People at this subway don't listen to there customer's. I asked for a Spicy Italian 12 inch sub, wen I got home it was a sweet onion teriyaki sub, and that's the first time they messed up on my order.

multiple times now we have tried ordering online (for the Deals) and there has been server issues or App Issues. when this happens we have tried contacting the store and we get rude employees that will not honor the online deals. the company needs to start giving the same deals for online and in person sales or they need to have a way to honor the deals in store. i shouldn't have to pay more because of a server issue on your end!

Had my first exceptionally positive experience at a Subway here today. I came in & ordered several footlongs, a personal pan pizza & extras. The sandwich artist, Jesse, was very particular about the way the ingredients were laid on the sandwiches & made sure it all was neatly packed in when closed. A majority of the times I come to Subway, the sandwich artist will double stack the cheese on the 2x cheese sandwiches, they won’t evenly divide the sauce/ingredients, etc. leading someone to have to pick apart their sandwich to get a fulfilling bite. Nobody wants a bite that’s all cheese or all bread. I feel like Jesse prepared our food the way he would his own & I appreciated that so very much! Will definitely be making it a point to re-visit this location in particular after receiving such service.

The sandwich tasted amazing but it was so tiny it looked like a little John it was 2 inches in width but still 5inches overall tasted amazing the bread should be bigger not smaller

We started out going to the Subway in Plover. We pulled out of parking lot there because all the staff was outside smoking. We do not smoke, and our strong preference is to not have smokers handling our food. The service at the Church Street store was very friendly and helpful.
We were going to eat in but it was too cold inside. Next time my wife wants a Philly steak sub, we will not bother stopping in Plover.

Made a pizza sub without any sauce on it. When I requested marinara sauce, I was told they were out (after my sandwich was already made). Also recommended the Beast sandwich but didn't tell me it would nullify my coupon. Spent 25 dollars for only one edible sandwich. Worker was very kind and store was clean though.

I just recently started getting Subway again after taking a break from them for years because their bread for awhile was so dry and not fresh. Got word that their bread is now soft, fresh, and amazing again so tried again and glad I did. It really makes all the difference. Love the cheese herb bread. They now beat cousins imo, cousins has gone down hill since they moved. Overall I highly recommend!

Do not go there. I went there and ordered a bit. Then I was told I can't make changes to it. I didn't want onion and didn't get to put what I wanted on my sub that I paid 13.00 for. So a month later I go back and I order the samething a wrap but, this time they put what I wanted but literally 5 pieces of pickles and 5 pieces of spinach. I wish I could post pics the size of thos 13.00 wrap. It gets better the area manager I think was in and no problems what so ever. This one scams you out of money. Go to a different subway or non at all. I'll try and post pictures

I didn't even eat here, but I left some very important documents on accident after only buying a Gatorade. They saw my phone number on the front of my folder and called me right away. Was kinda disappointed went in just to find out can only get the buy one get one half off if ordered ahead so decided would try the app even though no customers still took 15 mins once got home you could tell wasn't toasted as long as should have been and less veggies then if you were there in person on a foot long had 2 tomato slices only half my sandwich had mayo but at least there's more than 1 location close to me will be ordering from another location from now on

Been going to this subway for 6 years. Recently ordered 4 subs for pick up. Went to pick up the subs and all the orders were wrong. Called back to the store to have it fixed and all I received was an attitude employee who refused to remake the order and only 1 sub. Went to the store to pick up my re done sub, to find out that it was never made. As employee was asked to remake the order and argue over incorrect order,the employee smashed his fingers into the other subs stating "you can only toast on the inside of the bread. I was completely disappointed as I love subway and never have had this experience in horrible customer service. I gave my number to employee for the manager to contact me and never received the call. Email to corporate was all I'm sorry and here is some coupons that never were mailed out. I know times are hard now, but the lack of customer service has really gone down hill there.

Guy who made my sub really didn't seem to care about ingredient distribution. Cheese leaning more to one side, meat more on the other, 75% of the spinach on one side. The knife he used to cut my sub (in more of a 65/35 split, not fully through the sub) was gross, covered in sauces from the last few subs. He didn't even wipe it off before slicing my sub.
Additionally, prices here are much more expensive that similar Subway stores. Like way more expensive. Only gets 2 stars instead of 1 because the sub tasted good.

We pulled in at 7:41 pm, only 1 customer in front of us. It's 7.54 pm and we are still in line waiting to finish our 2 subs. 1 person working, the other in the back. Super slow service. The lady who was waiting on us didn't have her hair pulled back or in a hair net. Not only was the store disgusting the window looked as though it had not been washed in a few days. I refused to eat here. The hungry kids are the only reason we got the 2 subs.
