Drink dispenser was futuristic, dispensing multiple products out of one spigot while using a touchscreen selector. I asked my wife to make the selection because she could figure it out.
The sub that we had was consistently good with other visits we’ve had to other subways.

My wife and I ordered our subs online for pickup at this location. Arrived 2 minutes after 1:15pm; which was our schedule time. No big deal. Food wasn't ready.

The app told us 5 minutes later that our food was ready for pickup. Nope, wasn't even close to being ready. Again no big deal.

When we finally received our subs though... They were pathetic. The portion for each topping was a dash at best. Barely a pinch of Lettuce too. As for the ranch we payed for extra and received barely enough for one bite for the entire sub! To top it off... Maybe 2 strips of bacon at best. Never going back to this location. A mouse could starve eating these portions.

My bread on my sandwich was so dry that you couldn’t hardly eat the sandwich. My wife wanted a meatball sub, But for months, for some reason, they don’t have meatballs available. I think it’s the last time we’re gonna go there. Highly not recommended.

Don't order online ahead. Missed half the ingredients on both my and my husband's sub/wrap, and the tortilla was so dry it was inedible. Haven't had issues with this subway before but won't be coming back again.

Pretty hard to mess up a sandwich, but the time it took and having the 2 obviously stoned/high guys behind the counter made the experience annoying. Asked me 2-3 times what I wanted after I told them.

Read the “not so good” reviews of this subway but still gave it a chance because my hotel was right behind it. Visiting this shop at 1200 on a weekday I expected a line. There was only one employee here doing everything. He was visibly concerned with the anount of people in line but he kept calm and remained courteous. I overheard him say he was on his own till 2pm due to shortage of employees. He was apologetic to everyone for the wait. He provided a quality sandwich in the appropriate amount of time during my order. Give the guy a break, he just needs good people to behind him.

A lot of newbies for workers. That explains all the negative reviews. You can only give the benefit of the doubt so many times.

If you get someone who knows what they're doing you're ok. Your sandwich won't look like a mess and get a little better customer service.

Just gotta be patient with the newbies. They're still learning and annoyed by customers. Management needs to train them to welcome customers and not be annoyed by the inconvenience of serving.

Ordered turkey bacon sub. Was given a tuna salad sub. Had a bad feeling walking in door and heard front counter staff openly arguing about job duties and who needed to leave earlier. Didn't feel any better when I noticed the new stainless hood that now blocks customer's view of food being prepped. Should have trusted my gut and turned right around before ordering. Wasted $9.

I will never visit this subway again horrible service ! Didn’t ask me if I wanted my sub toaster nothing . The male working had attitude and seemed to be chatty with everyone but myself. Maybe because I have a head covering? I just felt uncomfortable with this location than to top it off the lady at the register gives me no bag for my sub even after asking for one . They need to hire people that have experience with customer service . The man working kept complaining about how he burned himself and mumbling other weird stuff under his breath the constant eye rolling and bad looks will have me going to another location. You could tell he didn’t like his job nor did the lady. Miserable people!This was around 6 pm 12/8/23.

Use to be my fav sandwich shop, I have to demote it, I always spend over 20 bucks, and all I get is a 16 dollar foot long and a soda. There prices are out of touch with reality. Almost 3.00 for a 20oz bottle of soda ridiculous. I know inflation is high right now but they were starting there decline years before the pandemic

Walking into this place felt like we had just stepped into dude's house and he did NOT want company. A few highlights of this employee's behavior:

Asked us why we didn't go to the other Subway up the road...
Was rude and insulting towards an elderly Marine Corps veteran in front of us...
Condescending humor and complaints about his job that had us apologizing for being there...
Menacing looks when asked for literally anything on the sub...

This guy's whole vibe was that everything he was doing was a joke, but it's our fault (the customer) for not "getting it". This experience sincerely felt like getting served by a child who's being forced to do chores. It's baffling that this man was getting paid while he was treating customers like garbage. I thought my local subway was bad, but this experience at the westowne subway changed my whole perspective.

While my wife and I were eating our pieces of sandwich thrown together, we watched in sadness as another couple was coming in to order. Felt so sad because they were in for a bad time with that guy.

I was there Sunday, 6/11/23, ordered a foot-long toasted BMT and it was perfect! Zach and a colleague were behind the counter and presented themselves very professionally. The store was tidy and clean as well. I'm surprised that particular location doesn't receive more foot-traffic based on its proximity to some major retailers within walking distance. I highly recommend stopping in for your next sammitch!

New staff were training so it took a bit longer than normal but they did a great job. Everyone has to start out somewhere, so remember to give people a chance, they won't be super fast but they need to learn. We all had a great laugh while my large order was being prepared. Great work everyone!

I love subway and this location is convenient to go to on my break at work. But i have to say the other ones better. This locations lettuce is always off looking like its sat out to long. The cheese is covered in crumbs and peieces of meat at times. I shouldn't have to watch what im asking for due to the place being a mess. One time i went in and they were so understocked that the only had wheat bread. The lady that server me that day was really nice and explained she just got in and thats all she had time to make so i dont blame her at all. As someone whos a manager in food service i understand and such a lack of prep is horribly unprofessional of the prievious crew that worked to leave no bread preped for the next shift.

I love subway. I have been eating at subways since I was at least a teenager. I started out always having the veggie delight. I did not care for sandwich meat back then. The quality was just not there. But once they stepped it up a notch I decided to go turkey , which is my go to for years now. I always order the same thing and it is always delicious. Its been years and years , and I see lots of subway in my future as well. Just thinking about makes me want a sub. 😁

Absolutely horrible. Bought two subs for dinner and what I got was a joke. A foot long roll of bread with nothing but sauce, no cheese or any meatballs besides like 3! Great service😂 not. Avoid at all costs, these geniuses ran out of meatballs and instead of telling me, they make a sauce sandwich.

The customer service at this subway is horrible. I try to avoid this one but its close to home. Multiple times i have walked in i get glared at looks like "ehhh another customer" i myself work in customer service and know the feelings of being busy and having things to do, but i never ever let a customer know or think im annoyed by there service. .

Was just at this location and the girl behind the counter was about as useless as they come. When the customer has to tell the employee to spread the meat out on the subs so that it covers the whole sub I think it's time for a change. We live near this Subway and would go there pretty often, but now we have stopped going there completely because of one of their employees, Constance. She is so rude for no reason at all, at first we thought maybe she was just having a bad day, but it is consistent. She works often and she is rude every time, so we avoid this place altogether. Anyone who would keep a woman who treats people like that employed obviously doesn't care about their customers.
