Absolutely the worst customer service. Used the app to order a sub and got all sorts of topping I did not order on my sub and none of the ones I asked for. When I called to inquire about a refund they sent me to the app to get it and then it got even worse. The app is the least helpful thing I have ever used. Do not expect anything to be done if this place makes a mistake. Oh they offered to make me a new sub if I drove 25 minutes back to the store. All I wanted was a refund for a sub I was unable to eat and have got nothing but the run around from this store. I think the store you purchased the sub from should be able to issue a refund for their own mistakes and not make the customer go on a wild goose chase to get some closer on a mistake made by the store.

I went into Subway yesterday and waited in line for my order, while i was waiting the guy working at the time was so rude to everyone in front of me, like he was rolling his eyes. Had a dumb tone in his voice, just straight up awful. When i could barely hear him and the communication was terrible. The one thing i can say that would good is that the food tasted great. But its kind of hard to mess up a sandwich. Subway please fix this issue so i can give you 5 stars.

$6.99 footlong deal! So @835 pm Thursday we tried to order 3 footlong subs for dinner only to have the order say not accepted... so we went into the store to let the staff know we couldn't order online and they replied yes it's set up that way so we can go home @9 so I asked if i could just order the 3 subs in store for the $6.99 I was told no they can't honor that as it's an online only thing? I am sure there was something they could have done other than say sorry nothing we can do :( I feel like they just didn't want to make the sandwiches and it was time for them to go home :(

I walked into the "Subway" store today, (03\06\25), to order a couple of sandwiches. I was a first time customer, and wanted to compare the subs to "Jimmie John's". I stood at the place where they take orders, and when it became apparent that the 2 women working behind the counter were Ignoring me, I counted to 60. When still neither had so much as looked at me or acknowledged my presence, I left and went to "Jimmie John's'. (The place was otherwise empty and I did not see any cars in the drive-thru). I don't care how good your food is, if the service Sucks I'm Not patronizing your store.

Probably the most disgusting experience I’ve had at a subway.
The worker used a very obviously wet and dirty knife to close my sub. Pulled the knife straight out of the sanitation water (still dripping and the knife was caked with sauce still), and placed it on the center of my sandwich. gotta love the sauce choice of the 10 people prior to me and sanitation water.

I go to this Subway location fairly often lately. I've always had good service, good food, and a pleasant experience. Even when employees were working on a very large mobile order, they made sure to finish the sandwiches they were working on, set it aside, and quickly change gloves and serve me.

We went to the Subway on New Pinery in Portage for lunch today, 11-12-22. We got 2-6" subs, and 1-flatbread wrap. My wife got an apple juice. She thought it tasted and looked different, but she hadn't had that brand in awhile. When we left I went and got her a drink somewhere else. We took the juice home thinking our daughter would drink it. We looked at the label when we got home, it was expired a month and 9 days before. It had spoiled and it was right in front in their cooler. They should be checking their stock. As customers, we assume the store/restaurant isn't providing us with spoiled goods. Someone could get very, very sick. 😫 As you can see in the picture provided, the color is off and clearly the juice is passed its expiration date.

Used to be good food but they got rid of the sweet onion sauce which was my favorite, threw off alot of my subs.
I also know a few people that worked there and they warned me not to even apply, I should have listened, the employees there aren't even the problem, it's the branch manager, so there's nowhere to go higher but corporate, they're prejudice against anyone with a mental disability, zero tolerance policies, and zero understanding, they treat their staff like robots and just don't care, they even turned away applicants when they desperately need employees because they're just intolerant.

Portage Subway is always fire I've been going to this location for a couple decades and never had a complaint. Always fresh, always good, the bread is phenomenal. The ONLY issue I've ever had was once when I went in there at 8pm they had no bread except for wheat (the only bread they offer that I don't like) which I thought was a huge fumble for a sandwich shop. One of the VERY few establishments in portage that is good eating and stays consistent with the taste and quality. 6 stars if I could give it.

We eat at Subway frequently as my husband and son absolutely love it, but the last 4 times we have went and order subs, the staff were EXTREMELY rude, acted like they didn't want to be there and have to do their jobs, they were out of vegetables, and certain meats for the subs we ordered. I could understand if it was close to closing time, but when we go there at 5pm or even earlier there is no excuse for them to be out of veggies or meat. The one lady argued with my husband about not having tomatoes and told him she was not about to cut any more. It is extremely disappointing that this Subway is starting to go down hill. They need to get a handle on their staff and their operation.

I've been here quite a few times and always had an amazing experience, but yesterday when my boyfriend and I came in was what drove me to write this review. The staff working were super polite and friendly, and extremely patient with us. Working a customer service job where I'm behind plexiglass everyday I can understand how frustrating it can be not to hear the person on the other side. No one rushed us, and double checked they were getting everything right. They were extremely kind and really made our experience very enjoyable! And for any one wondering about their COVID safety precautions, they have one entrance and a separate exit and have everything spaced out very nicely, and masks are required in their store. We will definitely be visiting more frequently now (And not to mention one of the best subs I've had). Can't wait to come again! :)

Felt like being in alternative universe, ordered 2 meal deals and literally asked 4 different workers down the line, so 4 times, what size soda cup to take and if chips were included with 6" subs but not one answered. Had to raise my voice to be given a napkin from behind counter. In the end our tuna subs were good and price was right. Out of wheat bread was disappointing too.

Very good Subway restaurant, very friendly staff providing excellent service, they are very courteous and do their best to make you happy with the sub that you will like.
Definitely recommend visiting this Subway.
It's very close to the highway accessible, there are quite many restaurants n gas stations in the same area.
