Waited 15+ minutes in the drive through after ordering to not even be acknowledged. Please do not advertise a drive through experience. I left without my order as who knew when they would get actually get to my/ make my oder. There was only 1 family in the entire subway.

This is the second year we did a Subway platter for a birthday party and just like the first year we got there to pick up the platter and they had no idea. Order 3 subs online for pickup. Paid for double meat on 1 and received regular meat and was missing some of the meat. Went the next day to the store cuz I could not get through on either phone number the girl said she'd let her manager know. Manager texted me and said I didn't have to go back just to give them my name and address. That was 1 month ago and I have not received anything. Touched base with them 2 weeks ago and still have not received anything. Very disappointed in Subway. Not a very pleasant outcome.

Usually love this place but two new guys were there, could tell they were new. They desperately need to be trained better because my sub was comically terrible. Veggies weren't cut at all and basically full bell peppers were plopped on my sub, or poorly cut veggies in general. Big yikes.

We walked in around 6pm on a Sunday night. There were no other customers in the restaurant at the time. The employee, Erika greeted us as she put chairs on top of the tables. She was friendly, quick to make our subs and did a wonderful job.

The wrong sub was made. Nobody answered the phone between 2 and 2:30. We had to drive in and get what we had ordered. No apology. Had to yell to get someone to come out of the back. Young man was NOT apologetic at all. We won't be back any time soon.

I've come here twice since they opened and was unhappy. I asked for s & p on my subs both times and both times my sub was incredibly salty. The s&p shaker comes out too fast and too much. Cleaning needs work as well. Establishment doesnt look swept noe mopped and bathroom could of been wiped down. I could see if it was later in the day but this was at lunch time.

The workers were very nice and food was good, but they're being forced to work without any air conditioning for going on three weeks now.

The workers have a long tube to vent the air going all the way to the back of the shop. Nobody should be subjected to those work standards, the business should be looking for a new owner.

It's not a good feeling to support such a terrible store owner, but I want the workers to keep their pay checks up. I can't blame a single one of them for not want to work there though.

First time coming to this subway. My father had just passed away so I was not in the best mood but I was not rude to either of the girls that were working. They were nice at first until they realized I had a large order then they became very rude. Before my food was even finished one of the workers proceeded to tell me how terrible of a person I was because when I have a large order I should say please and thank you. Which yes I should and normally I do but I had a lot going on in my head and I did apologize. But the way she talked to me was uncalled for. I worked at a subway when I was her age and if I had done that even to a terribly rude customer I would no longer have had a job.

Will not be going back. More food on the floor than on the slider. Realize that is corporate dictated but what I saw there is not. The place was filthy. Soda machine looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a year along with everything else in the place. Training an employee doesn't mean you don't provide customer service. Asked to pay before received food

If I could rate this store a 0 i would. Mind you I say this as a former subway employee. The customer service was non existent. They were out of many items which i understand happens but we were rudely told they were out of products and that she would be closing the store in 10 minutes which is 3 hours earlier than normal. The poor older guy in front of me looked so uncomfortable as the lady threw condiments around and slammed his food around. She was also rolling her eyes and shaking her head the entire time. Her poor attitude was unwarranted. Next time ill go elsewhere. Shame on this lady for how she acted.

FIRST OF ALL POSSIBLY THE WORST SUBWAY, Workers were really rude, didn’t even get a smile. They acted like they hated their job. Checked before going there one night and online it said they were open til 9:30, walked in at 9:00 and the high school girl working acted super annoyed. My husband wanted a foot long turkey bacon deluxe sub and she told me they were out of bacon and the only bread choices was flat bread, one six inch wheat and a few rye. I also asked for a steak egg and cheese sub and she had no egg ready to serve and wouldn't bother getting anything from the back to provide us with the subs we wanted. Everything was very picked over for meat choices and we did not get the subs we went there for and nothing was done to remedy the situation. Next time I will go to the Subway in Freedom instead. At least if they have something in the freezer they will thaw it out for you...

Two young high school chicks and no adults. I was very unhappy, no customer service what so ever and extremely extremely rude. I felt like I was paying to interrupt their girl time. I had overheard the blonde one saying "Omg, this looks disgusting." To the other chick. Well...guess what chick...you don't like it...its not yours to eat...its mine. Thank you very much!!!!!!! Went there and one girl was working she made me wait for a good 10 minutes before she started to make my sub. I wanted it toasted and she walked away when she put it in and left it in there for a good time after the toaster beeped(the toaster keeps toasting after it beeps),and it is now very burnt. Worst service I have ever received at any restaurant in my life!!! It took three times to get the chicken meat in my sandwich warm! Then I was harrassed by the store manager (Teresa Black). I was called "babycakes" quite indignantly, forced to stick my finger in the meat before she would put vegtables on it, then told "Next time you come, you better not upset my employees again". I never raised my voice, swore, or was rude. I used please and thankyou, even while receiving slow and incompetent service. Not once apologized to for making my pregnant wife wait THIRTY MINUTES to get a hot sandwich! Instead told I was upsetting them!
Then while finishing something on my phone before leaving the parking lot, the manager came out to my car, and asked if I was leaving soon, because I was "scaring her employees", then threatened she was going to call the police because she was scared of me too (again, never cursed or raised my voice. Quite polite given the circumstances, actually)!!! I have worked at a subway, it's not hard to make a sandwich, and in any retail, you NEVER TREAT A CUSTOMER LIKE THAT!

This subway was out of half the foods we wanted, this is the second time I went in where the person making the food has touched their face and hair, then went right back to making the food without changing gloves. Or one handed took money, never washed hamds, regloved, and went back to making subs. Tonight, he even wiped his nose with the back of his hand and kept going. Then our sub was cold, so we asked for a new one. It was still cold so we asked for a refund. We were told we couldn't get one, just another "free sub" (even though we've already paid and hadn't received an edible sandwich yet). We already had the sub remade twice so we talked to the manager on the phone who was of no help. Just repeating herself. So we were irritated. Then she shows up, makes us another sub herself that was FINALLY warm and then was very snarky to us telling us we almost made her staff cry and never to do that again. All because we wanted a warm sub..or a refund. It wasn't that complicated. I would NEVER recommend this Subway. Mistreatment and poor quality foods.

To top it all off, the manager came out and threatened to call the police on my husband as he was sitting in his car filling out a survey on the poor quality of this Subway. NEVER ONCE DID THEY EVEN ASK US TO LEAVE!

This is by far the worst Subway restaurant I have ever been at. Usually short staffed, the manager/owner is the rudest woman I've come across in a leadership position (I believe she also owns Hortonville location), not to mention she handles cash AND finishes making subs without washing her hands in between and with ONE GLOVE ON...disgusting!! A coworker also received her seafood sub with a side of black mold and the only excuse they gave was that it was dated to expire the next day so there's nothing they would do about it! I know there aren't many choices for quick lunchtime restaurants in Seymour but I would consider another option if you know what's good for you! I will NEVER be back!
