I walked in at 8:55 pm (store hours say they’re open until 9:00 pm)—abruptly informed they’re closed. When I looked at my phone and pointed out it was 8:55 and the posted hours state they’re open until 9:00, I received, “we’re closed”. Now that I’ve read some reviews, I see this is clearly an issue at this location. Well, they lost my business to another local restaurant that honors their posted restaurant hours. Never going to this location again. Would love to talk to franchise owners to see how they can explain.

I got my subway delivered, they don’t have a store driver so it was ordered from doordash. I ordered a foot long cookie and got a churro instead. I called subway and they said they had no way of getting that to me and that I have to contact my dasher. The dasher didn’t have a phone number so i had no way of contacting them. Which shouldn’t be my job because subway was the ones who messed up.

As a former fast food employee of many years and simultaneous full time college student, working two jobs with health issues, I understand the frustration of customers arriving near closing time. However, I was disappointed when I visited Subway Saturday August 10th at 8:45 PM and was abruptly told they were closed by a male employee who made a cutting motion across his neck. This was not just impolite but also inconsistent with corporate standards. I noticed its the same few male individuals as the last few times I have come here and their “I don't give a cr*p” attitude is why I will no longer be coming here anymore.
I believe employees in customer service should strive to provide a positive experience, even in challenging situations. Instead of turning me away, they could have offered to prepare my order or provided a clear explanation. I hope the manager will address this issue and ensure that customers receive the service they expect from Subway. When you work for another company that is who you are representing and it is not your personal decision when to close the restaurant. Not at 8:45, 8:30 or 8:55 but 9pm. You are inconveniencing individuals who are there for the
Convenience of fast casual food. So I went out of my way on my way home when I could have gone somewhere that was still open as they should be.

For the past couple of years, my (no longer secret) side-hustle has been working in the food delivery industry (as well as using vague, overly formal descriptors.) I’ve gotten very familiar with many of the local restaurants from the perspective of a delivery driver. The Saukville Subway is always extremely quick, and I have never experienced any problems with the accuracy of their orders. Keep up the great work, oh Subway of Saukville!

Went to subway at 9pm on Sunday. Supposedly open for another hour however door was locked and staff made a shooing hand gesture. We walked away without causing issue but not the type of business id spend money at in the future. Got the message - unwelcomed.

Placed an online order. Paid online. Went to pick up order and was told they never got my order. Asked for the manager. Manager told me to just place and pay for another order.
What?
I showed her my receipt on my phone that had their location and that it was paid for.
She again told me to place and pay for another order and maybe that one will go through.
This place is a ripoff. They steal your money and don’t give you what you pay for.
That’s theft.
I will be calling the next person up the chain. I will be going out of my way to let every single person I know that Saukville Subway are a bunch of thief’s.

Went into this location, they seem to be under new management. I walked in and I was yelled at from the counter as I took a step in the door "how many foot longs!?" I told her 2 and that I have a coupon. She VERY dramatically rolled her eyes when I mentioned the coupon. And gave a fake smile. This place is awful! Literally took forever to order then I come home and the “flatbread” was super thin and crispy to the point of being burnt. It was disgusting. Warming up this one I’ve had for over a decade the same sandwich at others and never had to complain but this one was just gross and hard to eat w my teeth. I’m going to try and call to get a new made cuz I can’t eat the other side it’s much harder. Guess calling corporate cuz can’t even call back. Ordered online, had DoorDash deliver it. Apparently the DRIVER tried to call and say that this location was out of the sandwich we tried to order, and he only brought half the order. His number came up as SPAM so we did not answer. The call should have came from SUBWAY. I tried to call this Subway location to give them a chance to rectify their error, and I just get a busy signal. Every. Single. Time.

We ordered 3 sandwiches ahead of time online. When we entered to pick them up they hadn't started them even though the app notified us that they were ready and we had given a tip. We had to wait 20 minutes for our order to complete while they helped other customers in line. My family is extremely disappointed when we have had no complaints before. It also looked like the manager had left while we were waiting.

The man that served me and my girlfriend was super sweet, he even complemented my girlfriends face paint, he recommended us options on what to get to add more flavor. At first we were hesitant, but oh my goodness the flavors bursted into my mouth. My tastebuds are crying for joy and mouth so watery. The best advice ever! Definitely recommend 11/10

This place has a hugh problem of not being open when you stop there to get a sub. When they are open employees don't really seem to care about there jobs and are not at all that friendly with customers. The owner needs to review the problems he has with staff or it won't be long and the place will go out of business. I can't really rate it lately because they are closed so often.

Grabbed a sub to go up to the county park just north. It's cold out there so nothing fills the void like a toasted meatball sub to share. Staff was great as they directed me not to get the pro sub because with meatballs it wouldn't have really added much at all and only make things more messy. Small line, though worked through it quickly. Sub was great. Ambiance was a clean subway. As subways go it was a five, but is any subway a five?

If I could have given a 0 star I would have. Order a footlong and a 6 inch both sandwiches toasted come in and both are the meat was also cold went up to tell them that both subs were supposed to be toasted and one of the girls was going to fix it the other girl said the toaster wasn’t working but I’ve been sitting here for the last 30 minutes and have toasted every sub that they have made. Also the music they were playing was not family appropriate would not recommend.

Be careful with ordering online. I picked my sandwich up, went home and settled down to eat. The sandwich was close to what I had thought I ordered. But, it had a few things I didn't want, and was missing things I did want. All the ingredients were in good condition, just not the combination I'd wanted.
UPDATE 2/1/22: I ORDERED A 12" TUNA SUB WITH LESS LETTUCE, LESS PICKLES, AND LESS ONIONS, WITH OREGANO. WHAT I GOT WAS A 6" SUB WITH SO MANY PICKLES AND SO MANY ONIONS ON IT, I COULDN'T EVEN SEE THE TUNA. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS LOCATION. THEY USED TO BE VERY GOOD.

Subway in Saukville makes great sandwiches, and it's also conveniently located right off of I-43 across from 2 gas stations. Additional advantage would be the near nice small town parks if kids want to play or picnic. It's a great location for a healthy meal with friendly service and fresh veggies.

Poor aditude had to tell the guy 3 diffrent times what I wanted when he originally asked me the first time. My sub was a complete mess and wasnt cut all the way through guess thats what happens when you use a butter knife for bread. I will never be going to this location again. This Subway continues to disappoint me! Tonight I used a 25 dollar gift card for dinner for 2. I was looking forward to it all day only to find that the entire order was wrong! So I love this subway depending on who is working. There is a young man there who has a very poor attitude and it shows when making your food. Today I ordered a chopped salad and asked for extra lettuce and spinach (didn’t get it) and asked for bacon mixed in and the young man didn’t even cut it. Just put whole pieces of bacon on a chopped salad. Not usually one to complain but this has happened with this specific employee on multiple occasions.

This subway located in Port Washington is pretty good. When I arrived it wasnt busy at all and I was helped right away. Service was fast end efficient but the sandwich artist didnt seem like he wanted to be there like something was wrong. Same with they lady that checked me out. Maybe they were having a dispute.
