We walked through the door and the short lady wearing gold rimmed glasses and a subway bandana on her head yelled very rudly "what do you want?!" I turned to my husband and said she can't possibly be speaking to us. Nope, wrong. She was. We approached the counter she did not say hi or hello she again rudly said "what do you want?" Then she proceeded to slam the bread door, slam the toaster door, slam the tray holding the sandwich. We pay go sit down and she comes over and rips the door to the garbage can open so hard that she slammed it into the seat I was sitting on. I cannot believe how rude this person was. UNBELIEVABLE. $30 for sandwiches and to be treated like crap. She should definitely not work in a customer service field!! I will never return to this subway location.

So, I walked into this subway on a cold evening tonight expecting a delicious sandwich and quality service but instead I got this! First I asked for NO olives and she put both types of olives, then she put TWO scoops of pickles instead of 1 small one. and she totally burnt my sandwich having both earbuds in and crap. Then this kind gentleman under the name xander corrected my order and was very respectful and kind he was very chill calm collected and I got his number and were going to eat out at Jake's on the lake in Lindstrom 10/10 go again for him tho 😉

I went here yesterday with 3 of my friends. Friend 1 and I ordered BLACK OLIVES, I wanted extra and she wanted regular. They gave us none. Friend 1 ordered 1 type of cookie, and was given the wrong one. The sandwiches weren’t filled and none of our requests were fully met. the bread was hard and flakey un-toasted. Worst subway ever.

I’m very disappointed in this Subway. It was my first time there and when I walked in, it seemed ok. But as soon as the worker lady ask her coworker to come out and make a sandwich, he looked very disappointed that he had to do his job. He wore a big dirty sweater, didn’t pull his sleeves up and had his hoodie up. His whole demeanor was not welcoming. He made my sandwich but the whole time while making my sandwich, his body language was like, ugh, why I gotta do this, why do I have to put it in the oven to toast it. His whole mood threw me off that I barely wanted to ask him to add a bit more sauce. At the end, he used an already used knife to cut my sandwich after he scraped off the stuff from the person in front of me that had ordered. I then, asked for 1 cookie and unlike what other workers would do which is use the tong to grab my cookie, he used his gloved hands to put them in the bag. He then proceeded to check me out while still wearing the gloves and handing me my change and told me to have a good day. How can I have a good day when you just ruined it. Yes, I paid for the food and left but when I got home, I threw it in the garbage because I was disgusted with the way how he made my sandwich and was too scared to just walk away in the middle of making my sandwich. I will never go back to this subway EVER AGAIN!!

Not only did I wait quite literally 2 hours for an online order, stopped in 4 times, the 1st I wasn't even acknowledged and just left, the 2nd I was told the order hadnt even been started (45 mins after ordering) the 3rd, (1hr 45 mins after ordering) I was told "I haven't had time to start that yet, I'll get to it when I can" and finally the 4th time after stopping. I got my food. Asked for it comped, good luck. But I got my food. Got home, and literally no, none, zero, zilch sauce on 2 sweet onion chicken teriyaki subs. The one thing that makes it that sandwich. Just chicken, and toppings, that's it. Won't go back.

Can't reach the manager so I'm reviewing here and calling back AGAIN tomorrow.

The employees there are a nightmare to deal with, the food is always wrong on the order. They literally didn't know and/or believe their own address, even with proof of online order. Honest to God it was so dimb...
It was slow and dirty, and I legit couldn't eat my own sandwich.

When asked for a manager they said they weren't in AND they couldn't tell me their name so I could continue to question their low quality of service.

And this wasn't just 1 order; It was our second order with them totaling 6 total sandwiches from hell.

Never again. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

I hate to do this but I had to,my wife and I went there to pick up a quick bite to eat for dinner and where do I start,the staff seemed extremely underwhelmed to have customers,we asked for the Italian bread at 5pm in the evening and they said they were out of it,this was on a Sunday.The bread they had was old and stale and crunchy and we didn't get it toasted.The churro my wife ordered was just thrown into a bag with nothing on it thats supposed to be on This was horrible and management should really check in to see how terrible this place and it's staff is.

