Really disappointing experience all around. There was really loud emo music playing making it hard to hear the staff and the person I was with. Next the service was slow and mistakes were made during check out. There were 2 staff just standing around while one person did all the work. Then the bread was dry and hard. I maybe ate 1/3 of the sandwich before throwing it away.

This is the first Subway I have been to that gave me hard stale bread for the sandwiches I ordered. Unfortunately, it was take out, so I didn't know until I got home. Will not go back will go to the other Subway in the area.

The worst subway ive ever been to. Order wasn't right and they took forever. Sandwich was messy and only wrapped in one piece of paper instead of two like any other subway does. UPDATE. gave them another shot and regret it. The people couldn't follow the drive threw instructions. I'm 100% done with spooner subway.

I was very impressed with the customer service and quality of the sandwiches in my takeout order today. The bread was fresh, and the vegetables were crisp. Placed order for online sandwich. Asked for it to be double toasted in the comment section and clicked the original toasted option. The sandwich was not toasted at all. They also put it on the wrong bread. They gave me regular white bread when Italian herb is what was ordered. Annoyed to say the least.

About 2 months ago my grandma and I had come in to get a quick bite after having surgery on her hand upon walking in and coming to order she took like 10 seconds looking at the menu before the girl working raised her voice saying “what can I get you I have other things to do.” No biggie we get people in the food service can have stressful days. The issue is having our food smashed together getting yelled at for not making decisions fast enough and when asked nicely if we could get her halves of her Footlong sandwich wrapped separately for now and later get told that “we’re the reason people can’t stand working in the food service industry.” We chalked it up to her just having a bad day everyone has them we remained kind and even left a tip.

We stopped in today to give it another chance and we’re again disappointed. The guy was nice while making our sandwiches but was not listening to what we were ordering and making our sandwiches wrong, when we tried to correct it he acted like he hadn’t said anything and just said “anything else?” So we got sandwiches with things we didn’t want on them and instead of a kids sandwich we got a Footlong? Unfortunately we won’t be returning.

My boyfriend and I stopped in for lunch and there was about 12 people in line ahead of us as well as a few in the drive thru line. Danielle (I’m not sure if that’s her name or not) was working with two training staff members and was dealing with a rush. All of the other customers understood that and waited patiently. A woman in the drive thru became impatient and started screaming at the workers. Since she would not accept any answers they had she was asked to leave. She then came into the store and demanded that she gets her sandwiches, “the customer is always right”, and called the team members names. Danielle and her staff handled the situation to the best of their abilities and made sure the remaining customers were satisfied and got what they needed, regardless of the rude interruption that had just occurred. I give her 5 stars

They're better than other cities nearby but frequently don't have the order ready when promised.

Made a mobile order 20 minutes before arrival the app said the order was being built then when I arrived they didn't even start it and made us pay for stuff they were out of. Better yet the guy who went through the drive through after me being there for 8 minutes waiting his order made before they even started mine. Then after waiting 20 minutes for my order in the store I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to make the other 6 in of the footlong that I ordered you don't have to

If I could give zero stars I would. I went through here for my first time excited to try subways new dipper. The boy in front of the counter did not know what I was talking about I said again the new dipper the thing on board behind you. He went in back to ask what he needs to do, lady came out rolled up chicken then asked what cheese said okay to half of it… I’m so confused how this establishment is in business when a 30 some year old doesn’t know how to make the new item yet she was suppose to be manager, then puts in oven for .30 seconds pulls out starts bagging it. It isn’t melted with cheese and the chicken is cold the flat bread not cooked. I would highly recommend staying away. I asked the lady isn’t there suppose to be a ton more of cheese like cheese itself she said she didn’t know.. clearly they need training on how to turn oven to right time and make food items… this was the most horrible experience I have ever had at any subway. Very annoyed as I wanted to try a new item… my wives sub wasn’t cut properly they pulled bread apart with hands, maybe they were too young for the knives… anyways my point being stay away from this subway, they aren’t trained and don’t know the items on board, as the one boy child didn’t look behind on board to see what it was it was pictured as a feature on the board… good day!

Every time I go here I expect to be disappointed, every time my expectation is met. This time we wanted to try the new dippers. Asked what sauce we can get for the pepperoni and cheese dipper. She, I assume Owner/head manager/whatever because she wasn't in "subway uniform", said that it comes with chipotle mayo. Asked if we could get ranch instead. She said that they have to stick to what's on the card. We pointed out their advertisement says 11 different sauces. She threw her hands up in the air, said "fine", and shut the window. The pepperoni dipper came with chipotle mayo. Apparently the pretzel dipper has no dipping sauce assigned at this subway. What a weird fight to engage in with a customer. Very "no soup for you" feel there. Welp, no business for you. I'd rather drive to Rice Lake.

Every time I go here, I get horrible HORRIBLE stomach pains with unbearable nausea. I can’t even sleep the night of eating this. Last time I went, I had horrible pains throughout the night and the next morning, throwing up non stop. This time, I have horrible stomach pains and horrible acid reflux. Never going here again, and if you don’t want to risk feeling like this, please go somewhere else!!!

