tl;dr likely to not accept coupons at any point, have before but has become unreliable
Not exactly good enough to start not accepting the coupons mailed out. They work sometimes, but seeing now they stop taking them well before they expire often, really bummed me out for my plans today. Use to be a favorite with the coupon but otherwise no I don't want a $14 sub with hit or miss bread.

I have absolutely no issues with the workers here, the only issue I have is advertising vs. what you get. We all know cereals are pictured with Elmer's glue. And you can go to McDonald's and ask them to make it like the picture, but you look at the $5 nacho and it is such a stretch to make this look like advertising that it should be criminal. It tasted great, but seriously disappointing to see them side by side.

This visit to Subway was very good in food and atmosphere as indicated by the star ratings. The problem was they were woefully understaffed. They had two people working and were overwhelmed with long lines of people. They were apologetic as 2 or 3 people called at beginning of their shifts that they decided not to come in for work.

I went in on tuesday evenig. I was the I was the only cutsomer pllanned on gettin 3 subs 2 churos. Well my grandson was trying to climb on a highchair. I told please dont do that mi d me hes only 2. The person that was behind the counter said to my grandson.. " Hey sir stop doing that.) Then if LOOKS could kill ŵe be out. He was giving my 2yrold a devils look. The food was fine, however, I was charged 43$ for 3 wraps and cookies. That would have been 12$ per wrap. Definitely over charged. I was in a hurry and didn’t realize it until later. I also gave her a 5$ cash tip, but , now I wonder if they just pocket the over payment.

I went to get subs tonight. I walked in and there were only 2 employees. The one employee was sitting down eating and there was only 1 guy who was helping a line of people that were there during supper time. The guy seemed ornery, frustrated, would not smile, very blunt. He seemed very annoyed that he was doing everything by himself. He didn't ask if we wanted our subs toasted, he just did it. When the subs were toasting, he was pacing back and forth while they were toasting and seemed very angry. It was not a good experience. I think I'll be trying to find another sub place.

Today my VERY pregnant sister went out in the near 100° weather to satisfy a 3rd trimester craving of Subway, she did not expect to be body shamed and made to feel badly for her choice between heat stroke and a crop top. I am appalled that a Subway worker thought it was appropriate to be so rude and judgemental towards a mother of 2 near ready to give birth to child number 3!? Shame on you!! That worker deserves to be reprimanded at the very least and my sister deserves an apology for the body shaming that caused her to cry in her car while shaking with embarrassment over her sub she no longer had appetite for! Smh seriously appalling behavior, nor professional in the least bit!

Apparently employees here are overwhelmed with their very simple job of making sandwiches and providing customer service. Instead they throw temper tantrums! Turns out the employee is, in her words, "a regional owner of all the subways" named Lisa. (Lol!) Throwing a fit when a customer confronted her about not accepting valid coupons that have no expiration/restrictions...etc... and apparently making said customer come all the way in for his sandwich because she refused to ring up two coupons as two seperate orders, when his spouse came in originally. Anyone with a working brain would ring it up as two transactions, say thanks for the business and move on. Instead Lisa lied to the police, calling them saying this man was refusing to leave and was harrassing her because he was allegedly filming her melt down.(Which is legal, educate yourself!) In reality, he left with no issues and SHE chased him down outside to escalate the situation farther and called the police. Even though he was leaving before all that! I am astonished by the unprofessionalism of this woman! I will be taking my business elsewhere! Disgusting.

