Nice employees! Poorly trained management. Low expectations of food quality. Sandwich Artists didn't know how to properly build a sandwich, nor did they know how to properly use the toaster oven. Talked to manager, and just got a lot of excuses, and she was pretty rude. Wasnt able to post a new review, but went back to ask if they needed help, and the questionable appearing staff looked at me like I grew a third. It's too bad the owner doesn't know how bad the service is there.

Been eating Subway for almost 30 years now. This is the last time All their sandwiches taste the same, bad. Flat bread was awful! Only choked down 1/2 of a 6 inch and pitched the rest.

Really badly assembled sandwiches. Probably just going anywhere else for our lunch breaks from now on. Not super impressed with the $10 foot long. Gave up eating the other half and that half was way worse. Thanks for the triple turkey I guess? I didn’t ask for that and that’s probably why putting this together was obviously difficult. (Edit: it’s been a year and I still won’t go back. The memory haunts me.)

Literal mold on my sandwich. Employee tried to tell me it was "from the bread tray" either way DIRTY store, do not eat here. Only refunded the cost of 1 sandwich when we had 2 and my daughter already ate hers. Hope she doesn't get sick!

I really hate going to the subway downtown. The employees are grumpy and really don't want to be there. They throw the subs together so half the ingredients fall out when they roll them. The lettuce and cucumbers were starting to brown and there were a few flies. Subs are good in a pinch.

The 2 male employees working at 330pm today refused to take the coupons I received in the mail. They told me that it was at the owners discretion being a privately owned subway and they did not have to take my coupons. When I asked for the corporate or owner contact information and the names of the two individuals they refused to provide me with any information. They were both rather rude and unprofessional. I purchased nothing and left with my children.

Has some of the worst service I have ever seen at a subway. This was between 7pm to 9pm 9/15. The staff was really rude and disrespectful and messed up my whole order was was unwilling to make it right even after doordash paid them a 2nd time to remake it. Needless to say I never seen my correct order one of the workers name was Cathy, not sure of the gentleman's name but he was even worse to talk too

I keep trying to give this location a chance, but they just absolutely refuse to build a decent sandwich.... It's a meat tube in bread with all the veggies and sauces falling out. The manager doesn't care at all to hear advice from an old pro :( The 3 to 5 star ratings for this shop either have NEVER had a right sandwich, or work for the owner. Really sketchy people. The elderly lady that ruined my sandwich was scratching scabs on her arms...

Ordered a sandwich through DoorDash and they got my order wrong. The first time I was trying to be nice and understanding, though the person I called started with an attitude until she figured out she was indeed wrong in putting steak on a sandwich that has chicken on the name of it. Then when I got the order the second time, yes it had chicken, but all the toppings were wrong. Thanks for the free cookies, but come on? Two times? I hate leaving a bad review but I did try to let them correct what went wrong.

I go into this Subway and I’m the only person in line. The one guy working tells me he’ll be with me in a second and he starts throwing sauce bottles and the metal trays the food sit in and cursing and causing a scene. He also was wearing his mask around his chin spitting all over the food as he cursed one time after the next. I walked out without ordering anything. I’ll never go to this location ever again!!!!!

I am so disappointed with my service today. The lady making the sandwiches was nice, quiet but nice. The one putting the veggies inattentive. She shook the parmesan cheese so hard it was going on more then one sandwich, she whipped the mayonnaise so fast it went on the counter, she took a phone call in the middle of us paying that she walked away for, while our stuff was still sitting on the counter. My husband put the sandwiches on the bag while she was gone. All of this while there were three people were standing by the register waiting, and being ignored, for online orders that were just then being made ... And to top it off my chicken was still cold, and the cookies were hard ... Not pleased about any of it today!

I usually order a chopped salad because my favorite part of a sub is all the veggies inside. This is the second time I have received eye rolls (so big I’m surprised her eyes didn’t stay that way,) huge sighs and smart remarks like “I guess I HAVE to make you a salad.”

I’m sorry, but I’m a huge believer in bettering yourself. If you hate your job, THAT much... find another one. I worked in fast food for 5 years over the span of high school and college. You don’t treat customers that way. Period.

Woman behind the counter was very rude and short with us the entire time taking our order. We came in at 8:30 and they dont close till 9, she was rushing us and throwing ingredients around when making our subs. When subs were done and being wrapped she flattened them excessively. When just going to get a meal after a long day that's not how we expect to be treated by a worker. Also very disappointed subway never bothered to respond to our email or our review.
