Just as an fyi, this location may not honor your coupons from the paper due to them not being able to scan. Although I'm sure that they could just enter in a code or honor the pricing, that's not how it is.

Placed an order for a footlong ham through the app. Got home (15 mins later) and saw I had a turkey sandwich. Bread also wasn't right. Tried calling, but how convenient - their number is inactive!! I checked my order and receipt, everything said ham. I don't eat turkey, so now I've wasted money and I'm sure I won't be made whole. How hard is it for a company that serves food, to follow a food order printed clearly for them? Terrible.

I placed an online order for pickup, after order was placed i tried calling in to cancel the order but no one answered the phone and my bank was charged. I did not get my sandwiches and got charged. I tried calling a few times the next day during open hours and no one answered the phone as well. BAD SERVICE! How busy can you be to not answer the phone!?

(Update 5/14/24 ordered a BMT a subway all time CLASSIC. And how do you screw up making a sandwich? It's going to be awhile before I return)Been here a couple times and have had good experience with food quality and service. Location could be better for business. Haven't tried using coupons bit not a coupon cutter person.
Every business is trying to survive in these exceptional trying times, so I don't blame the owner for his location, subway has always done great by me since 1975! So get the original BMT and enjoy.

Terrible... Second location in the area that will not honor coupons sent in the mail. I suspect this location and the Walmart location have the same owner. They make you feel like you as the customer are doing something wrong for using a coupon on a sandwich that should be covered by the coupon, but they arbitrarily decide that slightly more expensive subs are not covered. Sorry, not my problem. That's the cost of doing business. Never going back again and you shouldn't either.

I like the old style of this Subway and the staff are always very nice. Unfortunately, this Subway is severely understaffed. There's usually only 1 or 2 people working, so the wait time can be upwards of 15-20 minutes during the weekend lunch rush.

I’m surprised with the negative reviews. We had a couple excellent sandwiches that were stuffed full of ingredients. They skimped on nothing! Our online order was ready when we arrived and we were able to be in and out in seconds. The staff were a couple of friendly gals - yes the parking lot is rough but that issue is not a Subway issue, it’s used by multiple businesses.

This place is a pithole. I have ordered twice now where I only receive my sandwich, nothing else. While I know the delivery person doesn't think to grab the chips, they need to take some ownership. I call the store repeatedly...no answer. I call while I pull up to thier establishment...I enter to see the employees are just chatting and ignoring the phone. Thier response "people order online and then call to complain so we ignore it". Do better or shut it down!

About what you can expect at most Subways, it all boils down to the staff, and how much they care or don't. Some staff make sure things are always fresh and ACTUALLY make sure your sub is toasted (not simply warmed up). I've found that this particular location is hit or miss, but mostly its a miss. I've had my sons sub dropped on the floor, ingredients that are cross contaminated with other ingredients being used, and one thing that ALWAYS happens is barely toasting subs. I got in to the habit of throwing them in my air fryer at home and they turned out much better than they were at the store.

All-in-all don't expect a fabulous experience here.

I was trying to have lunch here today, and was looking forward to eat here. After a ten minute wait in line I ordered a steak sandwich. Asked the server to toast the subway role well, it came cold un toasted, but the worst of it the steak meat had a bad smell to it . Obviously it was a spoiled bunch of beef.. I did not. Bother to return it through it on the garbage and left. Will not go back to this restaurant

It's really disappointing when your sub is supposed to be hot because you asked for it toasted. Although, for me that wasn't the case because my sub was ice cold and wasn't even toasted....
My fiance asked for a Tuna melt and his meal wasn't even melted. We both had to put our sandwiches in the microwave when we got home. It's not worth $20 if you're machines aren't working properly and your employees look like their going to pass out because of them being tired.

Came in about 7:54 (six minutes before they closed) not realizing they closed 8, to have the door slammed in my face and the lights turned off just as I walked up. I would have understood if it was 8 exactly, but the fact that they weren’t even closed yet and they closed the door just as I walked up so they couldn’t serve me was super rude. And they usually are not wearing their masks when I come in or they don’t have their noses covered anyways, so I guess I won’t be eating there anytime soon.

It’s the subway experience you expect: slow/not great service, delicious subs. I can’t fault subway for having bad service. Like I said, if you go in expecting it, it’s not so bad. Subs are always delicious. I’ve never waited long for a sub and really have no complaints! This one’s not a dud.

Very bad customer service. As soon as I & another customer entered the store we were not acknowledged nor greeted. Owners & employees were too busy socializing behind the counter. There were people with coats on around the open ingredient counter. Just very unprofessional. Still we went ahead and order. The two women behind the counter had attitudes when taking our orders. The other customer in front of me tried to use a coupon for $5.99 for any sandwich on the menu, the woman at the cash register insisted that it was from a prior customer. She then took the coupon and ripped it in the customers face. The customer still went on to insert her card in the chip holder. Once she took it out the cashier asked her to re-emerge it. The customer then left she had changed her mind because of the way she was treated. Once it was my turn to tell the woman dressing the sandwiches what I wanted on my sandwich she had an attitude every time I asked for a different condiment. Just very rude & not good customer service. I’ll never return.

Ever smell the inside of an oven mitt? Sandwitch artist just inturupted making my sub by putting on the mitts over the plastic gloves to take some bread out of the oven then went back to making my sub using the same plastic gloves. Not Subways best moment in my opinion.
