Came in and when I pulled in was second guessing if the location was even open. It was, it was just there was only one worker. Another couple come in and also start chatting with him about him being the only worker here and they asked if he was the manager, he replied with no but I probably should be! This man deserves the opportunity to manage this store and or a raise if he is the one managing it without any staff.

Stopped by for lunch today using the drive-thru. I noticed only 1 car parked in the lot. The touch screen was on and functioning, so one would assume they were open? Ordered my food and sat and sat at the window. Lights were off and I did not see anyone inside the store. Remember this was at 11am on a Thursday.. I ended up leaving after 5 minutes because clearly, nobody was in there. Wow.. This isn't my first bad experience at this location either. I don't think anybody cares at this place. Go elsewhere.

worst subway in oshkosh, drive through is basically never open and if it is it takes 30+ minutes to get your food, employees are rude and will find some way or another to overcharge you, and they usually don’t make it right anyways. if you want to waste an entire lunch break to get subpar food from somebody that acts like you’re a problem, this is the place for you

I would give negative stars if i could. Workers do not smile or even greet the customer. They would rather talk to each other rather than customers. I placed my order & got a look like I was a problem, my husband ordered his & he was given a dirty look & told they do not have the hot honey. Subs put together terrible, absolutely no way to eat it without making a complete mess. And they do not clean off the knife before cutting subs, so part of my husbands sub he couldn't even eat. Soda area is nasty. It should not have taken us 45 minutes to order with only 2 people in front of us.

The staff is fine the food is fine I just find it crazy that you do not offer mellow yellow or mountain dew.
I have been to hundreds of subways and I've never seen mountain dew or mellow yellow not on the dispenser..
We have a whole group that frequents Subway at our work and we literally drive by this one to go all the way to the Walmart one just because they have mountain dew.. why would you guys alienate half your customers?

This location is supposed to open at 7am. 5 times in the last 2 months I have shown up at 7:50 to locked doors and nobody responding in the drive thru, even though the employee's car is there. So frustrating!!!!! Also, fix the drive thru please. It only gives you an option for wraps, not actual subs.

Absolute worst subway ever. I placed an online order before work for my lunch. I got there to pick it up and of course the lobby was closed so I thought no biggie I’ll quick go through the drive through. Jokes on me the drive through doesn’t work? I sat at the speaker waiting for someone for a few minutes and ended up just deciding to wait for the ONE person in front of me to get their order and I’ll just tell the worker at the window that I have an order pick up. So I waited… and waited…and waited… 5 minutes…10 minutes… and STILL NO ONE WITH THEIR FOOD at this point I’m supposed to be at work. So I left. And of course there is no cancel order in the app so I called to ask them to cancel. Someone did pick up so clearly someone works there but they had the worst customer service ever. Rude and telling me I was supposed to ring a doorbell?? How would I have ever known that. She told me that she’d have someone cancel it and give me a refund. It’s been 3 or 4 days and still no refund. This is the second time I’ve come here and waited an abnormal amount of time. Will NEVER be coming here again.

The drive through had a touch screen which was incredibly inconvenient, especially as it was raining at the time. Took me a minute of waiting before I even realized nobody would talk to me. Using a touch screen took MUCH longer to order than just speaking an Order. Finished with a wet arm. Would never go through the drive thru ever again.

I had placed a phone order with Ali for a platter pick up for the next day. She did a great job of walking me through all the options and repeating back to me my order to make sure we had all the items we needed for the event. The next day Adrian called to confirm the order, time of pick up and if there was anything else I needed. Both employees were polite, pleasant and easy to hear and understand on the phone. Adrian did a great job of having our order ready on time and nicely packed into the bag so it was not hard to get everything out in one trip. Thank you very much for a great meal! We will definitely be ordering a sub platter from your store again!

Sandwich was so smashed down look like my truck ran it over. I watched the ladies making it when cutting the bread knife in one hand and the other hand pressed it down onto the counter so hard she almost couldn't open it. I can't believe how bad the food has got to and at the end of it all it ask if you want to leave a tip like they did something good. Back to making my own subs at home what a joke.

So like, I don't blame the workers here because they work hard, but this place is always chronically understaffed and it makes orders take forever whether by pickup or delivery and they're often wrong. One time I placed a pickup order and when I got there (this was around 6pm) the store was locked. I have never seen a "manager" working and directing things. The people working here always seem overwhelmed and under-prepped. They are regularly out of bread. I pretty much avoid this location now as the one on Wisconsin is much more reliable, even though that store is even MORE understaffed, lol.

This used to be my go-to location at least weekly. Since the unneeded remodel in 2022-2023 the service is terrible. Not greeted and my online order prepared at least 15 minutes later than promised. I was standing there with 2 other people waiting for their online orders. I now travel across town to a different location.

I’ve gotten their salads at other locations and they were chopped up and delicious. I ordered a salad here and they told me they don’t when the tools to chop it up. So I couldn’t eat it as a salad or mix it without it spilling out of the bowl.

Beyond that, the customer service was poor. The girl behind the counter barely spoke and never smiled.

