Food is ok. Service is ok. Building is not. They have THREE bathrooms and ALL of them are broken. No lights. No toilet paper. Out of order signs. Flies buzzing around the entire store. Went here several times a week for a year and it was always the same story.

We arrived at 9.10 am, sign was on but doors were locked. Signage says they open at 9 am. We waited a bit before knocking on the windows. The woman inside looked at us then ignored us. We went to the gas station instead. Would leave zero stars if I could. Now we understand why this place has such a low rating.

This Subway is a disgrace to all Subways out there.
Once I saw the owner, I knew I should have turned around and walked out but the type of person I am, I gave it a chance anyway.
This owner is so cheap about making sandwiches. She wants to make the sandwich her way and not the customer’s way.
I was letting her know what I would like on my sandwich and she was barely putting anything on my sandwich like there was a food shortage somewhere.
I asked for more tomatoes on my sandwich, then she was telling me, she was out of tomatoes. And the tomatoes were right there in front of me, I can see the tomatoes! I said what about those tomatoes, she kept replying, I am out of tomatoes. So I had no choice. I just walked out.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could !!! I walked in and it was one person behind the counter and one just walking around. I sat in line for 10mins before she took my order because she was making her own sandwiches. Remind you it was people behind me as well. She finally took my order and had a attitude the whole time the lettuce was red the meat was dry and she snatched my money out my hand . Why is this place still open ? VERY NASTY ENVIRONMENT!!!! Was really clean honestly. The bathroom light did not work, fountain drinks don’t work but they sell bottled sodas for decent pricing. Everything was pretty fresh. Was turned away with the lack of cars at first in the parking lot but food was good.

This Subway franchise should be evaluated. Fly on the cutting board, okay it's summer. My Subway sack felt very light, stingy with toppings despite the highest prices I've seen in the area. For a $12 footlong sub only lunch, I'll support Route 20 or Culver's next door.

This place was disgusting. When we arrived, the employee was eating his lunch and literally told us we needed to wait for him to finish. Then he made our subs with the wrong chicken with the pre burnt bread. Yea I said the bread was burnt. The entire place was sticky and filthy. You could tell the tables were never cleaned at all this day or maybe not even the day before. The floor was disgusting. Food littered on it, other debris, etc. The good news is, after we were given our food, this same employee sat at the counter playing videos on his phone loud enough for the entire restaurant to hear. (We were the only ones eating here.) He didn’t even think of cleaning any of the grotesque tables or the floor or the bathroom in that time. Let me tell you about the bathroom… it looked like something you would see out of a saw movie. Missing fluorescent light bulbs, a toilet bowl browner than brownie batter, toilet paper rolls with no tp on them, and tp put on the baby changing table. You can probably guess how clean the floor and sink were. Needless to say, I would have rather dined in a truckstop restroom. This place was just gross.

This place is disgusting guy that made my sandwich was outside smoking I had to tell him to wash his hands he was already putting gloves on like that the veggies had been there probably all day and he skimped on that in my sub got a meatball sandwich and the meat was burned threw away the whole samdwhich then another guy came in and was sweating bad he was wiping his forehead and head right in front of fresh bread rack and worse damn subway ive ever been to this place needs to be shut down someone is going to end up getting really sick

The worst Subway location i've been to, fountain drink machine has been down for months, there is usually two guys behind the counter, one guy can't speak any English is always confused and unsure of how to make the sub, the other guy either the manager or owner need to come and help finish up for him, and this is the only chain restaurant i know that do not accept its own coupons or any discounts you may have, they even got a sign for it.

Subway is a huge let down. My fiance and I wanted something a little healthier than McDonald's or other fast food joint. We both got a #12 turkey something. Apparently mozzarella is discontinued that is still being advertised on the menu boards and I know for a fact meatball subs have mozzarella cheese. They need to fix that. Ranch didn't even look like ranch, more yellow of a color than anything. Definitely didn't even taste like ranch. They have avocado in a bag and tasted so rancid I almost threw up in my mouth. I threw the whole thing away. I guess there is a reason why I don't eat out often. This place needs to be shut down. Very disgusted and disappointed. Waste of $30.

Was wanting subway so decided to go to this one, because it was the closest. The day before I went to the one on 20 and H and that subway is own by the same guy. Was clean in side but the service sucked at both places. Couldn’t understand or make the right sub. They were very slim on the meat and toppings like it said 2x the cheese for that sub and then charged me extra. I don’t recommend this place if you like subway or the one on 20 and H. This is a franchise they should follow some as the rest of them. It was just bought 2 months ago.

I was the only one in the restaurant, 2 people behind the counter neither spoke English fluently enough to understand a standard subway menu. Ordered a spicy Italian, pizza sub and a steak and cheese. I got a spicy Italian and 2 steak and cheeses with none of the toppings I wanted.

Walked in and saw that only one person was working. I wanted to try and make it easier for him, so instead of asking for two, six inch sandwiches, I asked for one foot long. I asked for jalapeños on the side, since I don't enjoy them but the person I was sharing the sandwich did. He said he would put them on the side of the sandwich. I pointed to some 2 oz cups behind him and asked him if he could use those, since other locations of Subway had used them before to put jalapeños in. He replied with something along the lines of no, because we need to save money and placed the jalapeños on the side of the sandwich. The rest of the time while I was ordering drinks and chips he was muttering under his breath. Not the best service that day, honestly would have gone to a different food place if I had known that would happen.

The person taking our order was so out of it. Looked like he was high on something pretty serious. He kept forgetting what we were ordering. I'm giving specifically the man working today at noon 5 stars, but I'm taking one star way from the establishment because they are not appropriately staffed. This poor man was working alone during a lunch rush hour. More and more customers were coming in and he was the only one working. He was continuously calling his management over the phone for help. He did a great job and the restaurant was clean. I will only be back because of this man and his wonderful customer service. Unfortunately I did not get his name.

Ordered food via app an hour before pickup. Went to store and the shelf for food ordered ahead of time was empty. Stood in line and waited 5-10 minutes for customers to clear out of line. Asked where my order was and the sole worker was holding it behind the counter for no apparent reason. Drinks were missing from the order (they were out of stock) but the order was well made. Really wish Subway owners understood that customers who order ahead of time don't want to wait 5-10 minutes once we arrive for the order. Customers have thought enough to order ahead of time and may have pressing engagements elsewhere. Wont' be returning to this particular Subway.

The two kids that were working on 8/4/19 around 6:30 p.m. one kid was slow and the other wasn't helping, the one that wasnt helping finally put gloves on took our money the proceded to try and make someones food with the same gloves that he took our money with. This is my 1st time giving a Subway 5 stars. The reason is I ordered the freedom melt for the 3rd time the last 2 times I order the freedom melt at different subways it didn't have any fritos on it. This one open the fresh bank of Friedel for my sandwich I know it's something small but good job

Definitely needs more workers but the guy working right now, Hunter I believe, has whipped together roughly 20+ subs in 20 minutes. He’s doing a great job being alone. But with being right off the freeway and watching a steady rush of people coming in, there should be at least two people working.

I come almost 3 or 4 times a week..every time I come this place around 1pm to 3 pm all tables are dirty and I have to tell to the staff all the time can you clean the tables please...i hope fix this problem .thanks
