Not good. Reviews are correct - Employees (not all) are rude and seem upset to be working. Also, orders are regularly wrong. Ordered a steak sub with double protein (extra $2) and no veggies, received a sub with almost zero meat and extra veggies. This is just one example, there are others. Thankfully, there's another subway on main street and they do a terrific job! It's further away from our house, but well worth it. I typically don't leave negative reviews because I realize people are working hard, but this store is so poorly run I felt obligated to. Maybe management will see this and take notice.

My wife ordered a sub to be toasted on 6/16 at 8pm and the girl did not toast it. My wife is pregnant and she cannot have the uncooked deli meat. I also got a sub with the meat heated and it was ice cold. There was 1 other person in the store… unacceptable. Do your job

The manager here is so rude. I have avoided this location for months but was in the area and thought I’d give it another shot. Huge mistake. He refused to give me contact info for the owners and repeated the store number too fast for me to get multiple times. I highly recommend people avoiding this store. Dude clearly hates his job! Not giving one star because I have to.

The manager Eric was extremely rude to his employees after the death of a friend who passed in a car crash may 2nd he told his employee “get over it” and that they were lucky it wasn't a real family member that had passed; then fired them. I called wanted to speak to Tom or somebody higher than him and was told to “figure it out” and he proceeded to hang up on me. I wasn’t rude or belligerent. He was rude and hung up when I told him why I was calling. This place isn’t bad but a heartless soul works here and I will NEVER eat here again

Workers at this subway are not pleasant… girl came out when we walked in with a mouth full of food and neither her nor the other guy working greeted us, and then they continued to have a personal conversation throughout the duration of our order. Spinach was wilted and nasty looking, otherwise I would have gotten it, and the entire veggie rail was a hot mess.

My boyfriend and I were ordering our subs and when my boyfriend was ordering his sandwich he got double meat, and the worker, Tony, rolled his eyes and agitatedly said, “Jeez, how much chicken do you need”? It was rude and unnecessary. No need to make people feel bad or comment negatively for their orders. He then continued to treat us poorly in a very annoyed, breathy tone. After he had put the meat on the sandwich, he then rolled his eyes again and said very sarcastically, “Do you need double cheese too?” It was very uncalled for. The second worker who put on the veggies was wonderful and friendly and very conversational. He made you feel welcome. I can’t remember his name, but I believe it started with a B. But, yeah. Tony is not a nice guy. Do not want to go in if he is working. Be kind. It’s not hard.

My fiancee and I were there for lunch and the person waiting on us was not very friendly and didn't even greet us when we walked in. Even after we said hello first. The shift leader was very agitated with the employee while we were there. When the employee was going from cashier to making sandwiches, he never washed his hands. No eye contact either. When I went up to ask for napkins, the shift leader scolded him in front of me and told him to remember them with the orders. Wow.

The workers at this place are always chill and fun to talk to. I was in tonight around 6 pm? It seemed they were very short staffed and a little stressed with a pretty long line but they were doing their best. I’ve worked in the service industry from fast casual to serving and bartending, so I know how to be patient. Everywhere is so short staffed and it seems like customers get more demanding and rude by the day (which is why I’m no longer in the industry.) I think they deserve some credit and appreciation by customers and management! :)

Worst experience I’ve ever had at this store. I’ve enjoyed all my other visits here. The employee was just throwing things on the sandwiches. He had headphones in so he wasn’t really listening. We asked for bacon three times and he just didn’t put it on. It was like talking to a wall. I get being exhausted from your workday, but I don’t think it’s appropriate to neglect your job for that reason. He wasn’t wearing a name tag but he had darker brown hair and glasses. He made me feel bad for telling him what I wanted on my sub.

Ordered a sub & a salad. So disappointed. My salad had a long hair in it.. couldn't finish it. 🤮 both girls that were making sandwiches had hair LOOSELY tied up, at best.
The restaurant was clean, well-lit & smelled great! The girls were friendly & talkative; helpful if you will.

Would’ve left zero stars if I could’ve! Went for the promotional free subs. Asked the lady at the front of the prep line for the free sub. When I got to the end of the line they said the total was the price of a normal 12” sub because what they made for me wasn’t one of the free ones and that I HAD to pay for it because they made it. Although they then gave me the free sub too, this was a swindle and a waste of money! Won’t be going back!!

More space than the other Subway by campus. Walked right up and ordered a steak on 9 grain. See pic. Meat was good, bread fresh veggies were crisp. The girl and guy were kind of hiding out but came out of the woodwork when I came into the store. Tables n chairs For seating. Clean. Standard subway drink options. They wouldn’t give me the sandwich I asked for because they said they didn’t know if they had any egg prepared. The other guy puts way to much veggies on when you say a little bit. Went here on Saturday, 10/19 with family. They overcharged us which we didn't catch until we sat down to eat in the restaurant. When my daughter went to resolve and they admitted they made a mistake, they said there was nothing they could do about it.

How can you run a business without someone on property who can correct mistakes? When she asked to have a manager called, they said they could not because they didn't think one was availabe.

Incredibly dirty store. Trash bag dragged across the floor leaving wet mess. Glass filthy. Sandwich counter had food, mayo, mustard smeared all over it. I was the only customer in the store so its not like they were busy. Walked in at 730pm. Hallway lights were already off. Half the lights in the restaurant were off. Not good!
