I would leave 0 stars if I could. Went through the drive thru, repeated order 4 times. Steak and cheese footlong with bacon, veggies, and ranch. Asked if I wanted a meal, I said SunChips. Started driving away and checked sub. Only bacon, the wrong cheese, cold, and no ranch. Literally just bacon cheese and veggies. She quite literally asked me what kind of meat I wanted, and I said “steak”. Asked about SunChips, was told by the person taking my order “they didn’t ring them up”. After spending 10 mins at the drive thru ordering what I thought was a simple sub, I left with some odd concoction of whatever the girl wanted to put together. Whoever is hiring these people at this subway needs their judgment checked.

They wont take there own cupons Anymore that they mail me.. then after paying full price they wont brake my 100 bill had to go to napa across the street to get change to pay for my sub.. absolutely ridiculous..worst fast food experience ive ever had.. this place will be closed soon and it’s definitely for the better .. the owner definitely dont know how to run a business .. and I’ll laugh when this place goes under i definitely will never be back being someone that eats out almost every meal i feel like they lost a good customer..

Beware, this Subway doesn’t accept coupons and they are skimpy on the toppings. Therefore, I wasn’t able to order what I wanted and had to settle for something else. Also didn’t get any napkins with my sub and when I went to go grab some, the napkin dispenser was out and an employee had to go grab me some. He was nice about it and helpful and apologetic but for $10 for a skimpy expensive Meatball Marinara with all these problems, I think next time I’ll explore other options.

Stopped in to buy subs for my family. I was the only customer and there were two teens working. As I stood waiting to order, the two employees were whispering and laughing while looking at me. This went on for at least two minutes and was very rude and insulting. Then I ordered a 6 inch and they prepared a foot long sandwich. Another sub had the wrong toppings and the two employees kept asking me to repeat my order repeatedly while laughing. The entire order was wrong and Lizzy should be reprimanded for her treatment of customers. For now on I’ll go to Jersey Mike’s. Better service, value and quality!

I love Subway! My favorite sandwiches are "The Philly" and the "Sweet Onion Teriyaki". Both are delicious!! And Subway is great for finding more healthy options than fried foods. It's one of my "go to" places for both lunch and dinner.

This is honestly the best Subway in the Twin Ports area. It’s always clean, they keep their works space well stocked and clean, and the food is always as fresh as can be. Chain restaurants tend to be somewhat disappointing in this area, but this particular Subway location is great. It really shines.

We ordered 3 subs. All were missing cheese, 2 were missing lettuce, and one had added tomatoes that were not ordered. One sub was drenched in peppercorn ranch. $38..by the time we got home to eat, it wasn't worth going back. Really disappointing that the workers didn't care about the quality and accuracy of our order.

Went through the drive thru 9/11/22 @ approximately 7:10pm. Tried to order and all I got was static on the speaker, so I drove through to the window thinking it was a speaker issue, but instead was met by a young girl that was dripping with negative/sarcastic attitude. She stared more at her nails than making eye contact with me. She said the drive thru now requires the customer to use the touch screen to place an order. if that's the case, then what's the point of a drive thru? What if I have a question about my order? Where's the human contact? Worst lack of customer service ever. There's two other Subways in Superior, and NEITHER one of them could be any worse than this one on Tower Ave. If this app could let me give this a zero stars, I would have.

I went through the drive thru and order a footlong with no banana pickles and cucumbers. I'm allergic to banana peppers. Clicked none on the screen for everything and on there end said I clicked less. When I called to make it right the lady of the phone told me on our end said you want less next time you come through please hit the help button or at the window. When I told her I spend 16 dollars on a sandwich I can't eat. She wouldn't make me another or refund me because of the screen is messing up or make it right. I'm sorry I will never be using that subway again.

Went through the drive through with my son in the car. Ordered via the app, went to pick up the order through the drive up & the girl says there's a pick up inside. I asked if she could grab it for me because I didn't want to have to take my baby out and bring him inside to pick up my subs. Not sure what the point is of them saying we can't pick up orders through the drive up but we can order on the drive up touch screen to pick up? Absolutely makes zero sense as we have gone here three time prior and never had an issue until the young girl at the window said "you have to come in" furthermore, inside they were talking about the situation when I am clearly in ear range. Very distasteful & highly unsatisfied. I will be writing to corporate about this event because this was truly rude and unnecessary for me to have to go out of my way when she could have politely handed it to us. If I could, I'd give 0 stars.

They are fast.. but everyone I go there they put the wrong things on my sandwich, or forget things (I have such a simple sandwich) today I got 1/3 veggies I asked for.. one cookie instead of 2, I was on lunch break and had no time to bring it back. I appreciate how quick they are but maybe taking the extra minute to check things would be even better. Sadly will drive the extra couple minutes to a different subway.

I just ordered a chopped salad in the drive through. It’s not chopped, they forgot the cheese and the black olives. Plus the lettuce is old - brown and pink. It’s terrible! I’ve gone here lots of times before and it’s been really good. But I’ve never been in the drive through. Disappointed!

Not good to eat as a driver, but passengers can eat or option to park or take home. Chicken and turkey options if cheaper would attract me more to this chain. Some locations are pretty messy during a rush, others take pride no matter the line. Depends who is working, no 1 store seems better than another in our location. All do decent job in that area.

Worst drive through ever. They take forever. Tonight I had two subs and both were messed up. I had an unhappy 2 year old in the car and wanted to leave quickly before she had a major meltdown. Grabbed the bag and left. We got charged for a foot long when it was 6”. The second sub was a steak and cheese. Got home to no steak and the wrong veggies. My soda cup was just over half full when I got it and the cookies were the wrong kinds. Tried to call for a manager, got told I would get a call back and nothing....
