Service and food was good but they added a tip without me knowing. They asked me if I wanted my receipt and when I said yes I held out my hand and he put it in the bag. Then said something in their language. It was so I wouldn't see the tip and say something while I was there. Scamming ass place. I'm disputing it. Then I called and they tried to say it was me. No it wasn't because if I feel you deserve a tip I'll leave one and why not hand me my receipt if I held my hand out??? Make it make sense. The card reader didn't prompt me to leave a tip. I'm pissed.

Will never go to the subway on Douglas again. My bf got a wrap that was basically a tiny bit of chicken rolled in flat bread. If he had ordered it as a regular sandwich on flatbread the portions would have been atleast double the amount. My other friend ordered a meatball sandwich with chicken added, well they forgot the meatball part. The whole time the two guys looked clueless and had headphones in (could probably barely hear us). And I don’t know if it’s new but the first area was covered so you couldn’t see them prepare the food, and I feel if we could have seen maybe the no meatballs could have been fixed. But all in all I haven’t been to this subway in a long time because the last few times were similar. I’ve had good experiences at other locations. Don’t go to this one. $42, I should have gone to McDonald’s.

Worst service ever, the employees had a really bad attitude, they had the meat section closed (you couldn’t see) and they didn’t put the bacon on the sandwich neither the cheese (and was charged for it). Realized when got home of the “mistake” (it really seems he made it on purpose).

I just paid 14.50 for a 6 inch sandwich. The sandwich maker told me that because I chose the flatbread, that this is how they make it. It is mostly rolled up flatbread. Like two rolls of flatbread around my sandwich. This subway is also more expensive than most of the subways I’ve been to. Almost 2 dollars more for the sandwiches here than they are in Kenosha

subway in general is not the best sub around.
I only started eating at subways again recently because of the coupons. but now most of the franchisees in my area stopped taking the coupons altogether.
so-so food at optimal prices.. not a good combination.
but with a good coupon so-so food at excellent prices is a good coupon. Good job Subway franchisees. you just lost another customer.
I will stop eating at all subways again and choose a better tasting sub shop

Paid for double meat and never received it my ham and turkey sandwich was supposed to come with provolone cheese never got it instead I got an argument on the phone and a façade of they don’t care. Only came here because my boyfriend and I had gift cards. Came in 9:45 roughly, they shoulda been open already for about an hour or so. When we came in, employee was still setting up the line. Didn't have the toaster on either so we had to wait for that. Didn't acknowledge us at all the entire time. The other 2 employees we saw didn't acknowledge us either. Nothing along the lines of "I'm sorry you're my first customer today I'm still getting set up it'll be a bit" After waiting for the toaster to heat up, my sandwich was still cold and he wrapped it up anyways. We ended up leaving after 15-20 minutes for 2 sandwiches, one of which never even got fully made because the toaster wasn't heated up all the way. Judging by the other reviews, I think my boyfriend and I dodged a bullet anyways.

There are multiple reports of Mice/Rats living in the kitchen and noticed Mice/rat poop on the floors everywhere in the dining area.
Staff is unprofessional can’t understand or speak proper English.
Staff don’t wear hair net or cap while preparing the food.
No gloves will be worn while preparing the food.
They won’t wear any uniform.

Horrible, spent $30 I wish I can get back last night. My husband picked up dinner for us, gave him such a hard time. Ate it and acouple hours later we realized got food poisoning(including our 3yr old) since he got a sandwich too. Throwing up, and constantly going to the bathroom now for hrs. Had my bf pick up our online order. At first the lady told my bf the wrong beverages then when he waited for the OTHER(2) employee to get the correct ones he then filled up our drinks and then the lady continued to stop him as he was walking out insisting that is not what’s on the receipt. The OTHER(2) worker said it was on the receipt and still didn’t listen and made my bf go back to the counter to review it. Then saw she was wrong and said have a good day and brushed it off. We ordered online so we didn’t have to deal with this. She was beyond rude and her attitude was not inviting at all. Definitely not what I want when I walk in. Won’t return

I'm not even sure what this is. I ordered a cold cut combo, and a pizza sub, the pizza sub was full of sauce and not much of anything else... My cold cut combo was just a bunch of half dried bologna, all bologna. The cheese, was literally one slice, cut in half and put in the "sub". It was garbage 2 years ago when I went last, and it's still garbage. It's not worth anything. Very awful experience i will never be going to this subway location again. For one, the lady was not wearing her mask correctly, she had a watch on while preparing my sandwich, nails were poking out of her gloves, she spilled my steak and failed to remake the entire thing and only added a little bit more steak, grabbed the wrong wrap when i said tomato so she had to grab the right one, then proceeded to add clumps of lunch meat to my girlfriends sandwich without separating it. When the wrap was being folded at the end she just rolled it into a ball and cut it in half and didn’t even fully cut through it.

Placed an online order in which I was redirected as my card was “invalid or expired” When it was literally issued to me less than a month ago, but they proceeded to take the money out of my bank account called them and pressed 2 to “confirm or have questions on the order” and none of their employees answered their phone let alone even had them plugged in. It was during business hours only went to the prompts and never rang after. once I follow the prompts couldn’t even get a hold of anyone at all had to drive there to get the food I paid for. Hours stated open until 9 placed my order at 8 get there at 8:26 and they are closed???!!! Had I not checked my bank and email they would’ve gotten away with my money and looks like they did. There goes $25+. VERY DISPLEASED WITH ONLINE ORDERING WEBSITE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Also reflect your business hours to show accuracy and don’t take peoples money if you are not open. Why did the website not prompt for a later order date or time. Highly unacceptable. If I could give them 0 stars I would. The online ordering website does not even include all of the toppings and cheeses that they have if you go to the physical store not sure if it reflects in accurate inventory and all the cheese except provolone or pepper jack was out of stock or if they just don’t update their platform.

This was the best experience I've ever had at a Subway including this one. I came in for 3 sandwiches 1 being a steak and cheese. They didn't have steak ready but Stephon and Micah made it happen. Their customer service was above any I've EVER had from a Subway employee. Ordered sandwiches today, May 4, 2020. NOT covid safe. Tables blocking deli area and cash register were filthy. No one handling food had a mask on. They had a pair of gloves on but handled everything without changing gloves, the pen for customers to sign with, food, etc. Gloves were not very clean. If they were out of something, like chips, you got nothing, except charged for it. Used to love this store, NEVER AGAIN!!

This place doesnt even deserve 1 star. WORST Subway in Racine. Always under staffed. Terrible customer service and they have the worst proportions when making Subs. All of their employees stink on the North Side. Very sad they have still nothing about this location- This has been for a very long time now. If I ever have the time I go to a different location. 0 stars. take the longer drive.

Unprofessional. I waited 15 minutes for service nobody in the restaurant and when they did come out between the 3 of them they were talking about how annoying the Customers were and how they wish they could wear headphones to work

We have about had it with this Subway. You have to watch them like a hawk! Even with that, tonight when we got home we found that the meatball marinara sub was ice cold. This place is staffed with inept people. There's only one young African American man that seems to know what he's doing. We're always happy when we see that he's there. The last half dozen times we've been there something had to be corrected. Do the owners never check on their employees? Subway is the only fast food we do and it's good when it's right. This one is only a mile from our house which is so great, but now we're thinking we have to find a new one.