Well I just feel bad for the kids they have working there. Some lady was yelling and degrading the workers while I was trying to place my order. I waited for her attention so I could let her know what I wanted. When she turned back at me, she scowled and treated my wife and I both with obvious contempt as if we were the cause of her distress. This might be the first time I ever wrote a review. I wonder if that woman is supposed to be on medication. Maybe the health plan doesn't cover psych services for managers or supervisors or whatever title she states her authority under. I couldn't help but think of the movie Misery because this is an extremely unhappy person. Maybe because her name means dirty? Anger addicts don't make good bosses to work under. The only reason I went in was because my wife told me the lady she didn't feel comfortable around was there again. I thought she was just being sensitive but she was right. Neither of us even spoke a word once we got our food because it was so tense in there and the younger workers looked like they were just used to being treated badly. We only go once a month or so but recently it's become more unfriendly and if she isn't the owner of the place, then the owner should know what's going on with their teenage employees as this sort of thing can cause major liability in a franchise. The food seemed ok but the mood was spoiled. I see someone else posted a review who had a similar experience with her so I'm sure it wasn't me upsetting her. (Apologies for assuming the pronouns, I don't mean to offend or assume the gender if it is a trans person or dysphorian or gender fluid individual)

This is a sad, yet heartwarming note.

On the evening of December 22, I stopped to pick up an online order. My wife and I would be having our 21 year-old cat put to sleep the next morning, and her favorite thing in the world was the tuna from Subway, so after I picked up my order, I waited in line to get a tuna sandwich for her. The young man who was taking my order that night was incredibly sweet and kind, and while in the process of asking questions about my order (did I want this toasted?, etc) learned it was for our cat. He expressed such empathy and kindness and as I moved down toward the register and took out my wallet, he insisted he pay for the sandwich, offering "this one's on me".

It may have only been a few dollars, yet I didn't want this small act of humanity to go unnoticed. Thank you to the young man with the short, dark beard working that night.

My company placed a catering order in the amount of $192.43. Two days later we decided we wanted to change the order and add some more. Subway told us that we could not simply add to our order and be charged the difference. They told us they had to cancel the original order, refund the original amount and then we could place the new order and pay for the new order in full. We did that. They then advised that we should see our refund in approximately 5 business days on our credit card. We did not. We called to follow up and were told that they have one woman who does this and she was out of the office for 3 days and to give her another 5 days. Again, no refund after 5 days. We then made multiple stops into the store, called and left messages with no return calls from the manager.
We had to hunt him down and received excuses of how their accounting system works. We then called Corporate where they told us they would get on it and we should see our refund in 5 days. We did not. Again, we called Corporate and were told the same thing and they would also send us coupons for our trouble. No Refund. No Coupons. Again, we followed up with Corporate where they told us they were a large corporation and little things like this are not their priority and they will get around to it at some point…most likely another 5 days….and we would probably have better luck disputing the credit card charge directly with our credit card company. Say What? We also never saw the coupons because Subway advised the US Post office takes longer for large corporations than it does for other regular mail so our coupons would take USPS about 5-10 business days to deliver. Does this person understand I am not a fool and know how the US mail system works and this type of lip service is laughable? You didn’t send the coupons. I will starve before I ever set foot in a Subway again.

One of the workers completely ignored them because she was making a sandwich for herself? They waited patiently for a few minutes before the girl even acknowledged them. When we went in, there were no other customers. Two of the three employees went oit for a break.
Quickly there was a line behind us as we placed our four sub order to go.
The employee had asked us to please excuse her as she went to grab her coworkers to help her. We understood and were sympathetic.
The employee was friendly despite the backed up line.
Very pleased with the quality of food and service (although, we were first in line so I am sure others will have a different review of the situation)

Holy fuzzy, this is amazing. If you honestly dislike Subway, it is probably because you had the wrong sandwich. I started off not knowing what to order, then I found the Spicy Italian. I then elaborated on it, and got the Spicy Italian with Cheese and Mustard, Toasted - or SICMT. It then slowly grew on me. Nowadays, my friends and I will walk down there, and buy a sub for lunch, if we feel like it.

Love subway and never have too many problems at the Stoughton one but on Friday evening one person was working at about 915 and was throwing things around and seemed very upset about something. If the store doesn't close till 10 why are employees angry about making sandwiches at 9:15? The cucumbers on the line were empty so I didn't even order them for my friends sandwich since I figured it would cause another tizzy fit from the employee. Dr Pepper was empty so my girlfriend decided to get something else instead of saying something. Just not a great visit this time.
