Probably the best experience with Subway I’ve had. Really patient with me ordering for 3 indecisive kids, very accommodating for my mom who is gluten free getting salad from the back, workers seemed happy to be there. Subway has upped their freshness in the past few years too. Went after going to Crystal Cave from the Cities.

I was ordering on the subway app which gives no " milk" option & the workers had no solution for this. One said "sorry" you can't order that. My order was placed on the counter even when I was very visible to them, but I waited until my app said "ready" also they mixed up the bread and again
with a "sorry". Not planning on returning and I did contact corporate

Teens working when they’re sick? Who runs these places isn’t against some labor code to have sick children working all night instead of resting? Will not be going back and I wish the best to those sick kids.

It's fairly hit and miss. Depends on who's working.

The employees are always friendly and the food is usually fine; when they have bread. I have had more than 5 instances where I am told the only bread available is flat bread. I would understand if I was coming in around closing, but unfortunately that is not the case. At 7:00pm, there is no reason for flat bread to be the only option.
