This place is normally great until they choose to make online orders before making food for people who take the time to go into this restaurant and order/eat food.
The lady in front of me was able to order her food, pay and leave. Then the employee working told me as I started to order my food that I would need to wait while she made online orders first.
Because this employee “needed” to make food for people who weren’t even there because she didn’t want to get yelled at (whatever that means) this restaurant lost out on an $80 plus food order and caused me an even bigger headache trying to find somewhere else that wanted MY money.

Super disappointed and I refuse to support a business who values “online” orders over face to face business, especially in a small town.

Due to high prices, I only go here if I have a coupon. Ordered the flat bread and was disappointed to find that it is now just a tortilla wrap, not the flat bread it used to be. I'd I wanted a wrap I would have ordered one. Toppings were good and fresh. Service was awesome!

I was in on Friday 1-31-25 and it was absolutely packed with some people ordering 9 subs at a time. Despite all this not only were the two girls working so professional and polite. Apologizing and going so fast I could hardly see there hands and making me the best sub! The store was so clean and inviting! 100 out of 10 thank you subway crew for such great food and adequate service!

The pretzel and cheese !!! Don’t get it!!! What a waste of money- it was soo hard and you have Christmas paper on it like it’s soo great and the cheese was so cold like it came from a freezer- you know cold cheese- maybe but then to have the pretzel so hard like a rock you can’t even eat it! Who messes up a pretzel and I only live 5 min away- never again! I’m so sick of subway offering pretzels and cheeese and either they never have it or it’s like this so I never order it again-

They have discontinued most of what we would order there, my wife can't eat bread or flatbread, she always got salads or wraps when we were there she tried to order a wrap,then she noticed they grabbed flatbread she asked for a 6 in after they told her they used that for wraps now. Then they told her she couldn't get only a 6 in. Because she ordered a wrap even though they put it on a 12 in flatbread... she has a dietary restriction and isn't supposed to have that many carbs and rather than being one of the few places we could count on having something she could eat they argued with her about her order. They also discontinued the supreme meats Italian which is what I always ordered. Then they asked me what kind of bread I wanted but then told me they only had 3 kinds white, Italian herb and cheese ,or shredded. Seriously she asked if I wanted shredded bread?!?!? Then never did tell me what the 3rd kind was.... when they rung up our order rather than ringing it up as a combo they rang it up ala carte, which costs more. This used to be an affordable place where you could get what you wanted, now it's over priced one combo footling and one wrap was almost 30 bucks 2 sandwiches 1 drink and 1 chip....and they don't have what you want, then they argue with you about what you ordered the wraps may not be available in a footling but flat breads are... if youndont have wraps and are subbing flatbread, for some people it is necessary to order it as a six inch in order to meet those restrictions...do better....

The Subway in Siren, WI is our go to on nights we just don't feel like cooking. The staff is ALWAYS so nice, respectful young workers we had tonight. Actually, we are still here eating...lol but they work hard, and keep things clean, work fast and are just about the most polite kids I've ever seen. 8/28/2024 at 6:30 pm, the young lady and man working tonight need a huge bonus for being so awesome! 🥰

Oct 2023 Update:
The subs are at least being made correct for the most part. I use the app to order now, so I don't have to wait in line. The orders are rarely ready by the time it says they will be. Usually, they are ready 5 to 10 minutes after they should be. The worst was about 25 minutes late. They only started making it when I asked if there was a way to cancel my order because i was going to be late getting to my job. There was one time it was actually ready when I got there, but the order was wrong.

Ordered the exact same sub three times in the last two weeks, and it was different each time. Ordered the mozza meat, and one time, there was no mozzarella. One of them was actually good. The other two were not.

In love with the new protein bowls. I'm doing lazy keto and the grilled (or rotissory) chicken is fabulous. I get the ckn heated and it gets put on top of the lettuce, spinach and most fixings, topped w buffalo sauce & shredded cheese. It includes 2 servings of chicken for just over $10. Quick, easy meal keeps me on track for lunch or dinner as it's very filling!

This was the busiest best running subway I've ever seen. The ladies working were highly impressive they worked together like clock work stocking, serving and making the best salad and sandwiches we've had in a while. These girls deserve a raise! I never tip at fast food, I gave one to these ladies I was so impressed with the job they did. I didn't even care about waiting in line I enjoyed watching them work so flawlessly, as they made each customer happy! Great job!!
The parking lot is a little difficult to get to you have to turn at the block after and go around the corner but we'll with the stop, highly recommended!

I stopped here for lunch. There was a little line, but the lady making the sandwiches was quick, very friendly, and very patient while the littles were figuring out what they wanted. I ordered subs for or wedding day at the lodge. I ordered the subs several day in advance and left a nice tip because I felt it was a big order. The Saturday they were supposed to be picked up. I received a call from someone in our wedding party stating nothing was ready. We waited almost 45 minutes past the time they were to be ready. When they finally arrived with the subs I was told no one at the store was aware of the large order.We eneded up with alot of waste because of subways screw up. I called the monday after and spoke with the manager who took my oder in the beginning. He advised me he took the proper channels in advising everyone. I was then told I could speak with the owner. I left my number and have waited over a week with no call. I guess the owner is scared to hear from me. I would be very leary about making a big order from this place or call every day to make sure your order is ready. It would be very hard for me to recommend this subway to anyone.

Would just like to preface this by saying the woman who made my sandwich (don't mean to be sexist) was very sour towards me. She told me I couldn't get more than a certain number of ingredients on my sub because it was too many chemicals being mixed together. She said this like she was some sort of chemist (which she wasn't). I compromised and narrowed it down to a few ingredients that were deemed acceptable. When I left, I unwrapped my sub and was horrified to find out that my sub had only lettuce and mustard in it. Trying to make the best of it, I ate it, but it wasn't as pleasurable as I had hoped, but hey, at least it was healthy.

This is going to be a bad review, but this Subway is simply a terrible place to eat. I stopped here to take subs back to the lake for my wife and me. I could tell upon arrival I should have turned around and walked out, but I didn't...sadly. This Subway is apparently run by teenage girls (at least that's all I saw) who were badly in need of some training.

I gave the first girl my order of two 6-inch subs and had to repeat the orders multiple times. With the meat and cheese finally on the correct bread, the next girl in line wanted to know what I wanted on my subs. I told her, and was then asked "don't you want any dressings?" I told her "no" and received a "look" along with "why not?" I told her we would add the dressings at home and started asking for various condiments to be added to the sub and quickly found out they are VERY stingy with condiments. Black olives means about four tiny little sliced olive rings and tomatoes equaled two VERY thin slices. Not at all like any Subway we frequent, and we eat here quite often while on the Interstate.

Next was the girl at the cash register. I used Apple Pay and then a guy came up beside me and asked for some pepper because there wasn't any on the table. Off she went in the middle of my transaction and when she finally returned with his pepper she looked at me and asked "what would you like?" I would like my receipt, please. Maybe she thought just because I paid using Apple Pay I didn't want a receipt, but it would have been nice if she had asked.

Sorry, but I just can't recommend this Subway, even though I am a huge fan of the ailing franchise. I also understand that teenagers need to work and they need the experience, as they will grow up to be the business people of america. But how about a little training Mr./Mrs. Franchise Owner. Make we want to return...not write a bad review.

This subway is a beautiful place, located on a misty lake where the cats move unseen amongst the reeds. Our families have been coming to this Wendy's for generations. However last time we were here they did not have any bananas, and we were promised donuts, but alas they were being saved for hunting grizzly bears. The bacon asiago sub is always a culinary delight, Head Chef Randy Squatter is a master of his craft.
