The worst service you'll receive at a fast food joint. Manager must hate his job because he is consistently miserable. Barely acknowledges customers outside of ringing the cash register. Don't worry, you'll get exactly one napkin as he can't afford to provide anything but the bare minimum.

Whoever says the service is bad and the food is subpar doesn't know what they're talking about. I've been frequenting this location since I've moved to the area and I can say I've always had a positive experience. The employees are incredibly friendly and always have my order fresh and correct. If you're in Sussex/Lannon looking for a quick sub this is a good spot to scratch that itch.

The man that works here is so rude. He just told me at 7:43 - you know I’m closed. As he is finishing my sub. I ask when they close and he says 8:00. Folks all over town talk about how rude he is. I try to defend this store but he needs some serious training. If business is down it’s because everyone says go to any other subway. I keep trying this one but it’s always the same. This subway is the worst subway ever to go to. Every time I’ve placed an online order it’s messed up. They don’t offer discounts. They have argued with us over paying extra for a bottled soda when we have paid online already. Today I placed an online order for a tuna sub and after I picked it up and went back to work there was NO TUNA ON IT. Absolutely worst subway by far.

This is by far the worst Subway I have visited. Subway is AMAZING with their coupon offers! Always use them! However !! This location refused My coupon for Buy One get One 6” Sub.
The owner stated that the cost on making a sub is to expensive for him so he doesn’t except them ! Then pointed at the sign!!’
And Rude about it!!
After looking at his garnish assortment was the final straw!! The spinach was wilted, lettuce was brown.
Apparently he is cutting corners on freshness also! I’m my opinion, it’s a
matter of time before someone gets sick. I tossed mine after one bit. Just couldn’t stomach it! Guess this is why his review rating is low!

Worst subway ever! The married couple are rude, disrespectful, and difficult. They correct my children and myself on how to order. Now they only take coupons exactly according to their terms and I’m wondering if they are scamming corporate. Example the buy one get one free is now according to them buy one get one half off. Despite the recent negative reviews about rude staff, I just stopped in today to pick up lunch (7/17/19). There was a young man and a young woman working and they were both 100% polite and professional and made a great sandwich. No complaints, happy with the experience.

Walked in for lunch and ordered a veggie patty. I do that from time when I want to mix things up. They had none prepped, went to the freezer, pulled out two of them that had freezer burn, and just threw them in the microwave for a minute and a half.

I go there every now and again because it is close to my house and sometimes is more convenient than the one on 164, but I avoid it if I can. The food is always fine, but the guy feels the need to argue with me about toppings or at least provide negative comments...every single time. He has even argued with me about things completely unrelated to Subway. I don't know if they'll get a 15th chance.

Have been there twice in the last 3 months. The owner stands around looking mean and the younger guy who looks like a slob is about the most unfriendly person in a service industry I have ever encountered. He says welcome to subway when I enter because that is automatic I assume. I replied by asking how is he doing.....dead silence :(. Proceeded to tell me how to order a sandwich! Home of Mr. Grumpy. The food is Subway, so, you know... The real downside is the service. There's one grumpy guy who's almost always there (maybe that's why he's grump?) and makes you feel like you're a burden to him. The Subway at 164 and K has its own problems, but at least the staff is cheery.
