I stood in line for 25 minutes because they had one employee, and when it was finally my turn, she did 5 to go orders (mind you, she said she had to do ONE quick and then she would get to me, no worries, but then she just kept doing them and ignored me even though the to go people werent even there yet and i had been waiting so long). I by no means blame her for the wait time, but do blame management for having one poor girl during busy lunch hours. Will never come back. How ridiculous.

I'm holding a grudge against this location in particular for having an incorrect location on the doordash platform for 6+ months causing me to go very far out of my way to reconcile EVERY SINGLE order for them on their behalf. Also the standard of service here is very slow and not very smiley.

At 2pm today both my brother and my fiance came in to get 4 sandwiches made.. unfortunately all 4 were not made correctly. I'm pregnant and picky with how my food is made, so is our roommate also pregnant and she is also picky. Anyways subs tht were posted with the items on the board r technically supposed to be made as such unless customers specifically say "don't add such and such or add extra whatever" anyways all our subs were made very horrible. And shift leader currently working when I just called said he's not gonna correct the sandwiches.. my brother and fiance went in there with the list written down on how the sandwiches r to have been made, yet they both called me to complain the shift leader was rude, and basically didn't wanna be working today, also was making other people's sandwiches at the same time trying to make our 4 so if course all were made wrong. My flatbread was toasted but not toasted with the cheese, onions and peppers and again with the meat afterwards . Yes I MUST have mine toasted twice, which didn't happen.. sad to say we won't be going there again, and will be getting the word out to everyone else too to not give them service

Always get a decent sandwich from this shop. Great location, great employees, terribly managed. Never enough people for the job which is surprising given how new the location is. It will get run into the ground by a revolving door of employees like every other subway in this town.

Do you guys realize you're eating frozen meatballs yeah they microwave the meatballs they are not fresh at all they're frozen and they put in the microwave to heat it up. They thought I was cheating on a test and people were complaining about me. I have 2 babies a 6 months old and another on the way and health issues. They don't have a button for people in a wheelchair to get in the store and they don't charge their gloves after touching meat while making sandwiches. They said I wasn't moving fast enough all because I am 15 weeks pregnant and doing the best I can. My husband and my family will never eat their disgusting food there again and they use the same pan that was dairy yesterday I think they should shutdown forever. They never use hair nets at all I feel bad for whoever eat their sandwich and get a piece of hair in it. Now the owner is harassing me because I'm telling the truth on here about what they're doing repeat Do Not Eat There!! Please do go to the one on Church Street they are a lot better I wouldn't trust the food and they are disrespectful to people but they don't want you to know this because they want to not tell you but I'm telling you patiently at my experience DON'T EAT AT SUBWAY ON DIVISION STREET and they will lie to you

Stopped for lunch with my son and we were kept waiting in line almost 20 minutes as the employees continue to make online orders and continue to ignore 3 people waiting in line at the store.
I counted at least 7 orders filled for online as they were coming in, not taking care of the customers waiting in line.

Absolutely horrible horrible. Ordered on line to use a coupon and took a screen shot. Went to get the sandwich and they claimed they didn’t get the order. Showed them the screen shot of the order and they refused to make the order because it didn’t come in on their computer. I paid, I got no food.

We stopped in on a holiday with a large group order, and Chelette was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. Everything we ordered was prepared beautifully and the entire place was spotless, despite the lunch hour rush on a holiday. Best experience we’ve had at a Subway in a long time.

Horrible and completely unprofessional. One worker was taking selfie’s while I was waiting 5 minutes to get my order taken. He then proceed to talk about a drug bust with his family that recently occurred with his fellow worker. Talk about high standards.
The food was terrible. The veggies on the sub were wilted and soggy. The spinach was discolored and soggy.
Based on this I would not recommend this location. Seems like they have zero standards.

There was hair in my food and the building was extremely dusty when sitting in there. The service was ok but the other things are health violations or at least the hair in food is. Dont complain often but everyone hates hair in their food.

Food was pleasant, and the sandwich artists were friendly, however when I was ordering the herb and cheese bread for my footlong, the sandwich artist told me the bread had just came out of the oven and too hot to grab off of the rack, but was kindly enough to offer me alternatives, I ended up waiting for 10 minutes for it cool down. I honestly don’t blame the guy, but maybe the manager needs to do more training on how to handle bread that had just come out of the oven. March 4th, 2020

Avoided this location for a year and decided to go back and try it again. Had some real type A personalities working there as usual, he said sarcastically. Went to this location at 5:30pm when there was not a single customer. Asked if I could get three party platters for a 9:00p.m. pick up. Besides not knowing a thing about what I was trying to order the workers seemed very inconvienenced at the fact that I was potentially making them actually work. They told me they might not have enough bread if they would put together the plates (to serve their non existant customers). Clearly not a location looking to make money.

This restaurant, at 7:45 PM on a Friday, was out of wheat, out of marinara, out of ice tea, and out of the soda alternative on the dispenser, and when we tried to get a refund on the unused cup or an exchange for an apple juice of same price for our grandson, the counter person refused and expected us to pay for another drink for a child that doesn't drink soda.

Hahahaha..... Literally just watched them turn off their open light at 8:45 PM. Not their posted or published hours either.
To follow up, management reached out to us after our email. I appreciate the trouble a corporation faces when dealing with poor service provided by employees, but I believe the service we received, and the condition of the store being stocked is an indication of larger problems at this location. I've never had problems at other Subway stores in the area, and I believe some of them are owned by the same company.
