Walked in while I was getting my oil changed from next door to a father and some kids waiting at a table. My partner and I were never greeted when we came in and stood first in line waiting. The two people working looked very busy making sandwiches so we had both assumed they were the gentleman waiting already and sat down after about 5 minutes. Another 5-10 mins go by and he is still waiting and they are still making sandwiches. I go stand up in line again and total this time I wait for about 15 minutes. A couple had walked in behind us also waiting. The dad and children eventually got up to leave with no food in hand answer his daughter’s question to the lack of food with “yep we waited over 45 mins we will go somewhere else” the couple behind us soon followed out the door. The gentleman working looked over to the other coworker making a comment about how the “online orders come first” eventually we asked how long it would be and only then we were addressed with no apologies of the wait. My sandwich wasn’t very full to top it off.

We did an online order that my wife picked up on her way home. They mixed up our breads to sandwiches. Wife got home 15 minutes from store. I called about the mix up and Michael got us refunded and apologized. Like he had a thought their was a mix up. It would have been a huge issue but me and my wife have food allergies thar cross each other. I couldn't eat the really big mistake because I don't eat mayo or ranch and my wife cannot eat oregano. Very stratified with the fixing.

Whoever the female staff member was making sandwiches 10/17/24 (the day of post) at noon was disrespectful to customers on a level Ive never seen. A man simply pointed out their deal for a free Gatorade *woman says* “what? No. You NEED TO TELL US THIS. You don’t just get it. Just ring him up. It clearly doesn’t matter”

A separate instance to me I walk in looking for my sub for pick up and she asks “is that an online order?” To which I didn’t hear her say due to her looking down, behind glass, making food. She then (with a condescending attitude) says “you’re online right? Thats why I asked you that? *scoffs* *rolls eyes*” then proceeds to slam my sub on the counter saying “here ya go” in what remained of her condescending tone.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Subway that has left me quite frustrated. Despite their advertised hours, the location I visited closed early, preventing me from picking up my online order. To add to the inconvenience, my order was canceled without any prior notice or explanation. While I did receive a $5 gift card as compensation, it felt more like a token gesture than a genuine attempt to make amends. The lack of an apology or any acknowledgment of the inconvenience only compounded my dissatisfaction. So me and my family drove across town to get subway a craving my pregnant wife was having. When we pull in to the parking lot it’s 8:30 a half hour before they close. One kid sees us pulling in and runs to the door and locks it laughing. Seeing there open for another half hour and we were going to take our subs back home I get out of my car anyway to then have the manager come unlock the door and tell me they are closing early for a team meeting. Mind you you can see the full crew making subs at the line.

Stopped for dinner tonight, around 5:15pm. Expecting it to be busy, which It was. The manager Bradley decided it was OK to talk to a different customer very rudley along with yell at his employee in front of multiple customers. I looked at some previous reviews and see he has been named in the past. Not sure who owns this exact subway, but I would suggest finding a new manager with a little less attitude towards his customers/employees. This is not the first negative experience I have had at this location, but it will forsure be the last becuase I will find a different subway to patronize (hopefully with a nicer manager)

I walked into subway 10 minutes before they closed and Bradley the manager that was there was so so nice. I apologized for coming in so close to close and he assured me that it was no problem and he was happy to take my order. He carried on a conversation with me like we were old friends. I had a very stressful week with my grandparents having both had surgery and his kindness put a smile on my face. Thank you for your kindness Bradley!!

Bradley the manager that was in at around 4pm today was very rude and took 30 minutes to make an order of 3 sandwiches simply because “she worked at the gas station next door”… so after we waited he finally asked us what we wanted, only my mom and I (my friend was with as well) we ordered our subs and that took him another 15 minutes and did seem stressed due to online orders. But then after my mom paid for our sandwiches, ignored my friend in line? So I said “she is also getting a sandwich” to which he replied “well that would have been nice to know 10 minutes ago” as he was trying to take down online orders from delivery drivers that came in way after we did. He was very rude and unprofessional. Also seemed annoyed that my mom asked for some of her sauces in the side. Kinda weird… but yeah, not time friendly, and they also did not clean the knife between any of our sandwiches or the prior order to ours. So if that’s a health code violation or something it’s being done there.

Bradley was creepy, me and my friend were scared the entire time we were in the restaurant. He was extremely slow and snarky. when making our subs. I enjoy subway and other sandwich shops but over the last year (10-15 visits) myself and my wife have officially decided we will never ever eat here again. They just got new management and they stated we will be better after I complained in person about previous visits. Since then we stopped going for a while and we’re told the manager was replacing so we returned. And found the same type of service but with different people. It was just rude behavior from employees. They acted like it was an inconvenience for us to ask them for a sandwich.

After ordering the sub we took it out to the car to eat it and the bread was crumbling apart. Took it back in to show that just poking it made it disintegrate, the person working said "oh I told them not to use that bread it was cooked too long" and proceeded to make a new sandwich saying I'll make you a new one and we'll give you a free 6 inch next time you come in if you give us a good review. When he put the sandwich in the toaster he left to talk to another employee and came back saying oh it was in a little long, it's not great, and proceeded to keep going. We had to correct him bell peppers as he was putting on banana peppers and then spinach not lettuce. At the end he said "It's not you, but next time go to a different subway."
Needless to say won't be returning there.

This is by far the best subway location in the wausau area. I really appreciate that Mike and his staff take the time to put together a good sandwich. There's nothing worse than opening a sandwich and half of the veggies aren't even in the sub. My delivery orders are always exactly right on. I will go out of my way to go to this location always!

The workers don't listen, asking you to repeat yourself, multiple times. They also didn't wrap our sandwiches, properly, so they both almost fell out, removing them from the bag, when we headed home.

The wait was exceptionally slow, due to the line. This location has always been slow service, to the point of leaving before ordering. This visit will be our last, at this location. Takes too long, subpar sandwiches, and messy wrapping. I may as well have made my own.

Stellar customer service, food presentation & quality! Took my elderly father here last week for the first time. The worker, I believe his name was "Mike..." (He was tall with red hair) was personable, energetic & friendly. He had the patience to wait for my father to review the menu & even went as far as making recommendations. My father & I both agree that those were the best sandwiches we had ever had. I'm very particular about the way I like my food & that guy hit it out of the park! Better service than any other subway I've been to. The staff is super friendly and the place is always kept clean. Even with long lines in busy hours, they always maintain a good attitude and make sure to give each customer the respect the deserve. I've come in 5 minutes before closing and they still treat me with respect. I've been to the subway at Walmart where they roll their eyes and act as if they don't want to serve you, but not this place.
