The lettuce is brown and gross every time I go in there I have to ask for fresh lettuce. Let's get a clue if the lettuce is gray or brown and soggy sitting in the bin throw it out. This time 2 bins full of lettuce both brown and soggy. Come on you can do better that that.

The table is all set for our party. 3 foot sub, 3 dozen cookies, veggie tray neatly packed with yummy toppings. The cookies are delicious, sub and veggies look amazing. Great experience ordering and picking up this iconic party sub. Kids reaction was great!

Got sandwiches for a quick dinner. A turkey sandwich and 2 BLT’s. BLT’s had bacon and NO lettuce or tomato. Took me 15 minutes on the phone to convince them of their mistake. They wanted me to bring the sandwich in immediately, which I could not do. then they wanted me to bring it at a certain time the next day. I’m waiting to see what happens tomorrow because I cannot come in during their timeframe. It probably would help if they got efficient employees.

Ordered 2 footlongs on the app, to be ready @ 7:00. We got there at 7:05. The steak and cheese w/oil was smashed and you couldn't tell there was oil on it because it was so dry and the bread was tough. The meatball was dry, very little sauce, smashed and tough. I usually enjoy these sandwiches, but these were by far the worst I've had. Definitely not worth $26.00

Gave me wrong sandwich didn’t offer me anything drive all the way home and have to come back here I’m suppose to be in Neenah huge waste of time! No cookies and no apologies or anything not to mention employee seems faded out and extremely slow. Horrible experience horrible leadership. Over all the food was great, there was one Employee with colored hair blueish purple and pink. She was on her phone and didn’t even bother helping her other colleague out with the line instead, she was on her phone and then came over but didn’t even wash her hands after touching her Cellular device . This was a horrible service except for the one that helped me today . 10/28/2020 disappointed .

The current employees here are wonderful. They make your visit pleasant, they make you laugh and they make you good with care. The atmosphere is always welcoming. Only con is that the tomatoes and cucumbers usually look and taste old but they'll gladly pick the good ones for you!
