We placed an order at 4:23 to be picked up at 5:40. When we arrived the subs were not ready and had not been started. After waiting for 5-10 minutes, we inquired about our order & were told by the employee (Jennifer) that “it’s busy in here and the customers in the store come first.” So as walk in customers continued to come in, our orders got pushed further and further back. We had to leave to get our kids and returned and they were still not ready. My fiancé was finally able to bring our food back home at 6:21. Absolutely unacceptable.

I just stopped in and this was honestly the worst experience at this location or any location period.
2 staff members working.
The male(long ponytail, no name tag) was making subs for an online order. I have to wait, no biggie. 10/15 minutes pass and he hasn't acknowledged me once. Didn't greet me. Didn't say he'd be with me shortly. Nothing. Just kept making his online order subs as if I didn't exist.
His coworker was in the back, doing whatever. She comes out (shorter woman with tattoos, no name tag that I could see). She didn't acknowledge me either. Kept on doing whatever she was doing.
Horrible customer service. I usually leave a tip even with partially decent service. I left nothing.

Placed a $50 order for pickup online last night. When the food arrived at home, I found that my $19 sandwich was shorted on ingredients. Light on lettuce, pickles, and tomatoes. Ordered more onions and green peppers... got less. Ordered double meat.. got 4 slices. Bacon...1 strip. Bordering on thievery! Called to complain and asked for the manager . Not available, was told that they'd call me back. 11:15 am and still no call back. Place should be shuttered. Avoid! Corporate will be notified.

Was treated horribly from the moment we walked in til the time we walked out. We got there around 8:30pm April 24th 2025 and didn’t walk out until 9:10. First off the guy seen us walk in but continued to make us wait 15-20 minutes until he finally came back from where ever he was. Didn’t get a greeting, just asked what we wanted. Also to mention we could hardly hear what he was saying, mumbling and rolled his eyes every time I spoke. Slammed doors, threw food together, was very disrespectful and did not make our subs right. Hardly any lettuce, and only put 2 pieces of bacon in the one sub. This is not the first time being treated like this by the same guy. My father is deaf and so it takes a little bit more time to figure out what he wants and so my brother was talking to my father and the guy yelled at my brother to hurry up and kept asking “what they wanted“or “is this all” didn’t have any patience what so ever!! Absolutely horrible customer service!!! Won’t be going back until there’s someone else working there. Would leave 0 stars if possible. We don’t want that kind of service here.

Very disappointed usually the people in here are very nice and approachable but this night I went in and the guy in there was slamming every door and completely ignoring me. Not to mention he talks so quiet I can barely hear him.. he has been very disrespectful to me and others that came in after me and I was not happy with this experience. Today the line was extremely long with only two servers behind the counter. There was a third person working in the back who seemed to be prepping instead of helping the other two employees serve customers. It took an extraordinarily long time to get through the line, which grew longer and longer behind me. I saw at least 13 people walk out.

Stopped during a drive- workers didn’t greet or hardly make eye contact. I stood there not knowing if I might be trapped in an episode of the twilight zone because I was the only customer and they could clearly see me but they acted like I wasn’t there. I had a very nice experience at this subway! The staff were very friendly and seemed to have a good work environment. The sandwich was great and they had no problem with me being a little picky.
There was a family eating there and they even went up to them to ask how their sandwich’s were. Will be making this a normal stop for my travels along this route.

absolutely disgusting and irritating experience every single time this was my last straw. first of all this location hires anybody they can. the young man making my sub had dandruff flakes falling down into my sub. another staff lady had her kids running around as she walked around dancing and singing with her hair so greasy it looked hard. she also had open scabs and wounds she was picking at while working. totally lost my appetite.

This Subway location is surprisingly nice for a gas station restaurant. It was very clean, the staff was beyond friendly to all of the customers, and my sandwich tasted good. It’s a great stop off the highway where you can gas up and grab a quick bite to eat!

I usually have a pleasant experience at this location, but not at 1:08 pm on Sunday, June 11, 2023. My husband said good afternoon twice. She was looking him in the eyes. Nothing. Just, 'What can I get for you?' in an unpleasant tone. Slaps our food on the bread, squashes the sandwich as she's closing the two halves together. Would have been nice if she was wearing a name tag. What a way to be greeted with an already unpleasant morning.

Mobile ordered and was supposed to be ready at 7:40pm. Got to the store at 7:42pm and food was still being made and some just started. Didn't walk out of store till 7:52pm. 12 minutes after order should have been done. Employee never greeted any guests when they came in the door. One customer walked out as they waited so long. Another questioned how long it'd take and if he should go somewhere else. This isn't the first time this has happened. Please get Employees trained properly or hire more staff to work!!

Donald is very disrespectful. I came in for a meatball sub and he was out of meatballs. He said he doesn’t have time to make them and would rather not make them. Looks like I'm just the latest to tell you what an awful location this is. Sat there for 20 minutes waiting for a pick up order while one dude made multiple sandwiches for the lady in front of me, and a younger thin girl with brown hair did nothing. Didn't bother to help him with the order, did not acknowledge me in any way, just took photos of vegetables (?), complained loudly about how dumb her morning coworkers are, and ignored the flies walking along the counter. Avoid unless you enjoy mediocre food and terrible service.

There’s constantly one person working making it hard to serve customers especially during lunch rush. Also when I brought my 12 year old disabled son into the establishment they said they couldn’t serve him and he had to go wait outside in the heat. When I finally got home and gave my kid his meatball marinara sandwich it only had 3 small meatballs on it that didn’t even cover the entire sandwich. There needs to be a change in scheduling and product or I won’t come back.

