I think that the general workers are great shout out to Nhia. Management here is terrible! They have an authoritarian regime on their portions now take business elsewhere. They told me that they have changed portions and it’s significantly smaller!I won’t be returning here again!

I’m glad to see I’m not the only one who has a problem with the blonde face tattoo lady. She was very rude and had a huge attitude after I asked for a new sandwich after she massacred my bread opening it. She kept saying the bread was fresh even though it wasn’t my complaint, and I never said that it wasn’t. My guess is that she has a drug problem. Decided to go to Kwik trip down the road and it was much better.

If you want a fresh sub, please don’t come here!

Bread was super dry on all 3 of our sandwiches. Went back to ask for a refund, only to be told that they don’t do refunds. Won’t give store credit. Won’t share managers phone number/card info.

The young man told me to just go on google and leave a bad review, so I guess they rather have this over just giving a refund? Quite sad!

I have never left a review on google before but this is the third time I have had a horrible experience with a particular employee, so I feel that it needs to be addressed. She’s an older woman with blonde hair & a lot of tattoos. She was extremely rude and should definitely not be working in customer service. She made our subs so sloppy, to the point where we couldn’t even eat it. We asked for our subs toasted and it was barely warmed. Like I said, this is the THIRD time I’ve had a very poor experience with this woman. She doesn’t seem like she wants to be there and seemed super annoyed that we even came in. Honestly it makes me not want to go back because I don’t want to have to deal with her again. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.

The blonde woman with tattoos was incrediblely rude. My husband and I both ordered hot honey sandwiches. I had no realized that apparently when ordering such sandwich I needed to ask for hot honey to be put on it... after seeing this I apologized for not knowing and asked if she'd be able to unwrap it and put some on to which she replied. "I'm not interested in unwrapping your sandwich to put that on here's a cup." Aside from this both staff members were short with us, overall sloppy in assembly, and treated us as though making our sandwiches was the biggest burden of their day. Definitely top 3 most rude customer service ever.

Absolutely terrible experience. The staff was extremely rude — especially the older blonde woman with tattoos. Hands down the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in customer service. Honestly, the way the place is managed is disappointing, and someone needs to address it.

The inside looked clean, which is about the only positive thing I can say. But the service? Awful. It wasn’t even busy, and somehow they still messed up. The sandwich was wrapped so poorly it was falling apart, and the folding job was laughable. It looked like zero effort was put in.

With that kind of attitude and work ethic, it makes total sense why the place was dead. I won’t be coming back, and I definitely won’t be recommending it to anyone else. Do better.

Me and my spouse come to this location very often, but today we had are worst experience by far, we came in looking at the menu to see what we want the two workers had no manners what so ever the attitude was absolutely disgusting while looking at the menu Chery kept asking what bread and what we wanted in a disrespectful tone when I said we would like a second she kept asking she told my wife that they couldn’t heat up the meant and cheese only it had to be only the meat (my wife does this every time we go and they did both the cheese and meat). Then the other worker was Payton he never looked up to make eye contact like most people do cause it’s respectful he didn’t put much of any veggies or sauce on it they veggies all looked like they have been sitting out for awhile and never restocked to fresh ones it was just terrible with these two workers!

Went to falls subway after my son’s track meet and had a pleasant suprise from a worker named Brooke. As soon as I walked in, she greeted me with a huge smile. Throughout the whole order she was patient and respectful. I even had her take something off and she didn’t bat an eye and did with a smile on her face. When I left she said something along the lines of hoping to see me as a customer again. It’s safe to say i’ll be doing so. I hope to god there are more young workers like her out there.

The lady that did my sandwich was an older lady and had a tattoo from where I saw. When asked about my toppings, I asked for cucumber which she gave me two pieces and I asked for lettuce and it was a pinch of lettuce so I asked for extra lettuce and she literally put two pieces of shredded lettuce. I asked for more and again another two piece. I finally just said forget. Even though I was the only customer in the store. Horrible customer service.

I went in this past Sunday and was pleasantly surprised to see a kind young man named Ryan working that morning. He greeted me with a smile that made me feel welcomed, and was very polite while taking my sub order.

After finishing cutting the sandwich, he wrapped it very nicely and asked if I would like a bag. As I was paying, he told me to have a great rest of my day with that pretty smile.

I was shocked because I risked coming in after seeing the reviews which don’t seem to good. But Ryan was very polite, the bread he baked was fresh and tasted delightful. I will be coming back this Sunday again!

I reluctantly went against my better judgement and ate at Subway today. The lettuce was brown, the tomatoes were not fresh; nor was the bread that fell apart as I ate my sandwich. If you check the reviews of this location, you'll see that this seems to be the norm. Numerous reviews mention the Tattooed faced lady's garbage attitude, stale vegetables and bread, flat fountain soda, food-poisoning, and a list of other discouraging excuses they provide to disappointed customers. That's sad considering the Subway slogan is "Eat Fresh". Also, after reading reviews and seeing that this is a habitual trend, I sent an email to Division of Food and Recreational Safety, as well as Subway corporate.

Sherry the manager made my subs. I asked for them to be toasted and she stated that the type of sub I got can not be toasted and then proceeded to make my subs sloppy on top of that didn’t even cut the foot long in half like they always do. Horrible experience! The lady making our food seemed generally annoyed that we were even there to start. We were told we had 2 options for bread because that’s all they had. Rather than asking per sandwich we were asked what the whole order was at once. IE “what kind of sandwiches” then “what cheese” and that’s fine if we even knew what your starting with. My wife and I kept looking at each other wondering which sandwich she was referring to when asking because she was trying to bulk everything. Even veggies was stressful because we didn’t know which sandwich was being worked on. Then when I asked for extra mayo I was told the mayo in the bottle was all they had. Telling what we wanted for each “meal” was a disaster for us because we were talked to like we were stupid for not knowing how their meals work. She also spent half the time taking gloves off to enter each sandwich into the computer like remembering 2 kids ham and cheese, a club, and a ham and turkey was too much to remember. Oh AND she couldn’t even figure out how to close a sub and cut it!! Mine wasn’t even cut 1/3 of the way through because she tried to cut it while open!!

