The sandwich I purchased was delicious but they are understaffed. 2 people is not enough when you have line of people during the lunch hour. They tried to do their best but it was very slow!

First, the subway in Rosendale is exceptionally clean! Second, I’d like to give a big “Thank You” to Subway for taking care of an online ordering issue. I was unable to order online/use the coupons I had, and the workers said the site was down. I had a larger order for a local basketball team, and I was given a free footlong. Thank you for the great customer service, and for making it right!

The subway in Rosendale is first class. The server washed her hands, and placed on gloves before she created and served my sub. Throughout the process she also wore a mask. Before she wrapped the sub, she showed it to me and asked me if I needed any other ingredients. It was perfect; just as i ordered. She is an A+ employee who provided great service. The restaurant was spotless and the sandwich superb. I'm impressed.

Astonishingly slow service. There were two customers in front of me when I got into the store and two workers on the line, but it took 15 minutes for me to get my sandwich. Please do better

They didn't put the right amount of meat on my sandwich, even after I said something... When you go to multiple subway locations, and always order the same thing, you know what comes on your sandwich. Also, their olives and pickles were soggy and ruined the bread by the time I ate it.. Gross.

I give the people working 3 out of 3 stars but for Subway to put up a sign inside saying we won't accept Subway coupons because Subway doesn't reimburse the store for the discounted items is a little ridiculous. The minus two stars is 100% for the owner of this franchise who won't accept coupons because they profit less money putting the burden of owning a business back on the customer. Sad what times we live in. If owning a Subway was easy everyone would do it. I guess I'll have to venture out to any and all the other sandwich places that honor coupons or that have reasonable prices where coupons are not needed, also Subway isn't fresh even the lettuce comes already shredded in a bag smh

I waited in line for about 15 minutes. The crew had low amount of wraps and for 3 people ahead of me the crew kept making conversation with the couple holding the line up so it slowed everything down. Not to mention I hardly had any sauce in my wrap. Love subway but definitely not this one.

Love the chipotle sauce!! The subs here are pretty ok, but there's better ones out there. It's a good place to stop if you're in the mood for a big ol' sandwich

Had a really odd experience here today and won't return. I ordered 2 salads and asked for my lettuce and spinach to not be mixed up with the rest of the ingredients. I simply wanted the lettuce and spinach placed in the container and then put the other ingredients on top-not mixed up. I was told by the employee that if the "corporate lady" came in she would be fired for not following real directions and proceeded to show me a chart with salad directions. So, I had a mushy over mixed salad.

Wraps are such a change of pace. Flatbread has a fun spirit about it. The fresh roll still is my favorite. Choice of ham chicken turkey. My favorite BMT. Good selection of spinach lettuce cheese black olives tomatoes cucumber and peppers all ways. Lots good soda drinks. Come by!

Last Saturday my husband and I bought a Stella motorscooter with sidecar in Neenah, WI. My husband's plan to ride it home to Brookfield, WI was not a particularly good plan, we realized, since the bike couldn't travel faster than about 35mph.
We stopped in the Subway shop exhausted and hungry. We got great food there and the service was over and above expected. We asked the lady behind the counter if she know of slow county roads we could take the rest of the way home.
Not only did she get out a map and start planning our route, she also called in her husband for suggestions too!
We finally got home about 4 in the afternoon. We are very grateful to the people at Subway in Rosendale. Thanks so much, for great help and great subs.