Ordered on line went in when order was supposed to be ready. Employee said that I was the 3rd person to come in with online order that she did not receive and just stared at me as if I should leave. Told her I already paid for order. She found my slip sitting right there on the counter. Was polite to her and asked if I came back in 15 minutes if it would be ready. She said yes. Came back after 15 minutes and had to ask for the cookies Iordered. When I got home none of the order was right. Bread was wrong on both sandwiches, did not double anything I asked for, paid for double meat on one sandwich did not get, and my bmt did not have pepperoni. Contacted customer service twice and have not heard from them in a week. Not the first time was highly disappointed in my experience will not be going back!

Whoever does the employee scheduling needs to be fired. Twice I ordered online and went in for a pickup. Twice I was greeted with a very apologetic employee who said he was the only person working at the time. He also mentioned there was no ingredients ready for him from the night before and that this sort of thing was "normal" for the manager to allow. At 2pm on a busy Saturday this is completely unacceptable.

Okay, this is really a norm for this subway. It’s not very clean, I’ve had to clean my own table several times while staff was busy talking to each other. Floors are dirty until close when they mop them, and there’s always a mood in the air that says the customers inconveniencing the staff. I included a picture of my wrap which was not over stuffed but the worker wrapped it really lazily and with little effort to make eating it convenient for the costumer. When the bacon was heated it didn’t get patted down to remove excess grease, and the worker got the sauce from the wrap all over the outside of the wrap making it supper dirty to eat. Very dissatisfied with the level of effort put into the customers food. I’ll not be returning to this subway for a while.

I hate writing this bc I’m from Thorp originally and I love my town but I was appalled by the treatment my sister and I received at subway on 5/26/19 around 1pm. Wish I could include the employee’s name here (that’s how deplorable the service was) but don’t recall 100% and don’t want to get anyone else in trouble. The employee was in her 30s with glasses. She couldn’t help but to roll her eyes at us multiple times, tsk at us and make it clear that we were a terrible inconvenience. I’m now living in Boston (is known for rudeness, forwardness, etc) and I’ve never been treated so poorly. Very disappointing. Hope management addresses this issue, she is a liability.

One of the worst subway's I have been to. Middle aged woman who do not take there job seriously. Very careless when it comes to making the sandwhich. I have watched them go straight from the register back to making sandwhiches. I have watched them come from the back and not wash there hands. If you don't like what you do then go somewhere else. Nobody is forcing you to work a job you don't like. ***update sept 18 2018*** Decided to give subway another try, we’ll they didn’t let me down this time! The woman putting veggies on my two sandwiches had cut her finger and was bleeding in her glove and had some on her arm. When she went to ring me up I asked her is your finger bleeding? She said yes. I told her I no longer want the sandwiches and asked her if she could go take care of it. She walked to the back. I am simply blown away that somebody could do this. The coldcut combo on the italian herb bread is the best. Whether it be half or whole it is a great sandwich with a bottle of water it is low calorie also. Just add lettuce, tomato, raw onion, oregano and some oil and vinegar abd it's a meal.

Horrible customer service. We've been to this location many times. The friendly staff members don't seem to last long. The rudest employee in my opinion is actually the manager. Very unfriendly, speaks forcefully, rolls her eyes, and her body language says you're an inconvenience. She's on her cell phone a lot, which should be a no no for all employees. Worst Subway ever! Horrible customer service! I’ve gone here multiple times and not once have I left happy. The same two ladies work everytime I’m there and they are so incredibly rude. It feels like you are a burden by bringing them service. My friends and I went in and had 8 subs to order and were figuring out who was ordering what because it is very difficult to order multiple sandwiches that are all on different tabs. One of the ladies had to make it very clear how she felt by yelling “they’re just standing here in the way”. Then when we went to order they do not give you any time to look at what they offer before they yell at you what they serve. Not to mention how unsanitary they are. They don’t care if things are mixed together in wrong containers and you accidentally get something you don’t want on your sandwich and they will touch every single sandwich with the same pair of gloves as well as check people out and touch the ovens and other things. When you tell them what condiments you want they sloppily squirt it all over the paper and wrap it up before without asking if you are satisfied with your sandwich. Then when you go to check out they’ve already put it in and get very upset when they have to redo it and put it as a meal. Their phone service is just as bad. When I called and asked for 2 sandwiches in 15 minutes I was told in a very rude tone “they will be ready in 20 minutes, maybe. It takes time to make them. Would that be all?” When I said yes she hung up. No “have a good day” no “thank you” nothing. The same two ladies ruin every experience and I will never go to this subway again. I rather drive the 15 minutes to Cadott then deal with them again.

I was kicked out for asking for a random 6" sub. After mentioning i would totally claim responsibility if I didn't like it. She wasted a already made half sandwich. So I went McDonald's. And from what I am seeing typical service from this place.

Stood there waiting for someone to acknowledge me. Waited for 7 to 10 min. I finally said let me know when your ready. Spent $28.00 on five subs. And the express Mart connected to the subway had a very rude cashier also.

I got a hair in my sub, and thing is I order a footlong and I ate half. I wanted to get a pickle and I saw a hair in my sub, I went back and they were completed b******* and thought I have done it. However, I have different color than them. I did get a refund though with another sub, half one. Whatever. Not going back.
