I have ordered nachos here since they came out. The gentleman that helped me tonight was rude. I could not customize my order and he told me what was getting put on it. I have only put black olives on my nachos since getting them when they came out. I will never come here again nor will I ever recommend anyone to come to this subway.

Dont order delivery from the app at this location or any subway. The wrong order was delivered to me and instead of a refund or helping me get my food, the manager said it was a "man made" mistake so they don't have to fix it.

my sub had way to much sauce and was not put together well. Good service from byanka but Julien seemed much more interested in chatting with his friend about the homeless guy who got blood everywhere. Kinda made me not wanna eat after that. Despite that the store was pretty clean. Probably because they had to clean up homeless guy blood.

Rating a 5 for service and food. 1 star for Subway cooperate for not honoring coupons in person. We had to order online to get the buy one get one footlong even though we went there in person. Super inconvenient and it sounds like a lot of customers are not happy with that process. The employees were great and food was fresh.

Made an online order when I went to pick it up. James was the only sandwich maker working. He had 4 online orders and someone waiting to order food. James did amazing he may have been running around and running out of food, but he kept a smile on his face and went as fast as he could. James did amazing, and I can not praise how great he was and apologetic he was with running out of food. Just the way he treated the customers. He will be a reason I come back to this subway.

1 star is being nice..its basically ran by children..there is no supervision or anyone with order there..they didn't cook my chicken they burned my boyfriends bacon and when I got my veggies she literally balled it up in her hand and dumped it on there..not only that but when I get food I don't need the entertainment of the person making my food singing and dancing around like we're at a bar....just burn the store down and don't reopen unless there's gonna be some kind of management thereit also wasn't the cleanest but what else can you expect from 16 year olds

Subway seems to have upped their game a bit. The quality of the veggies appear to have gotten better. I really like the 20th Ave location for its drive thru. It’s pretty quick and generally accurate. Hope they can keep it up as they had really gotten lax. As of late, no more almost white woody tomatoes!

I came in to this location with a coupon for 12.99 for two foot longs. The coupon was valid and it only excluded a cheesy garlic sand which. I had ordered two foot long subs and non of them were cheesy garlic. I went to go pay and the male employee Danny JR was trying to put in the coupon and told me that it didn’t go through because the coupon only saves me 18 cents. He told me that I need to get something for expensive for the coupon to be valid. It did not say anywhere on the coupon that I needed to get a for expensive meal to save 18 cents. I’m the end Danny was very polite and helpful but the assistant manager was very very rude and was vocal about how mad she was at me. I did not appreciate that at all. So if you have a coupon for subway, stick up for yourself and don’t let some little 37 year old manager bully into buying stuff you don’t need!

So my friends and I went to the subway on Wisconsin ave, there were two guys there and the Manager Aaron was making our subs. Not only was he rude he was unenthusiastic, we walked in and said hi to have him look us in the eye and not respond. Then when he was making our food when we asked for Multiple kinds of veggies. To that his response was “next time you should just say everything” in a snotty tone. When we left one of my friends sandwiches (which was toasted) was already cold, no napkins, no fork for the salad, and unstickered wraps on the sandwhiches. In addition there were no cookies out on display, they were just piled all togther in a bin. When I gave them a coupon to apply they told me HOW to use it.l(it was a buy a 6 inch get a 6 inch for free and they said we would just get half a foot long for free). Very disappointed, normally I love subway but I will be taking my business to a different location due to the lack of service provided.

The employees are petty. I am a regular- I go there twice a week. I have spent so much money at this place I couldn't even tell you. I go in there today and there is a receipt in the machine from the last customer that had a dollar off a footlong sub on it. I asked if I could use it. The girl behind the counter rips the receipt from the machines tell me no cause I didn't buy it. Ok, this girl knows how often i come in the store cause she works there. I understand that I didn't buy that sub and maybe I was out of line for asking, but the lack of appreciation for a customer, a regular customer who again goes in twice a week for years now. I hate it, and as much as i love Subway subs. I refuse to give money to employees who don't care about the customers they serve. Last time

The "manager" Aaron really needs to take a customer service class and learn some people skills. My family and I were treated so rudely by him. We had apparently interrupted something Aaron would have rather been doing when we stopped in for a bite to eat and he let us know it with his extremely off putting attitude. We tried to lighten the mood and joke with him and that made it worse. He didn't listen to how we wanted our subs made and tried to rush us through the whole process even though we were the only people in there. Not sure why anyone would want someone like this managing their business. Not only were we treated poorly, but he hadn't made any bread so our only choice was white bread and there were no cookies out, so we skipped getting a meal. I was tempted to just walk out but my kids were hungry and I didn't want to make a scene in front of them. Too bad the service was so awful as I live down the street from this place and I'd be inclined to stop in more often if the service were better. But there are plenty of other subways in town that pride themselves in customer satisfaction so we wont ever have to go to this one again.