The location is nice and secluded, the trees in the back of the parking lot give it plenty of shade, if you want to eat outside.
The redesigned interior is beautiful and the built-in fireplace from the previous design is still the centerpiece of perfection.
If you're looking for a Subway that's architecturally pleasing, this is the one for you.
It's nice and quiet so you can actually have an intelligent conversation with someone.

My partner and I went this location on July 6th. We went through Drive-Thru. Our sandwich’s were POORLY made, badly wrapped, and my BMT didn’t even have any ham. I got Herb & Cheese bread. It had no herb and merely two pieces of cheese. Whoever is training these employees or manages this store is honestly needing to do better. It’s sad.

I came through the drive thru to pick up my mobile order and when I came home to open my sub it was squished, missing cheese and avocado and had maybe like four individual pieces of veggies were on it and even though I asked for extra sauce it looked like someone whispered the word “Mayo” next to it and called it good. I’ve worked at a subway for five years and have trained dozens of employees and I have yet to see a sandwich made as poorly as that one. Called and lady said it could be remade, was super nice over the phone. Got to the store to have it remade to hear another customer complaining to a boy at the registers (the only employee out of four to be polite and have great customer service)at and a line of irritated people. An older lady (assuming management) yanked the sub from my husband without saying anything to us. I taped my receipt (which had my order on it) to the sub so they knew what it was and still had to yell what I wanted on my sub over a line of people who already looked frustrated. Got attitude and glares the entire time from employee dealing with my remake. The Second Lady she handed my sub to didn’t ask if it was good or if I wanted anything else and started to cut it and wrap it, but forgot my sauces and avocado a second time and got more attitude for asking for it to be added. . It is not hard to put things on a sandwich and it’s not hard to give good customer service. 10/10 do not recommend. Go to literally any other location in town and I can guarantee a better sub and actual customer service.

This was by far the worst sandwich I have ever paid $11.00 for. I ordered the chicken and bacon sub. The chicken was barely visible and there was no bacon. Hard to have a sandwich with bacon in the name with NO BACON!
There was so much sauce it was a sloppy mess.
I ate it because I was so hungry but I should have taken it back.
Whether I ever go back I’m not sure.
They have to do a lot better than that! If I could have given 0 stars I would have!

ordered 3 subs all 3 were made incorrrectly, called when i got home explained to them what was wrong. Gave me 2 free subs to make me feel better about the situation. I guess the 3rd one dont count. Two people working. one had long hair not properly tied back and all over the place. The other was lost completely and did not know what he was making. We like going to this location bc of the drive through but I think that's going to change. The last few times, they barely put any veggies on our sandwiches and today I asked twice for extra veggies on both sandwiches plus I asked if they put extra on after I paid at the window. We just got home and yet again there is hardly any veggies on our ham subs. Come on now!! Seriously!!???!!! Another thing, everytime we go through DT there's a long wait between cars, tonight we waited almost 10 minutes. I just called and her excuse for barely any veggies or meat on our subs is because they were in a dinner rush. So bad quality is okay because they are busy? I don't think so! I took pictures of my sub but am unsure how to add them to the post.

I haven't been to Subway in a while and wanted a quick bite to eat. I ordered two subs and asked if they could toast one before putting on the vegetables because I didn't want warm spinach and cucumbers. The employee told me they couldn't do that even though I have done it many times in the past. I chose not to get any vegetables for this reason and when I went to pay I was forced to tip because there was no, no tip option. I took a look at the receipt after purchasing and Subway now charges you for toasting your sandwiches. To top it off, they had no medium drink covers and napkins. Not sure if these are Subways' new policies or an isolated event but I am very disappointed in this experience.

So I showed up at 7:45pm and they were closing at 8pm due to it being labor day. I explained to the worker that the only reason I was coming that late was because the subway in Wal-Mart refused to make more tuna because I got there at 7:20pm and that one closes at 8pm. Anyway he was not friendly and the only condiments i asked for was lettuce and mayo and he put entirely to much mayo. He just was over it and I get it but I still had to pay full price for 1/2 way service. I am giving 2 stars because one sandwich was ok. It was the attitude of the employee. On a foot long sub maybe 7 jalapenos 5 tiny pieces of bell pepper a few sliver of onion i asked for extra he put 2 more slivers on it lol wow really let's not get crazy! I'll risk my health at Walmart to get my sub from now on. At least their subway can put veggies on a sub!

If I could rate this a zero, i would. This is the worst subway in Oshkosh by far that I have experienced. Not only was I overcharged, but many items in my order were missing. I didnt notice until I got home as I was passing out the food to my family. I decided to make a phone call instead of going all the way back. I was called a liar, and hung up on. Never in my life have I been treated with such blatant disrespect and I was not rude to them at all! Epic fail, Subway!

On Thursday July 2nd the crew at 8:00pm rocked it! They had phone orders lined up, 4 customers in line and someone doing drive through. Subs lined the "station?" area and not one mess up. To top it off, they were super respectful. It feels good knowing people care & they showed it. Please clone them.
Will be coming back or you can just send them down to the Mukwonago area please.
