order besides us. The worker was so polite and kind and didn't seem stressed or annoyed by the "rush" right before close. When we left at 9:00 and were standing outside waiting for my husband to pick us up, the worker saw us, came outside, and offered for us to wait inside since it was chilly, eventhough it was closing time. So kind! Our food was also delicious and as ordered.

I recently visited this Subway and left feeling quite disappointed. Unlike most Subway locations, this one does not participate in any of the chain’s promotions or BOGO deals.

This is a great place to get food if you’re in a rush or just don’t want to cook. The food is amazing and the variety of ingredients they have is phenomenal. In my experience it has to be 5 stars. All the things are great and the people there are always kind to me. There’s a specific one that I want to shout out to. His name is Tristen and he was a great guy. He works hard every day and has a very nice personality. His service will impact the entire restaurant and I hope he does well. Overall, great place, totally recommend if you are in or are passing by Oregon.

I ordered a double portion sandwich and got something that was acually smaller than the regular sandwich. Not sure how peopel feel about pay 16 bucks for a sub and getting about 8 bucks worth of sandwich. I guess you have to really watch these people make your food. Thanks much. Me and my partner ordered using the app for carry out delivery. My sandwich was made to order and very tasty! My partner’s was made adequately as well. This location " is not participating" in the 5 dollar foot long deal which every subway I've gone into is. Kind of annoying. If your advertising a special it should be throughout the whole chain. Then if you order a wrap it won't stay together because they don't know how you wrap them so when you take a bite of your wrap it'll end up in your lap. Staff is fairly nice but could definitely use some additional training on making sandwiches and customer service. And support the same deals throughout the whole chain if your going to advertise a special.

Out of all of the Subway franchises in the area, this Oregon location is one of the best ones to stop in. Very clean building, friendly and very professional staff. The way a girl wrapped my sandwich was the most perfect I've ever seen and I don't normally pay attention to details like that. I live in Madison and will be going out of my way from now on to return to this location. Every star deserved.

Well first of all when I ordered my sub and paid for it the employee went on break so when the new employee can in he gave it to the family in the drive trough. I went for a sandwich for dinner Sunday evening and was appalled at the lack of cleanliness. The whole place was filthy! As I waited in line I noticed on the bread cart was caked with dirt along the bottom also the floor was horrible. As I was choosing my vegetables something oozed down the glass so I had to look past that. 3 young guys were behind the counter and only 1 had 1/2 a personality. 1 I couldn’t hear and the one on the cash register couldn’t take his toothpick out long enough to talk. As I walked out with my sandwich’s I thought sure wish I would have told them how filthy the place was and that I wouldn’t be ordering anything! I absolutely will not go back there for a long time AND if I do I will make sure it’s clean before I order or I WILL walk out after I inform them! The owners should maybe check on their business!

My daughter does dance for competitions and it seems like every time there is one of these competitions just about every dancer wants subway. However, it always seems like Subway has no idea that the dance competitions are going on because they are way understaffed. The managers need to work with these places to better prepare themselves. Most of the time there is a Subway within walking distance of these events. So prepare for long lines.

Showed up at 7pm. I heard one of the employees tell the customer ahead of me they were out of Italian bread for the night, ( kind of frustrating as it's only 7, and the stores open for another 3 hours). When it was my turn, another employee helped me. Didn't greet me. Looked at me and mouth openly dropped an "uhhhhh." I proceeded to ask what type of bread they had left, he told me they had every bread, and I could get whatever I wanted. So I asked for Italian, as he reassures me after hearing they're out, they indeed had it. Then he pulls out a different kind of bread and when I mentioned that's not the kind I wanted, I asked if they had wheat. Another uhhhhh dropped from his mouth as he finally just mouthed " no" to me. They only have herbs and cheese & 9 grain oat at 7pm and aren't making any more for the night. Just disappointed was all. I went home with no sub as I don't appeal to those breads.

I'm a regular at Subway, I work right across the parking lot and I order pretty much the same sub everytime I walk in. But today was just more fantastic than most others, I was spotted walking towards the building by a worker there, Shana, and right away she started making my sub the way I like it, no other employee there knows my order when I show up, but she shines from the rest, I walked in from the cold and she already had what I wanted in the oven and the bread and cheese ready waiting to build the rest of the sandwhich, all I had to do was walk to the register and pay, everything was done by the time I had had my cash in hand. Fantastic job Shana! I love coming there to see your cheery face and chit chat quickely when you can. :)
