It's Subway, it is nothing special. What makes it special are the coupons that they don't accept. For two people to eat here you are better off buying sandwich prep and eat for a week.
Pro tip: The entire market is shifting more towards value for the buck, even McDonald's offers a $5 meal. Coming from the era of $5 footloongs $14 is too much. I'm not spending $30 for two sandwiches and most people aren't either.

Clean, Bright, spacious. Staff is very friendly and seemingly hygien positive.
Prices at ALL Subways are a bit much these days... 35 bucks for two ppl. Just sandwiches, no extra toppings costs. But what's a girl to do 🤷🏼‍♂️
My meatball sub was toasted but it was not toasted very well. Some of the lettuce had to be picked off.
Otherwise, it was a delicious and stress free lunch. Will return.
I recommend!

We were traveling and just felt hungry for Subway. We were towing our trailer and thankfully there was a spot right on the side street for us to park. I had the tuna and my husband had the club. Great sandwiches!! Staff was really nice.

Subway doesn't have any informationon their website on how to properly file for a refund, the website only has options for technical issues (like website or app bugs) not for reporting problems with an order. So from what I can tell there is zero way to actually receive a refund if subway/doordash mess’s up a delivery since doordash just says subway should refund it and subway says they should refund it. The kicker to all of this is during the phone call with the store employee she makes mention that this is a common problem with doordash because the subway employees don’t put chips or drinks in the bag. If you know anything about dashing it is generally expected as a dasher that everything the customer ordered will be in the bag so the fault falls on the store. So in otherwords Subway is causing this problem and is fully aware of it. They are literally causing headaches for themselves. Like if you are aware the drivers never grab extras why would you not take the 15 seconds to grab the drink and chips and drop them in the bag?

This locations almost never busy and they still can't find time to train their employees right. I was forced to overcharge my debit card because the child behind the counter "couldn't split payments" the manager the next day told me "I can see how he thought that" and said she would fix it and then gave me the wrong phone number and hasn't called me back since. Maybe the kid that doesn't know what he's doing shouldn't be behind the counter alone. I personally like subway but not this one.

Horrible, Awkward, Bizarre. We arrived at 8:30pm, there were 3 people ahead of us, the worker was nowhere insight. After a few minutes he appeared telling everyone to leave, he couldn't handle making anymore subs. He had 30 minutes to make 5 subs! A customer offered to help make the subs and he actually let the customer behind the counter to do his job for him. He disappeared again while the customer was now making subs for other customers. He reappeared 10 min later saying he talked to his manager and she was very upset he let a non-employee behind the counter to do his job and ordered us all to leave again at 8:50pm. UNBELIEVABLE! We all stood there in shock, angry and laughing at the craziness of what was happening. I don't know if he was on drugs or having a mental break. We took video of the ordeal and will be contacting the franchise. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! We, along with everyone else that were there will never go to that location again. After we were rudely and awkwardly kicked out we drove across town to another Subway with professional employees who had our subs made within 5 minutes. Im sure everyone there will be talking to everyone they know about their experience at 2nd st Subway in Superior tonight for along time. I don't think the employee we dealt with will be receiving employee of the month anytime soon. UNBELIEVABLE!

Really want to acknowledge Cody at this store. I came in with my dad, we had three coupons and were prepared to just buy three separate meals to qualify for the coupons. Cody tried to do it all at once which didn't work, and I could tell he was getting flustered with a line growing behind us. Cody handled everything perfectly fine, and helped us even when our cups started leaking. Great job, Cody. All the food was perfect and I just wanted you to know you did a great job.

Served cold bacon on a blt. Didn’t offer to heat it up so my fiancé (hasn’t ordered one for me before) didn’t know they are supposed to ask if the bacon should be heated separately. so I got precooked, rubbery bacon. Absolutely disgusting. When I called to sort it out, the gentleman on the phone basically said it was my fault, but they will take the blame and leave a free sub coupon at the register for next I come in. If this were my first bad experience there, fine, whatever, but every time we go in, we get sub par service. The whole subway chain uses cheap, flavorless ingredients anyway so not worth their ridiculous prices.
