Horrible customer service, I had went in there with a friend of mine and wanted to order the footlong and the manager was incredibly rude while I was ordering. I could barely hear the manager and she was also incredibly rude to my friend as she was ordering as well. 1 star. I will not stop here or recommend this place to anyone in the foreseeable future.

Extremely horrible customer service. The lady was incredibly rude and disrespectful to my friend and I. She kept on shouting sir and ma'am at us which made me very uncomfortable, plus she became clearly agitated after my friend repeated his order. Also the food was mediocre at best, the lady threw it together without any consideration. I would absolutely not recommend stopping here, if I could give zero stars, I would.

Used to love eating here… but do not want to feel like a bother to employees for coming in to order at 5pm…. A normal time to eat dinner, and having them have an attitude because of what you order. I didn’t come in at closing. I came in at 5 pm.

When we walked in there was 1 person ahead of us. It took the guy behind the counter 15 mins to make 1 sandwich. After he finally got to us he just looked up and said what do you want. Very poor customer service skills and bad attitude all around

I stopped here at roughly noon on 8/26/23 and was very disappointed with a specific worker's performance or I guess lack there of. Alex was also on shift and I had no problems with him but it was the other guy who's name I didn't catch who was the problem. This worker finished the second half of my sandwich and he didn't quality check the veggies before putting them on, he put way too many black olives compared to the rest of the veggies, and then I asked for a single line of 2 separate sauces and he drenched my sandwich in both of them. He then only bagged 2 of the 4 sandwiches that we ordered? Just overall very unprofessional and a very disappointing experience just from this individual alone. Someone needs to coach this man on how to do his job properly.

HUGE shout out to the lady working here tonight. There were two gentlemen in line in front of me complaining about the way the veggies looked. She happily switched them out and went on her way. She was working alone, and at one time had six people waiting. She never showed any frustration, agitation, or hint of being overwhelmed. Her customer service was OUTSTANDING. Thank you for showing up to your job and doing a great job under pressure!! You are a rockstar!!

Well I went there yesterday, there was only one employee working and was slow and talking about his friends who died and how they died. He didn't change gloves in-between orders and getting orders wrong. Needless to say I left without even getting any food. I would suggest getting new employees and clean the place up. I won't be going back to this subway.

Where do I start. I just ordered food here (7/12/22 around 5pm) and first let me say, everyone is understaffed and I understand that. There was a man who was new and training (I assume) and I am alright with how long he took, and with the questions he asked. However, this place was absolutely the worse Subway I have ever been to and that says a lot as I am from Chicago. Zoom in on the picture to see how dirty the glass is. What is not pictured are their disgusting looking vegetables. I listened while they messed up orders and did not know what certain ingredients were, and yes, apparently they are still out of meatballs. There was a dirty mop bucket next to the tables. I know it is going to sound a bit extreme but this place should not be opened. I feel bad for their employees but more importantly for the customers who do not have many options. Please if you own this particular location…fix it!

Sandwich was put together completely wrong. Wasn't cut and everything was being pushed out of the middle from anything being put on the ends of the Sandwich. Asked about cookies, was told we should have been there sooner cuz it wasn't their problem to make more at any point in time the rest of their shift, it was 15 mins to 5 in the afternoon. Subway has been going downhill. They’ve cut back on meats they carry and service here was poor. The lady working rolled her eyes when I asked for half the amount of egg and said she couldn’t do that. I told her it’s been done by others before and she rolled her eyes as she went to grab it. We asked for a sausage breakfast sandwich for our toddler and she was sarcastic when she said, we don’t have sausage that’s why it’s not on the menu. Well sorry lady you serve breakfast I assume you have sausage.

I used to love our Subway, but after using the app to order, because of Covid, there have been a lot of mistakes. 3 out of 4 sandwiches were made incorrectly in my last order. There have been various incidents when ordering online also, so it's not just the app. I double checked my order after the last 3 incidents; thought maybe I did something wrong, but nope. Guess I will have to go inside to order.

Wonderful experience! 2 workers on duty. 1 older lady, and a late teens, early twenties male. Both very friendly, welcoming. I was unsure of how a banana pepper tasted, and he offered me one to try. The sandwiches were made quickly, and professionally with no problem asking for extra veggies. I was so impressed with them that I left my change for them in the tip jar located at the cash register. First time to Phillips and it's an absolutely beautiful town! For a great sandwich don't hesitate to stop at this Subway. They has the buy 2 12" subs, get 1 free so that was an added bonus. Great job guys!

Clean, fast, subway with a friendly staff. Phillips is a small town, and even though I've been to Subway restaurants around the USA, it seems to be one of the best. I just wish there was free WiFi, as the cell service in this part of town is weak.
