The staff is very helpful and friendly. My disappointment comes in with the food, not so much the quality, but temperature.

I cannot understand how you can order chicken, asked for it to be warmed and also the bun toasted, but the cheese isn't melted and the meat feels cold to the touch.
It might just be that the equipment needs some fine tuning. Hopefully they can fix this.

I've been visiting this Subway location for the past 6 to 7 months, and I can honestly say it's one of the best experiences I've had. The sandwiches are consistently excellent – always fresh, flavorful, and made to perfection. The staff is friendly and efficient, and they always make sure to customize my order just the way I like it. I highly recommend this Subway to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal. Truly one of the finest!

Not only was the service horribly slow and rude, but it they made my sub on what seemed to be a bread that was a week old. It's a blessing that I didn't chip a tooth. I shouldn't be able to pound nails with my sub. Maybe they thought the soggy lettuce would offset the viagra bread, but no such luck. I Do not recommend eating at this location for anyone and frankly, the chain should look into shutting it down if the service I received is more than an isolated incident. Absolutely disgusting.

I have always ordered my subs at this location and almost always never had an issue. The staff is friendly and the service has always been good. Only twice in the years that I've been coming here have they gotten my order wrong. Yesterday for the first time my sub was not fresh. I had ordered a #18 and the pepperoni and genoa meat had dry hardened spots on them like it had been left out over night. The vegtables didn’t taste fresh it tastes soggy and bitter. My sandwich was disgusting. If it happens again I'll be looking for a different location to purchase my subs.

Learn some CUSTOMER SERVICE & GET NEW MANAGEMENT !!! I went in there before some weekly grocery shopping I timed 5 minutes we were waiting to be helped everyone "working" seemed to care less to do there job. A female came by BUT COMPLETELY IGNORED US NO HI WE'LL BE RIGHT WITH YOU NOTHING. This sucks to write because we usually rely on this location for a quick easy dinner, but this one sucked to the extent we had to write a review. We got a pick up order and opened them at home to find one sandwich had two pieces of ham and minimal lettuce. The expectation was low but for $10 a sandwich we expect a sandwich that has some resemblance of the toppings we ordered. I am giving this subway 2 stars for the number of pieces of ham on the sandwich.

The slowest subway I've ever been to. I've tried different times of the day and night always plan on being there 25 minutes or longer. Have gone during my 30 min lunch break took the entire 30 mins. Some night there are 10 people waiting, which means you will be waiting a good 40 + mins. what happened to all the good subway stores. sad

Just had the absolute weirdest experience ever here. Stood waiting for about 10 minutes while one guy finished up some sandwiches, then couldn't figure out how to ring up his customer's order, while the other woman who was working made 2 footlong subs for a pickup order literally as slowly as possible. It was like she was working in slow motion, almost comical. While I was waiting, 4 other people came in. Before I even got to order, 2 of the people left cause of the insanely long wait. Finally, the guy came to take my order. I ordered a foot long turkey and cheese and 2 6inch ham and cheese. He made the turkey sub first, but there were only 4 slices in the cold bin that they take the meat from. He put 3 of the slices on one side of the footlong and the other slice on the other. Then he threw in some chunks of cheese. He was really struggling with fine motor skills...took minutes to put his gloves on, couldn't figure out how to separate cheese slices. He looked for the mayo for awhile and finally put some on once his coworker handed him the bottle. He wrapped it fully up and put it in the bag and came back and looked at me. I repeated the order for 2 6inch ham and cheese. He again struggled to cut the bread and separate the cheese, giving up and just putting thick torn chunks of cheese on the sandwiches. He hadn't cut the bread well, so was just trying to shove the toppings into the little hole in the bread. Finally he put 5 slices of ham on one sandwich, then 2 on the other sandwich. I was in the store at least 25 minutes at this point and was the only customer who had been served. I gave dude the benefit of the doubt on the turkey, but once I saw how butchered the ham sandwiches also were, I told them I was sorry but I would have to pass on the sandwiches. I felt a bit bad, but I couldn't spend a bunch of money on the sandwiches not to hurt feelings. The whole experience was just plain odd. I definitely don't recommend this location. Instead, we went to Cousin's and got great, fresh sandwiches made quickly.

Closed at 7 on Fathers Day, showed up at 6:50 and they had the doors locked. The employee, that was standing at the register doing nothing, kept pointing to the sign. I called and asked if I could come in because they’re still open, very rudely she said their closed. It’s the same employee that made my sandwich incorrectly last time I was there and continued to make it even though I was obviously not satisfied. That’s fine I’ll go to the competitor!!

I don’t know why we keep coming here, this location is a joke. Every order has an issue, especially if it’s through the app, even though the order is clearly written up. One example being we ordered numerous melts and not a single one had cheese on it. The store couldn’t issue a refund and had to go through the app. Received a reply asking for the receipts to “show order details” even though it was all in the email. Luckily we asked for the receipts when we picked them up and were told to “let them know if there are any issues” otherwise we wouldn’t have had them. Not that it mattered because the Amber the district sales manager never replied to my numerous follow up emails.

Not going to lie this is the worse subway I have ever been to, there is maybe 2 employees that are actually friendly otherwise you are never greeted and you kinda just feel like its a problem for you being there. Mostly employees either rush your sub or take 5 minutes just to put cheese and meat on. Yesterday i had a steak sub and even though it was toasted everything was completely cold still. Never have had a good experience here. The last time I went to this location I ordered using the app. I got there 5 minutes after order was supposed to be ready. They didn’t even start the order. I said ok I’ll wait. They began making the sandwiches and I stopped them because they put the wrong meat on the sandwich. They said they would fix it and when I turned away they just wrapped the sandwich anyways and didn’t make another. I got home and noticed all of the sandwiches were made incorrectly. I reached out to the management. I requested a refund for the entire order. They offered a gift card instead, for not even half of what I paid. Don’t go to this location if you can avoid it.

I stopped in to get takeout for lunch today, 11/2/2021 around 11:30am. It was the best experience that I have had at a Subway. The place was spotless clean and both ladies were very friendly. One seemed to be the manager and the other seemed to be training and they worked great with eachother. My sandwich was delicious, thank you!

COVID-19 Pandemic 2020. I ordered sandwiches through the mobile app. Upon pulling up the the restaurant and looking through the window, none of the staff were wearing masks. I decided to call and do curbside pickup because I was uncomfortable entering the restaurant while staff weren’t wearing mask. Upon answering the phone the staff doesn’t want to come outside because it is raining and tells me I have to pickup my sandwich in the restaurant. When I enter the restaurant neither staff put on their masks.

Ordered from the Rawson Ave Subway online. Order was confirmed, money taken from my account and an order will be by time. Arrived to pick up order and the store was closed. Store sign and on website said store closes at 9 pm. Placed order at 8:05 pm. Horrible burnt meat on both sandwiches. I didn't want to waste my time going back. I threw them in the garbage.
Meatballs way overcooked and hard as a rock. Same thing with the other rib sandwich.
I didn't need the calories anyway so maybe it was kismet.

The choices for bread, veggies, cheese, and sauces are clearly labeled if you don't remember all of the selections or if you don't know what's there. The employees and cashiers are friendly. When you go to sit in a booth and begin to eat your sub, you will notice a friendly atmosphere with light talking. The subs always taste spectacular and are never hard every time you go. A very good place to eat for people who are looking for healthy food. Also, for vegetarians, there is a Veggie sub.