Went into the store at 9:30 to grab everyone at home with sandwich. The door and website both state that they are open until 10:00. When we walked in all of the food was put away already. You are basically told they were closed and couldn't make us any food.. we used to go to this one a lot but the quality has gone downhill so we usually drive to The balsam Lake location instead, but we were running late today because we were getting ready for a 2-month stay in the hospital for my 7 year old son's high-dose chemo

This location is terrible I have been there multiple time usually by 5 pm-and they always say they have no Italian herb and cheese bread, no meatballs for meat ball subs no chipotle sauce- literally only white or wheat bread. Then they say you can to Walmart location they prob have some - I’m not going to drive over to Walmart. Also the place is dirty I had a female staff member cut my sandwich with a dirty knife that she swirled in dirty water to “wash” it it was disgusting. Please do better train your staff better to care- I literally walked out- I will go any other location Osceola, north branch, even Cambridge! But St croix falls location is a Dive. And the staff doesn’t care make sure your food is stocked place is clean! Do better.

Outrageously expensive! Incompetent staff! Couldn’t even issue a refund or ring the order up correctly! Went next door to MCDonald whose computer system was down and refusing customers. Finallly tried the Our Place Cafe in town on the main drag… Completely astounded at the low price, great service fast service and real food! I went to this Subway location for dinner with my dad and we were appalled at the lack of kindness and service. An employee was touching their wool hat and sweatshirt throughout making multiple sandwiches, never changing them once. I saw them roll their eyes at a customer behind me and it seemed to me the whole restaurant was just a mess. Not sure if I will be coming to this location again.

Ahhh Subway one of America's Darling sub shops, So I was up at the St.Croix subway by McDonald's over there and had ordered a Six inch turkey sub on white bread and what I seen was horrific first off the pepperoni and salami literally looked like it was two weeks old all brown and nasty looking I was horrified like throw up horrified. So I ordered anyways despite my best judgement and as we went down the line the lettuce was literally brown and as they were putting tomatoes on I noticed the metal container had white stuff in it which literally looked like mold, I was like wow really then there was what looked to be ice and green mold on the other side of that container. Not a way too run a successful business you guys need to make sure your training your employees properly on being sanitary and having good product out there is no excuse for what I witnessed yesterday at all you guys at that subway need too get it together. UNACCEPTABLE FOR SURE

I ordered 3 subs and 6 cookies for myself, boyfriend, and his son. I stopped on our way home from the hospital so we could bring it home for later. They handed me the sandwiches and walked away, then I noticed there were no cookies with the bag they handed me, so I asked about them. All 3 women working looked confused and slightly annoyed by my inquiry. The one older lady said she hadn't seen I ordered any cookies. (Which is odd if you look at the receipt it shows them listed after the first sub and before the other 2 subs.) I try to show them on the receipt, they don't even look when I offer for them to double check, then just start grabbing chocolate chip cookies, so I politely said I ordered the double chocolate chip ones. They curtly grabbed those, gave them to me, I thanked them, barely got a have a good day, and then left.

Go to eat my sandwich later in the evening and mine was wrong (I order a pretty simple sub, which is the first one on the receipt I have a picture of). Boyfriend and his son get almost identical subs, not a hard order to make in my opinion by any means overall. My sub in the first 2 pictures had banana pepper on the whole thing (gross!) and no mustard? I'm not sure if they just can't read a list or what, but the whole point of Subway is to get what you like on a sandwich. And at the sky high prices for a sandwich it would be nice to get what you actually order.... I've REPEATEDLY had issues with Subways in general not double checking orders I have made in the app when they make them. And it's always my basic sub they mess up somehow.

Overall I'm just disappointed in the service and product. Makes me just not want to order Subway anymore since I'm paying for the wrong stuff.

I don't understand what is wrong with this location. It's not that hard to make a sandwich. Or make a sandwich as if that person was making for themselves. Or making it the way subway teaches you how to make them. No consistency!!!! The woman who made our sandwiches today didn't use a knife to slice the bread, she pulled it apart, broke the bread on the top. At the end of my sandwich being made I ended having to take it from the staff so I could make sure to fold it properly without her pushing down on the bread or rip the top of the bread even more, saw her do this with customers in front of me. My son asked for very little mayo and extra olives and she put extra mayo and little olives. Very disappointed with this place once again. Get it together... It's seriously an easy job, I worked at subway when I was 14 and there is lots of training and knowing how much and what goes where. This is not being done at this location, and it's very frustrating.