Overall the staff was terrible with customer service. The experience was dreadful. Even though we were the only people there I felt rushed and the sub making process was done half assed causing confusion. Won’t be going back

Unrelated to the service, the audacity to have your point of sale card reader ask for tips while you have a sign on your door hiring at a starting wage of $15/hr is ridiculous. Whomever owns this Subway should be ashamed, and if Subway Co promotes this, you should be ashamed as well.

We online ordered two Subway Club Subs. After submitting order, the restaurant called informing us that they had no cheese, turkey or roast beef. We asked if we can cancel order, have money put back on gift card, issue a new gift card with money on it, or open up register and give us cash. The employee told us no and that they were trying to work with us by forcing us to order different subs or we would lose our money. We asked to speak to a manager, she(tattoos)said she was the manager. She ruined our Christmas Eve. We would think Subway would want better management representing them and better solutions offered if they do not have a way to complete an order. If you look at the reviews for this specific franchise, the reviews have gone downhill.

I miss the old management. The gentleman working today was nice, but the lady was short with both me and also the lady in line ahead of me. There was no ghost pepper bread left at noon. The onions were apparently missed on garbage day. I think I got almost a whole bad onion on my sandwich. The nacho cheese was disgusting. The lady refused my $3.99 6-inch coupon, but I have used it several times here before. She stated that coupons will just not work at any of their managed locations. Why am I still receiving them in the mail? I won't be back to spend another $10 on an old crusty sub and to be disrespected.

The gentleman working behind the counter was very kind. However, the woman with the tattoos, I don’t remember her name, was not kind. She does not have great customer service. I told her multiple times that the soda didn’t taste correctly. It tasted flat and when I filled my cup, there was no fizz in it. This indicated to me that something was wrong. She just kept telling me that their oxygen tanks were full and there is no issue. However, I disagree. I tried multiple sodas and they all tasted flat. In addition, the root beer was coming out as water, and there was no out of order sign on it.Her solution to me was that I could buy a bottle of soda, when I already purchased a soda with my meal. The first priority should be making sure that a customer is happy. Her other response was that I’m the first one to complain. Based on other Google reviews, it appears I’m not the first person to complain about her service or the soda machine. I asked to speak with a manager, and that was a no go. A customer in line even mentioned to me something along the lines about her poor service. To top it off, after this whole debacle, my food was cold when I finally got to eat it.

Wish I could give no stars.

My fiancé got 2 footlong subs for us for dinner. Should have known when the place was empty and some of the lights were even turned off...

He brought home our dinner, and my sub was a ham & provolone.... not only did it have no cheese, it also had turkey instead of ham.

Usually we don't go back if something is messed up, but after paying $27.25 for something so wrong, we went back.

As we went back we were not greeted and it was once again not filled with people just like my fiancé stated.

After not being greeted, I stood and saw one of the employees, Austin. In stead of saying anything remotely normal he just waves as if I was his friend.. we then waited again because there was no rush to help us, customers. No apology or anything. He re made the sub, and once again no apology or even trying to "make it right". Once the sub was made the other employee had the nerve to try and charge us.

Thanks Subway. We will never come to one of your stores again, and will make sure to tell everyone we know.

Rude welcoming. Hard working Blue Collars on break cooling off after being topside at a customer for most of the morning. The white collared patrons who entered after us were immediately greeted, but we weren't and the poor treatment continued as we ordered our sandwiches.

Attitude here is the direct result as to why it's so hard to pick up a broom and sweep the dining room. Simple observations after giving me a reason not to like this location.

Had lunch on Saturday and we dined inside. The restaurant was so dirty. The soda area was full of food and looks like it was not wiped down for weeks. The floor was also very dirty. The guy working is super hard to understand when talking. He also wouldn’t listen to what I needed. Such as, what kind of cheese. I said pepper jack. He grabbed provolone. He asked if I wanted it toasted. I said no. He still put it on the toaster. When doing sauces, he would put bare minimum on the sub. When I asked for more, it was like pulling teeth to get mor sauce added. As my stuff was sitting on the counter, another customer walked in. Instead of putting my two subs, soup, napkins in a bag and checking me out, he began helping another customer while I waited. The other worker finally checked me out. When I got home I opened my soup. It was less than half full and nothing was said about not having enough. That place is going down hill fast.

The two young boys behind the counter acted as though they had never seen an African American couple walk in the store before. They were so rude to me and my husband. By the way this is Terry Washington posting on my husband's blog. I was stared at so uncomfortably the entire time. Will I go back there? I go here quite a bit during the lunch hour during the work week and I will no longer go here. I waited in line for 35 minutes today for my sandwich. They only had one person making sandwiches and one guy in the back not really doing anything it seemed. This subway seems way understaffed and needs to have at least 2-3 workers at the counter during lunch. There is consistently a long line at this place during the lunch hour. They have lost my business until they staff more people during this time.

Food is good, but this place always get crushed at lunchtime and the employees can't keep up. They should at least have a dedicated cashier

Expect a typical Subway dining experience. During the later parts of the evening, you may wait a minute or two for the lone worker to come out from his/her duties in the back.
