I go here frequently and my order is always messed up. Always missing something. Almost on purpose. So I purposely never tip. Probably why the sandwich is screwed up but nevertheless I will use the tip they never get to buy the mayo they never give me.

I've been getting dinner here for my family regularly, about once a week, until last night. I always use the app, and ordered a protein bowl for myself, which costs more than a regular salad, but is worth it. I got our order home and discovered that my rotisserie chicken protein bowl with peppercorn ranch dressing, which I've had several times, had yellow mustard dumped on top of the dressing. It's not in the description, not on my receipt and nothing in our order had yellow mustard on it. It was gross, and my meal was ruined.
Luckily there are several Subways around the area, so we'll be trying the others.

I came there to get a sandwich and also cookies, oatmeal cookies were stale and taste old, how can you sell cookies like that to people it is obvious that they were there for quite some time I tried calling to complain but no one answered so that’s why I’m doing this review, the sandwich was good but this bad review is for the stale cookie I am angry and disgusted by this, if you are not going to put out fresh cookies then don’t sell them. On May 20th my order was a cold cut combo untrusted. When I had my relative pick up my order it was toasted and had a human hair in it.
I tried calling three times that day no response. If you've ever been to this store there is noway with the amount of light traffic they get to ever be that busy not to pick up a phone in a two hour span.
Today I finally got a hold of someone but they immediately told me they can't make any call or address the issue because there are no managers on site until 6am tomorrow.
How do you operate a business without even having a manager for half the working business day? To make sure I brought legitimacy to my issue and not come unannounced tomorrow I asked politely 'Whom am I speaking with ma'am for reference when I talk to the manager?'
The worker said 'Um I don't give out my name at all!' Utter disgraceful and all I could say was Wow. And hung up without even saying goodbye eith that attitude.
If they talk like this for a screw up, what does that say about their hygiene and what else is put in the food besides a human hair!?

7-7-2023 I called at 2258 because our sandwiches weren't even warm and about the poor delivery. She couldn't understand me (the word warm) after I repeated it several times! So she hung up on me! WOW! Maybe she shouldn't work there! 🤬 I called back but no answer and I got disconnected! Sandwiches weren't marked either! Not happy with the driver either, dropped the sandwiches on the front door stoop! Didn't follow Special Instructions! Which said "Please deliver to back door!" A female was listed for delivery but it was a male that was talking loud on his phone and delivered my order! She said that they have no control over that! Too bad that there's charges plus a tip! Won't order from that location again! Will only order from a different location from now on as I had no problem with them, only no receipt! And I can't put the location number online as it won't take it! Very frustrating!

Im not sure what you think a melt is but a "melt" is called a melt because it's supposed to have 3x the cheese and be melted and warm. Thought the first time was just an accident but twice now I got less cheese than a classic sandwich (1 1/2 peices of cheese on the entire footlong, and not even the cheese I requested), and meat was refrigerator cold. Waste of money every time I have come to this location. If you don't go in, and watch them make it, it will not be correct. I'm not picky, but I do like at the minimum receiving what I pay for. They also will not bring out curbside orders. They just stand there and look at you outside waiting for you to come in.

The air conditioner is broke and it is over 100 degrees in this store. The employees should not be working in these conditions and the food is not able to stay cold people can get sick. You should let the employees go home as even with ovens on it super hot! I can't believe you would make your employees work in this heat. I have been in the store for 2 minutes picking up a door dash order and have asthma I could not breathe! The health department needs to see this!

Just walked into the restaurant to witness a staff member cussing out a customer. The customer told us he tried to use a coupon and then that was when one of the workers started getting angry with him. Right after the customers left, they started cussing us out too because we were recording their obnoxious behavior. I regret ever using my money here.

Two of the women that were working around 3pm on Sunday, May 23rd...had the longest nails I've ever seen a subway employee have. No one was wearing a hair net, one woman had no hat or visor on and her hair was in a high ponytail, when she looked down to build a sub her hair was dangling on each side of her face. These women could barely open up the bread, put cheese on the bread or wrap the sandwiches because they're nails were so long. I'm surprised they didn't poke holes in the gloves while making the subs. I will not be ordering from this store again.

Went in to order a sub. Two chicks and a dude were working. Came into subs all over the counter and three people in line in front of me, with two more coming in after me. And after standing there for a minute or two I soon realized they were also trying to fulfill online orders as well. All three employees (while almost everyone in line complained about the wait) remained professional, kept their heads down, were polite and were clearly doing their best to get through this rush. To the three people working during that shift, good stuff my dudes.

All 3 workers had there nostrils out first of all, I asked for italian bread which it says on the menu so finally I said white bread and he understood, while heating the meat in the micro he put provolone cheese on the bread and was going to put it in the oven so I said let's put meat and veggies on before that, didn't seem to know the difference from banana peppers to green peppers so both were put on, the sandwich wasn't cut in half all the way and whatever happened to hair nets? The hair was dangling just above my sandwich, a horrible experience and I won't go back, I see many negative feedback backs here yet no reply from management or does anything change so they obviously don't care.

Online order was picked up on 11/29- my husband and I started eating and realized everything on our subs was wrong. The veggies and sauces were mixed up on both of our subs and the pickles that we ordered "extra" were completely missing. I called and asked for a refund or something in the mail because I didn't want to drive back and they said "We can't do that" but you can come back and we will make you a new one. Its a Sunday night, I'm tired and everything is correct on my receipt so apparently the teenagers that work there were busy rushing and messing around. Will not order online again. I’ve been coming to this subway for a while, as I live in the area, and usually have a great experience. This time was different though. First off, the woman who made our subs was not wearing her mask over her nose, and barely had it over her mouth. She mumbled the whole time and got an attitude when asked to repeat herself. The teenage employees truly do not care about quality or presentation. Ordered online for pick up, and when I go in, one girl is on her phone, checks the bag and drops the receipt in the ground and then gives it to me. 2 of the sandwiches weren't correct, one of which was supposed to be toasted, she then proceeds to try and toast it with everything on it (mayo, lettuce, tomato) so I had her remake it. I could tell she was irritated. She drops a knife on the floor and just sticks it back in the holder in the table. Disgusting. Another sandwich was smothered in mayo and was soggy! If you don't like your job, quit! If you don't want to do your job, quit! We will not be ordering from this location anymore. I wish I could post the pictures on how these were made up.

The lazy kids that work here like to close down early. I show up on a Sunday at 9:40pm, when they're supposed to be open until 10:00pm, and they already have the lights off and the doors locked. Even though I can see two kids standing near the register. I tried knocking on the door, all they did was look and me and lipped to me that they were closed. Well, if that's the case, you need to change the hours you have listed on your door. Very poor management here. Thank goodness Jimmy John's stays true to their word. I actually managed to get there at 9:56 and they took my order in a heartbeat.