Did an online order and the pizza sub we ordered was way over loaded and made me not want to eat it, if I wanted extra everything on it I would have specified that but I didn’t anywhere in the instructions or where you can add extra. And on top of that I got the most broken piece of bread. When I worked at subway there was standards and the new standards definitely were not met what so ever. Definitely not doing an online order again so I can go in and tell them how to make a sandwich

Never really thought I’d be giving Subway a review, but never have I been to a Subway with such consistently top notch staff. I always drive through, and I’m one who always has the weird order. Always Spicy Italian or Bacon and Egg with a lot of twists. I’ve almost never had to wait for more than the time it would take to make a toasted sandwich, and the person handing me my food always seems to appreciate my business. Went through the drive thru today and my sandwich (Italian BMT on flatbread) was made completely wrong. Wrong bread, no sauce, veggies missing. walked in yesterday and waited about five minutes for someone to come out and greet me and help me. There were five people in line. No one was being helped. The lady behind the counter was in the cooler trying to get someone to come in the store looked horrible. It was food on tables empty in the prep counter. Took one hour to get my online order and then they messed it up twice give me the wrong sandwich it's in my other sandwich was supposed to be extra cheese there's barely any cheese on it at all and make my meal I had to go back and forth at one of the sandwiches wrong had to go back in for that an hour and they told me to wait out front they would bring it out an hour later I had to go in they still messed up not happy so frustrated right now so disgusted with the store don't know if I will ever go back.

my friend started ordering for me & I didn't realize so I asked if I could have the full footlong that SAMI had already cut, she looked up @ me, gave me a glance then threw the bread. I told SAMI it's perfectly good bread, she can use it & she ignored me & started making my sandwich on new bread. SAMI left, the shorter girl w black hair put the veggies on mine & my friends sandwiches (different girl mind you) & she was glaring @ my friend while she was ordering. I didn't think anything of it I figured she's moody & is just making eye contact still. no. I started ordering & she's still glaring @ my friend. she asked her why she has an attitude & she ignored her. I've never gone into that subway & not sure I will again, not sure what the problem was but there was attitude as soon as we walked in. also, never cut my 12 inch foot long so that was fun!(:

Terrible costumer service. I have ordered for my workers a couple times calling ahead 2-3 hour’s to pickup at 9:45 pm because they work the graveyard shift. Today is March 29th 2022 I went to Spooner subway to get lunch at about 130 for me and my kids the people who were working there were very rude to the customers treated us very disrespectfully couldn't even make a sandwich the right way the girl who was working behind the counter didn't bother to switch knives while cutting sandwiches neither one of them decided to change their gloves at any time the girl took and dropped my daughter sandwich and half of it fell off the bread and she put it back together and wrapped it up didn't even put the sticker on the wrapper and then my nephew's sandwich was completely destroyed when we got home the paper was wrecked and everything paper inside of his sandwich look like something that it is sandwiched with a bat or something on the end

This is the very first time i have visited the spooner subway..it was a great day up until my experience there today...i was so excited I just started a new job and had others with me to buy them lunch and we were all anxious for Subway and when I got our order out of 5 sandwiches we were missing one sub and only 2 were made as directed they made a ham n cheese wrap just like the steak and cheese even with southwest sauce on it when not ordered with it and my steak n cheese had barely any steak on it and it was pathetic and when confronted the subway employee with her purple and green hair appeared to not believe me or think I was making it up and she had an attitude like she didn't want to deal with it and i never did get it situated i was so frustrated and disappointed i just left..i could not believe it! We are never going back to that subway again would rather starve!

Unfortunately this particular Subway has gone way way downhill. It depends on who is working and if a manager is around whether or not you get a ok sandwich or a horrible one. I try to give people multiple chances to get things correct, but I can only give so many chances to these little girls to MAKE A SANDWICH correct. No masks is yet another downfall of this particular location. Whoever claims to run this location need serious help from corporate. It's not like it's a hard job, you would expect someone to know how to make a sandwich and if you mess up start over, I can have patience if you are trying to do it right, but the lack of care is clearly visible.

Depending who's working you either get a food made as ordered, put together well, and made efficiently OR you get it completely wrong, and put together very sloppily (especially wraps). Steer clear of this location. 3 months ago ordered on app. Said order was ready at 12. Get to register at 1205 ask for our order, told by manager that it wasn't ready yet placed order at 1130. I asked why explained there was plenty of time to make order. Manager said they were busy. On back of counter was our order tickets not even in line to make sandwiches yet. I used to love the Spooner Subway but lately they've been taking forever. We sat in the drive through for fifteen minutes before the car ahead of us got their food. And then for ten more minutes before we got our food. There were two cars and three customers inside. I do not understand why they are so sloooooow

This store is the slowest drive thru ever!! Two cars ahead of me and 20 min just to get to the order screen. So much for supporting Social Distancing. Card reader is out of order. After order was placed then it took another 10 minutes to get to the window. People were walking in and ordering and receiving it nonstop faster than the drive thru. Lady at window was rude and very short about everything. Obviously if you was fast service you are required to go inside. Horrible service. It took 32 minutes to get thru the drive thru.

An unusual subway experience for me. I'm handed 3 drinks, 2 in opposite corners of a drink carrier. That doesn't go well. At least my kids drinks didn't ended up all over the truck. I get home and my sandwich is fallen apart and a mess, and the bag of chips were open and everywhere. So here I am somewhere else buying my dinner all over again.

I walked in with my family of 4. There is 1 person checking out and 2 cars in the drive through. One of the two employees that I could see, looks at me and says it will be 25-30 minute wait. Wait for what? There is no one even ordering at the counter. I will never go back there.

Unprofessional and rude staff. Most don’t even acknowledge a customer for minutes. Don’t stop if you’re in a hurry; you’ll wait for the whole line of drive thru customers to be helped first.