Horrible experience on this occasion. Ordered and paid through the app and when we showed up they hadn't received our order. The staff repeatedly, and incorrectly, directed us to go to the Walmart Subway nearby to see if they had our order. We confirmed and verified several times with the staff that the location we ordered at in the app and was shown in our order confirmation email matched the location we were at. Then they asked us to call the location through the app to prove the location we ordered at and the phone at this location rang. We were asked to verify our credit card was charged which we did through our credit card app. After all the steps to prove that we ordered and paid their location, they finally agreed to make our order. We had to go to the end of the line and reorder. They then gave part of our order to the people ahead of us and were upset at us for needing to remake our sandwich again. We were there 40+ minutes. They said they could not refund us for our order because they had no receipt (our confirmation email and order and payment information we're apparently not enough evidence). Given the circumstances, horrible customer service and a clear inability of staff to solve a problem reasonably. There was no management there or able to be contacted. We were left to debate with the staff and convince them to give us the food we had ordered and paid for or leave empty handed without a refund.

Their subs are good but customer service is extremely lacking. The woman in line ahead of me was spoken to very disrespectfully when she ordered a gift card. The sign clearly read that you could get a free 6 in. Sub with the purchase of a gift card. The employee charged her for both. And when she politely inquired why she was charged, he rudely explained to her that it wasn't his problem and that he couldn't/wouldn't refund her. I felt so bad for her (she looked to be 9 months pregnant). I inquired if there was a manager available and was told there was not. I asked for a business card to speak with a manager at a later date, and I was refused that as well. Very disappointing.

Worst Subway I've ordered from and never again. Walmart subway is just as close as this one. I watched the kid making my sandwich press down with both hands on my sandwich. They put the veggies on then threw my bacon on top. When the cashier handed me my sandwich in the bag after I paid my bacon was sticking out of the bag. Her solution was to wrap it in another paper as veggies from my sandwich fall out all over the counter. I so wish we could post photos to backup the poor customer service. A young man, I'll call DS told me I couldn't be served because he was shutting the system down for 25 minutes. There were 4 people ahead of me, but the line got cut off where I stood. This place has turned into an absolute crack shack. The kids that work here aren't sanitary and definitely aren't professional. I will never come to this Subway again. It’s bad every time I go. They use the same dirty knife on everyone’s sandwich instead of using a new clean one. Wiping a wet dirty knife in my sandwich is disgusting. I have had other sauces in my sandwich from the dirty knife. It’s always immature teenagers.All to save on dishes. The last time I went there they were throwing meat at each other and chasing each other around the store and outside. I know a big thing with Subway is keeping each sandwich consistent, so if a customer comes from Florida they can guarantee to have the same sandwich they order there as here. I know this because I once was employed by Subway and the number one thing is to count meat, cheese, veggies, ect. or else the sandwich will not stay consistent. I have been to this location quite a few times and recently I always get a "different" sandwich. Tonight was by far the worst experience there I have ever had, even asked an employee to fix my sandwich before she adds anything else. I have read recent comments and seems to be a reoccurring issue hopefully management gets this issue resolved soon.

9/14/21. My 1st time back at a subway since the big "refresh" and I hafta say that it wasn't all that different than before. I purchased a foot long meatball sub. To be honest with you the only thing that was different in a good way is the new mozzarella cheese. Everything else was pretty much the same in my opinion, except the number of meatballs on the sub. 5 that's right 5 meatballs. I don't ever remember a time that I bought a foot long meatball sub from subway that had 5 meatballs on it. If you read the reviews on this particular Subway it seems like they cheap out on everything. If the owner of this particular Subway is reading any of these reviews I'd be really concerned about what's going on/ being said about my restaurant.

