Rhonda and Hannah provided excellent service

They’re upbeat and seem to like what they do. I think it’s awesome that Rhonda takes time if she can to connect with her customers.

The sandwich was really good and I’m probably going to end up getting chunky from coming so often

From what I heard from the locals Rhonda has really turned this place around.

whenever i go, i get a BLT toasted and they toast my bacon for 5 seconds max. my sub is always cold always dry. i always ask for cheese on my sub and they never put cheese on it. im disappointed

The manager that was there at 11 am on Nov 22nd is very disrespectful, called my 7 year old daughter annoying, then she became very rude while I was trying to get my fiances order over the phone. She kept sighing loudly, than asked if I was kidding her, she started yelling at me because "smart people write down orders." I will never go there again, an absolute pathetic way of customer service, very disappointing.
I'll be talking it over with my entire church congregation as well,

Staff refused to make sandwiches for my nephew and grandfather. Yea we showed up 5 or 6 minutes before closing but they were just starting another customers order. They told my nephew it was too much work and said they wouldn't make the sandwiches. Store either needs to get better staff or close for good. Plenty of better restaurants that could use that space.

Randolph wi Subway. Figured we'd give you the benefit of the doubt and retry your store after a year and you are still wrong. The mentality of your workers is outrageous. The order was for a high amount. The sandwiches were mixed up and missing items. Online order. Being on quarantine we could not come back up there. Did not ask for a refund or coupons just wanted you to to know what mistakes were made by whoever did the sandwiches and apologize and accept the fact that your employees need more training and not only on food training but also on respect and manners. Your employees DO NOT need to tell customers that they don't need to come back ever if they have a complaint. This will be going back to corporate again. Have a nice day!.

The most rude staff I have ever encountered. Rhonda in particularly.
- several times asked me if I was watching my weight in front of business associates.
- Constant feedback when requesting the basic topping to a sandwich
- This persisted for months after I withdrew from casual conversation and only requested the sandwhich and topping or yes or no answers.
- before all of this I spent $10.26 every workday - $51.30 every week. Never again. I will literally eat my own hand before returning to this place.

I order on a pretty regular basis online from this Subway. For a long time, the service was great, as was the food. Over the past month and a half, the sandwiches we have received are not good at all. They come poorly wrapped and falling apart as soon as you unwrap them. I figured maybe there was new staff that is learning. Today I received this. The lettuce on the sandwich is slimy and brassy. When I called as asked to speak to a manager, I was told I could talk to the assistant manager. When I explained the problem, she said "Ok". Unfortunately I think I will have to take out business elsewhere if this continues. This saddens me and I would like to support the local businesses. Very disappointed.

Horrible rude employees and manager. I ordered online a Cold Cut combo. there was only Genoa salami and bologna on it no black forest ham. so I called the girl that answered told me it doesn't come with ham so I asked to talk to the manager she said she wasn't there and gave me her name and phone number. when I explained to her what had happened she hung up on me. so I called the number she gave me for the manager. she proceeded to tell me the same thing. ham does not come on a cold cut combo so I read her what the menu says. she then says well that is not my fault and yelled at me for calling her personal phone number that her employee gave me. how was i suppose to know it was her personal number. and here is what the menu reads. No one deserve to be treated this way!!

Good subs, rude server. Came in for subs @ 8:30pm after a youth football game. They had started closing the seating area and were rude and impatient. She seemed annoyed that we dare come in for food during business hours. Maybe get a copy of your hometown sports schedules so you know how to staff and conduct operations at your store.
