Not a real Subway. Refuses to honor the sandwich of the day. Cheap franchise owner that does not deserve the business. I've been to subway all over the US and this is the very first location that refused to honor their promotion. There are many options out there. Don't make this one. One of them.

Absolutely horrendous. I was the first customer I could tell at 0920 cause the side trays weren’t open yet until she worked on my sub. The veggies were not even presentable. Lettuce was red soggy looking. I went with the risk and added onions which had no flavor at all. Weeks old? Spinach was wet and old. Green peppers were old with no taste. I got a flatbread steak egg and cheese toasted and the flat bread was soggy on top but bottom basically burnt and hard. Tasted like a Matza bread. Like the bread was weeks old? Literally nothing was fresh. Even the napkins were scratchy and felt like sandpaper. The meat was just eh. Then I’m walking around and most tables were not even cleaned. I use bathroom before I leave (nothing in trash first one to use it) and I drop something and wipe it off ground and the paper towel is COVERED in black dirt. Did night shift die? Did no one clean this place since 1992? Morning shift is just there like zombies. I get it’s just job to them but at least put out fresh ingredients. If I was the owner of this franchise I would be disgusted in myself. From this awful experience I will never go to a subway again in my life. Thank you for saving the rest of my life.

Ordered 4 - 12” subs
Simply asked for 1 of the subs meatballs and sauce to be wrapped separately from bread because son didn’t get off work till a bit later and trying to avoid a soggy sub … asked about a separate container, because she refused to double wrap in paper- like a salad bowl we’d have to be charged for a whole salad for just the container next ok how about a soda cup they’d have to charge you for a soda …. SERIOUSLY LADY JUST WANTED TO FIGHT ….. I don’t mind a small upcharge but almost $3 for the soda cup itself over $6 for the salad container

The most DISRESPECTFUL EXPERIENCE EVER! I was next in line when the employee told me she couldn’t serve me because she was going on break. When I asked to speak to the manager, she claimed SHE WAS THE MANAGER. I then requested contact information for someone above her, and she refused to provide it. When I asked for her name, she said it was "Tasha" but refused to give me any other details.

This is unacceptable service. As a "manager," it’s your responsibility to ensure the public is still served while you take your break. How much MONEY is Subway losing during those 30+ minutes of downtime? This cannot be good for business. I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE, and I’ve attached a picture of her—this is "Tasha." 👀

UPDATE: someone found our youtube channel from this review and commented to leave her REAL NAME, if her name is Jennifer then why would she give me the name TASHA. Also this customer said that she gave them FOOD poisoning by serving slimy veggies. Refer to the photos.

I paid for a few of the ingredients in my salad to be extra servings, but nothing was increased. I had to cut my own bacon and chicken on my "chopped" salad. The wait took forever. This is usually an excellent place to eat. I hope someone was new or having a bad day. I'll try it again in the future.
UPDATE: I was very pleased with my entire visa this time. The workers were pleasant and their time was so nice, neat and clean. You could tell they took pride in their work. We bought a Monster, a Philly, and an Outlaw. They were all amazingly yummy. It almost balanced out the huge increase in price, and the coupon balanced the rest.

I chose this place because i was getting very good service everytime i stopped for subs. Today, April 2nd, 2021 I stopped confidently and ordered.
I got my sub and left for work. The person that served me today is new. I understand that. But my sub was cut in pieces, messed up, torn, really messed up. I even took a picture. You couldn't eat as a sub but as pieces.

I don’t know how many times they’ve messed up my order but it’s been every time I’ve tried to give them a chance. Today was just unacceptable. Mayo was oozing out of every side, there was only lettuce on half of my 6 inch sub, the tomatoes were squishy and obviously not ripe anymore and it was mounted with black olives (I selected normal for all of my toppings but black olives I put “less”)

I have went to this location 3 times in the last two weeks. The 1st time ordered a sub for lunch and dinner at lunch time both subs I got were wrong but at least they were both footlongs. The next time I ordered two of the exact same subs that way it wasn’t different they could make two of the exact same subs. Got one home and one was correct and one was not correct but again both footlongs. Today I ordered two of the same footlongs again... I got two six inch subs both were not the Black Forest ham I ordered so I paid $18 for two six inch subs? If there were a 0 star rating I would give it that.

Upon walking into the store I was immediately aware of how poor the vegetables looked and how dirty the counter was. The cheese slices were covered with sludge from the day before and we're never swapped out. Being in a hurry I ordered a cold cut on flatbread with nothing on it. As I got to my job site and opened it I noticed where the employee cut the flat bread in half was covered with human hair. I have eaten at hundreds of subways around this country in this is hands down the worst. Stay far away

This restaurant is TERRIBLE. They are always forgetting something, making my subs wrong, or screwing up my order. I always go through the drive thru at this location, so you can't really see what they're doing. Maybe service is better inside where you can actually see what they're doing. There seems to be different employees every time I go here, so that could be part of the problem as well.
