I placed a takeout order through the app tonight, and the experience was very disappointing. I ordered two sandwiches, both of which had barely any filling. When I arrived, the store was empty, yet my order hadn’t even been prepared. On top of that, the bread was burnt and my sides were missing. I didn’t realize this until I got home, so I called the store but the employee couldn’t issue a refund and made me drive back to pick up the missing items, without even offering an apology. I definitely wouldn’t recommend getting subs from this location.

The smaller subway in River Falls Main St.
The makers of the sandwich were fine and the sandwich was subway. Not great not bad. But the atmosphere was destroyed by some manager or something who brought his wife and just lectured the workers from the customer side the whole time while they were busy making sandwiches. That kind of aggressive open atmosphere micro managing just made my experience awful. I went in for food. Not to hear some poorly dressed man and his SO talk over everyone and make the workers feel stupid.
Subway needs to work on its management. They need to understand that leading does not mean trying to look "cool" in front of customers. It means looking for ways to improve and setting up a team meeting to help.
A disgrace.

I ordered through the app, showed up 35 minutes later, they obviously had not started making my sandwiches yet. They kept making sandwiches for other customers that were standing in line, I asked about my order, and they informed me that they had not started my order yet. I told them i would like to cancel my order, and thry told me that I had no opportunities for a refund because my order was through a "third party" (the Subway app).

Ordered from this particular location many times throughout the last year, I was very happy with my product and service every time until now. I am no longer near this location and accidentally ordered pickup here via the app. I called the store both through the app and the number listed on Google and was met with fax noises, so I was unable to cancel my order. I realized I have never written a review for this place, sooo I will now!
This has been my GO TO the staff here are the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a Subway. I’ll always come in after class or sometime in a busy day for me and get the same thing, and they always get it right, I’ll talk with them for awhile. I seriously can’t recommend this place enough.
The food is always on point, and very delicious!

I was ordering a salad, the service was alright until it moved from meats to veggies. The employee then couldn’t hear what I was saying because another employee was obnoxiously sweeping and tossing a dustpan around. I then wanted some sauces on the side in a cup. The employee then put a dollop of each sauce in two separate cups. I didn’t realize how little she put in the cups till I got home. I wanted two sauces: ranch and chipotle. It wasn’t even enough to cover my salad, AND sadly of course I already knew I didn’t have ranch at home, that’s why I asked for some. I’m dissatisfied.

Went to this Subway last night. Placed or order (just my hubby and I). The woman started making them. As she was about to put the toppings on my sub when 3 people came in. Instead of finishing ours (which were suppose to be warm). She took and made the order for those 3. And continued their order. Ignoring ours. She then put the toppings in ours and wrapped. Then went back to their order instead of ringing up ours. At this point we have been waiting over 10 minutes that we should have been out the door. With warm subs not cold ones.
Will never go back. Last tinge I was shorted topings. Italian BMT got 1 piece of ham and only 2 pieces of the other 2 meats, 1 piece of cheese. I asked and was told thats how they are made.

I went to this subway today and saw there was a large order of subs in front of me (79 subs), and when the worker asked one of the other workers to assist me while she works on the 79 subs, the customer with the large order said “No, actually can you finish ours first?” So I was told it would take 20 min before they could serve me. I went and picked up my daughter from school and then returned with her thinking it’d been enough time, and was told it would be 10 more minutes. I decided to wait. All other customers were turned away while the 2 workers focused on the customer with the large order (for a sports team) being told “this order takes priority”. FOURTY minutes later they still weren’t finished with the order. So I left never getting my order. I’m 9 months pregnant and could not stand around for over and hour while this rude customer was given priority over everyone else. This is absolutely no way to treat customers. There should be some sort of policy in place when it comes to ordering so many subs (requiring a certain amount of time that will allow other customers to also order and not be turned away). This is absolutely no way to run a business. I was a regular before this, but I won’t be back.

I come in here almost every morning during the week. Jonathan(I believe that's spelled correctly) is the one who is working whenever I come in. He's super nice. He knows exactly how I like my veggie sub and he's never messed it up. He's always polite and easy to chat with, too. By far one of their most outstanding employees. Terrific place in a great location. The people working here are friendly and very accommodating. The service is very fast even when there's a big line and the quality is always great. Definitely the healthiest choice for a very inexpensive fast food experience. The staff working here make this store 5 star in everything.
