This is the worst experience I’ve ever had the manager was rude and very disrespectful. Speaking to me in Threatening way cause I wanted my subs remade the correct way I ordered them I asked for his name over the phone would not give it to me. He did speak with an accent I literally couldn’t tell you what he looked like as I’m very pregnant and didn’t go I sent my husband. He “the manager” said I should be happy with what I got and should not be complaining. I have reached out to cs for help. This is the most frustrating experience of my life!

I just went there for dinner for my family and it SUCKED all the way around. Both of the boys working seemed super lazy, they only put 2 peices of turkey on my 6" sub, and very little chicken and forgot the bacon on my chicken bacon ranch. Also, they didn't give us any napkins and I had to ask for a bag. When they gave me one it wasn't even a subway bag, it was a white and red grocery bag. So ghetto. I will not be returning here again

At my most recent visit I experienced bad customer service all the way around . I had a coupon for a foot long deal. The fist employee cut the bread in half and had to be told again I wanted a 12 inch and wanted the sandwich toasted . She handed it to the next person who asked what veggies I wanted and to repeat my request again. Then the check out person rang it up at full price. I mentioned the coupon which she retrived from the waste basket. At my request the meal was placed in a paper bag which broke as I was leaving.The replacement bag broke in the parking lot..The next time I want a sub meal I will either go to a different store or another restaurant. WORST service ever .

There are only two employees at this store that know how to make a damn sandwich.. Not to mention second shift is AWFUL! The manager can out with an attitude problem demanding to see my dogs support card. I showed it to him, he just handed the card back. If this is the way this place is going to treat people with mental health issue, maybe I should just start going to Jersey Mike's for my subs twice a week if this is how you treat people.

Went in there tonight to get a footlong tuna sub. Nobody else was in the store. There were two counter people. I had to wait several minutes as one of the "sandwich artists" was apparently working on a phone-in
Order. He finally acknowledged me, and I gave him my order. He put the tuna, cheese, and bread in the toaster oven. When it came out, he let it sit while he and his fellow employee worked on the 2 footlongs apparently ordered by phone, ignoring me. I finally lost my extreme patience, and told them that my order was, apparently, not important. I then walked out. PRIORITIES?!?!?
I've been a loyal Subway customer for 40 years...but I think I'll try the Cousins Subs just around the corner on North Avenue.

Was not going to leave a review however after the rude message I received from their customer care I had to. I normally go to a Southside location for my sandwiches, however because I live closer to this one I used them for my last 2 orders. The first order, I received 2 completely different sandwiches. I called and they replaced them. Yes I had to drive back but they were kind enough to fix it.
I ordered again and went to pick up 2 more sandwiches last week. They were SOGGY and NOT TOASTED like I ordered. I simply wrote them off and was going about my life nothing I just would not buy from this location again. Last night I received the survey via email so I just stated my experience and thought that was the end of that. I didn't mention the first failed order, just that the sandwiches were soggy and not toasted.
This morning someone contacted me via email stating that sometimes the sandwiches would be soggy and thatthey were toasted 🙄. I HAVE NEVER ordered from another location and got soggy sandwiches, NEVER! then to tell me that they were toasted??? 😂😂No proof or nothing! I know when it's toasted, the bread wasn't even the slightest bit firm. It was softer than a brioche bun you pick up in a supermarket -__-.
I found it really rude that they had the audacity to say in their email that I was the one to contact them (I didn't, they sent me to do a survey) and completely refused to accept that JUST MAYBE it wasn't toasted. I was not wanting a replacement or anything, like I said, I was just going on with my life. Very rude how they came at me in an email for stating my experience that THEY asked for!

The service was excellent. I was shocked by how much the prices had increased since I had last been there. The Foot Long was 12 inch long but the bread sure was slimmer in diameter.

Ordered half lettuce and half tomato received both on both sides of my sub. Receipt even says less. I Order online alot and love going to subway...
Ordered again today 1/22/22 Order chicken bacon ranch foot long and a 6inch cold cut. It was switched around. Also didn't get the bread I ordered the bacon was not even cooked. My bread was not toasted.
Yet again we give this place a chance and they can't get the oder right after a year.

The time was 9:40, posted closing time said 10. I could see two male employees standing around inside chatting. I pulled around to the drive-thru and waved the attention of the employees to ask if their posted times were incorrect. He seemed hesitant to answer but informed me they were told they were always supposed to close early. He went on to say there were other things they had to follow that didn't make sense to him. I don't know if he was honest and this is indeed a management issue, but what a terrible way to run your business if it is. If it's an employee issue, monitor your employees better. I won't be returning to this location anytime soon.

My family of 5 went to this subway today and we won’t be back. Grace could not have been more annoyed to take our simple orders. We were polite and quick and every order we requested was met with an eye roll. Next time we’ll drive the extra few miles to go to a different location to order a sub from someone who doesn’t treat you like an inconvenience for walking in the door.

I will never order from this place again. I order a cold cut combo for my girlfriend who is pregnant and only got two pieces of meat and on top of that the bread was so hard. Just nasty as hell how can you serve people food that is old and only give them two pieces of meat I will never order from here again. Subway need to get people who actually know how to make a sandwich and do it right and not rush to make it.

I get the same sub made the same way everytime I go to subway and it taste nothing like the ones I've had before. Sauce is wayyyy to dark to be the sweet onion sauce.