Staff were throwing bread dough at each other. There were no managers on duty. The Staff that were there were all teenagers. They ran out of bread, probably because they were throwing it. I ordered a wrap despite all of this and was very disappointed. I ordered the buffalo chicken and they forgot the buffalo sauce. The worker Cleary didn't know how to fold a wrap as everything was thrown in a pile in the middle and the entire wrap was balled up. One of the Staff had a name tag that read "Go Away" instead of their name.This location should not have been open that day with all of these issues.

Went in tonight and the place was pretty unkempt. There was a dirty bucket of mop water blocking the soda fountain, crumbs everywhere, and the person working couldn’t get her fingerprint to open the computer because both her finger and the machine were dirty. Hope they can get some better management here.

Terrible experience. Made an online order for a half hour out, show up to pick my order up a half hour later to be told THEY HAVENT EVEN STARTED it. A dozen people I sat and watched get their orders while I wait for my "express" order. I finally get my food and go home to eat after a long wait and discover the bacon I paid EXTRA for was left off my sub.. Wasn't a complicated order - steak and cheese with oil, salt and pepper, and bacon. You would think after waiting as long as I had to wait, they would at least get my order right. 10/10 recommend going to a DIFFERENT location.

My son and I went to the St Croix Falls Subway, as we have many times. However, we were very disappointed in the staff. The manager was there but then soon left three young staff members who didn't do much but stand around. The one young lady was really rude and unprofessional. She rolled her eyes with every request and her tone of voice was like we were bothering her. My son ordered a melt and they seemed so annoyed that he ordered it. The young boy that was assisting didn't even bother putting the melt in the bag before putting it in the oven. So it was a regular sandwich. This is not the first time being disappointed at this location.

I've stopped here multiple times and each time I've been disappointed. Today was particularly bad. There were 4 employees 3/4 appeared very inexperienced and untrained. I understand it's difficult to find help right now and I love seeing young people working, but you gotta get them trained before you turn them loose. One seemed trained, however he was short and irritated with the other staff and it was not beneficial to their training or the long line. I just hope those workers can get trained properly and gain some confidence because they really appeared lost and confused.

We waited about five minutes without even being acknowledged, while one young man worked to prep the station and the young lady with him simply appeared to flirt and giggle. Once helped, the line went out the door with two young ladies not jumping in to help, but instead simply chatting and not even acknowledging the line or helping to get in line and serve customers. Traveling from out of state, I will probably use the one in the Walmart going forward.

Extremely disappointed by the manager and staff at this Subway in St. Croix Falls, WI. Employees were demeaning to customers and not willing to consider the needs of people with food allergies. I will be contacting the manager to discuss ideas for better services for future customers. I will not return to this location with the current staff.

Staffed by many going folks going through the motions a bit too quickly, as if they're trying to impress someone with speed. Most customers are okay if you go just a little slower to make it with better care. Neat matters more than speed. We have already parked and walked inside. Take your time and do it well.

After my grandson was turned away from Osceola subway for not wearing a mask after the mandate was over, we went to St Croix Falls. He told them his story and they gave him his sub for free to make up for Osceola's ignorance. ABOVE AND BEYOND in customer service. Thank you! * only employees are required to wear masks they said. Staff at subway should clean the ice machine and pop dispenser. I don’t know if they do it there or if they have a separate company come clean it for them but it needs to be clean. I got a water cup with ice and after the ice melted a bit there is definitely build up and black flakes in my water. Otherwise decent for fast food.

I don't know anyone who hasn't tried subway, so I'll share my experience. I eat gluten free and eating fast food limits me to salads which some are ok. If I go to Subway, I can make my own salad and customize it to my tastes, just like any sandwich. But today I went in and was able to order everything I would eat on one of their sandwiches, EXCEPT the bread! They put all ingredients for the sandwich in a salad bowl, and I was able to take it all home and make it on my gluten free bread. It made me feel like I could still go to Subway with my family and still be able to have a sandwich once I got home!

The two ladies working were very disrespectful and rude. The prep stations were gross, the employee making our sandwiches rubbed her nose on her glove and put her gloves on her hips and proceeded to make our sandwiches without changing the gloves. I was very displeased and grossed out.
